No words to describe this nightmare. It’s shocking that anything like this exists. So upset and sad that I had this horrible nightmare experience. I did not deserve this. Neither does anybody else!
Absolutely disgusting. You cannot even give half a star to this horrible place horrible staff, screaming, shouting & arguing with eachother all day long across the hotel. Everything is completely out dated and disgustingly filthy so filthy you cannot imagine. I had to change room twice because of humidity mild & dripping ceilings I got so sick combined with relentless mosquitoes & flies. Absolutely nothing works. Terrible plumbing horrible white hospital like lighting. Shower does not work. Water heater dripping so hard on the floor. I asked for a cup of tea it came after two hours. No food menu. Food is disgusting on and on and on it’s impossible.
Receptionist girl was so incompetent & so rude & aggressive she refused to give me an invoice for the 50 dollars I paid as a deposit when I insisted she give me an invoice, she attacked me physically called me a prostitute and stole my phone from my hand, and threw it on the table cussing & swearing at me. Then two of the other staff who also claimed to be the general managers of the hotel, continue to cuss a swear & scream at me & all this was NYears eve. Absolutely traumatising & horrific start to the new year. Completely spoilt my vacation & traumatised me.
