Best of Best. Wery good place.

We stayed 14 days in this hotel. The rooms are a bit of an old style, but very clean, bedding maintained every day, bath linen and beach linen new every day. Well-maintained pools
The staff is lovely available. They offer several unforgettable🤩 activities large breakfast buffet we will 😀 come back to it.

So friendly and helpful staff starting from the housekeeping, waiters. Chiefs and finally Mr Roma PR manager.

Great place would recommend to the staff excellent service.

Very nice location with friendly staff, close to everywhere, and clean, the only thing negative is no control on the visitors from some Arab Countries whom sets and dance around this pool, with loud music from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am and disrupt the guests from enjoying and getting good night sleep!

I stayed from 1st to 5h of may 2022 it has the worst food you would ever see. It's tasteless and there are no variations, there are almost no snacks (it some cold fries and burnt pizza) the food isn't good nor clean, I found a DEAD FLY in my salad, and a chicken bone in the seafood rice. and the service in the restaurant is poor, no waiter to bring drinks don't ever take the all inclusive package. the receptionist also isn't focused at all. I asked for a private ride in a "car" to the airport and I repeated that to two receptionists, but surprisingly I got a shuttle bus (not private, not a car) the hotel is obviously down staffed.

Worst hotel ever!
Has the most ridiculous policies of any hotel in sharm elsheikh!
You pay all inclusive which should literally mean all inclusive, but no!
You only get certain drinks and food at certain very far bars and restaurants in the hotel. You’re not allowed to eat or drink almost everywhere… food is actually really really bad in quality and treatment of the staff is horrible except when you complain. They ask for extra charge on almost everything.

Useless pet policy, they only allow pets theoretically! They give you a bunch of rules which makes it impossible for visitors to actually come with their pets unless they remain in their rooms for the whole stay!

The hotel looks great with beautiful and large rooms. The view from balcony it’s wonderful and the beach is like five steps away. Great food and services. Just wow. I will came back next year to this piece of heaven 🍹🏝💛
