The hotel is very good and it has a near supermarket with suitable prices ♥️ The mangers and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me very much when I needed to know anything or when I asked any question. The animation team is very great and interesting, they even made a dart board game 💖💖 The food is delicious I've put a photo to it, it made me full 😋 They have 2 beaches with a shuttle bus.

Worst experience ever, not qualified staff they were so rude, bad food, zero hospitality, I didn’t advice anyone to stay on it.

The third time I visited, I was very disappointed. Very not polite bar staff. We only came to the bar a few times and saw crooked glances (presumably what you came here for). Maybe give them training on how to work and service! The food is tasteless. Many cons and do not recommend this hotel. P. S. I left good feedback earlier because everything was perfect.

Very noisy at night if you get a room near the pool, this is not explained to you. Bar staff very unhelpful and if you ask for anything they seem that they are not interested especially if you are bed and breakfast. Hotel Troika +. One of the expensive triples. The food is great! Only fruit well, not at all. In the morning only dvnki to yogurt. We were already 2x in this hotel, the first time in December 2016, the second time at the end of January 2017. The hotel had 3 stars and we were not disappointed, had realistic expectations. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Also the food was good, although there was only a small selection which was really tasty for that. The grounds were very clean and well maintained, so did the rooms. You get to the beach with a hotel shuttle bus, the driver is nice, not intrusive and also waits in the afternoon on the beach on one, when he sees that one is still packing the stuff together.
For the conditions at the stated time we can definitely recommend the hotel without any restrictions, because the price/performance ratio has been tuned.
The only drawback, for which the hotel can do nothing, was the audience at our stay at the end of January. Almost only locals (apparently it was just holiday season in Egypt) who behaved like the animals. Reckless, noisy, greedy and depreciating to us German guests. The hotel staff also felt this way and even apologized to us several times for the behavior of their fellow nationals.

I hated it. There's nothing beside esthetics at this hotel. The staff are horrible, the food is horrendous, the staff were prejudice and they provide little to no service. They overcharged us twice during a three night stay. Our rooms wasn't cleaned properly. (Sheets not replaced, floor not swept, no fresh towels). Never have I ever seen a place that discriminates against nationality. Based on what your nationality is they price is different (not equivalent).
