Wonderful location, great hotel and formidable staff!

The only good thing about the hotel is its location. Otherwise, everything else was a complete disaster.

If I could give less than one I would… Not clean at all, needs maintenance… the decor and the furniture is old (old as not working properly) … very poor hygiene, unorganized… but the staff are friendly and help you when you ask for something. Won't recommend it at all.

Average is the title of this hotel. don't ever try to be here at any season. staff is friendly but too slow to respond, starting from the front desk. Check in took us from 1:30 to 6:20 pm just to get our rooms.

Very bad place starting from reception to all hotel. Even dogs are swimming in the see and peoble smoke mariguana in the hotel. Also vert dirty.

I spent there 4 nights. It was the most beautiful hotel I ever visted.
Stuff, service, food, rooms, pool, beach. All of them are amazing.
I recommend it for anyone.

Went there after a a recommendation from a frient, REGRET and FRUSTRATION are the 2 dominant words for our stay, horrible careless and rude staff starting from the manager to the room service, terriblefood that gave me gastroenteritis, dirty dining hall, THE DIRTIEST I have ever seen in a " 5 stars hotel". will never ever go back again even if they pay me.

It used to seem like the name of the hotel was Sonesta. I don't know what a good hotel was like right now.

We were only 5 pax in the hotel! Great experience.

Once a very cool hotel built with scale! Large grounds, large swimming pool, private beach, lots of terraces and cozy snacks. Now places require cosmetic repair, but it does not catch the eye. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is outside the city line but there are shops right in the hotel. I Recommend to buy swimming slippers, T. K. In the sea full of corals and without slippers in the water do not enter. The Water is clean, but to find the two-metre depth, you have to depart from the coast of 50 meters.

Everything perfect but — 2 for the food.

Most of the staff were great, a very few were not but when we reported our feedback, they fixed everything in no time. The rooms were clean and the hotel looked neat with 2 pools and food wasn't a problem at all. Some few facilities were old and need improving like the tennis equipment. The head of chefs was always talking with us and asking us about feedback to improve as well as checking on how our trip was going. Just grab a snorkel and go into the sea, you'll be amaaaazed, we planned to go in for like half an hour, we ended up getting out after 3 hours not because we got bored but cuz of the sun. I personally recommend it to anyone looking for relaxing and great hospitality.

Super place, quiet, quiet, elegant sea. Words can not convey. Who wants a peaceful vacation without the crowds — here until November. The staff is polite, smiling, all doing despite the fact that we had 6 guests in the entire hotel. The chef prepares everything to you that you want. And awesome cooks. Waiters fly. Special thanks to the animator of red and dancer Hamza. These super — guys make our stay unforgettable. Maximum entertain, and do all that we would not be bored. And Tanura show by Hamza — it's all… Animation of red — a professionalism that you don't see animation… So I wish prosperity to this posh hotel and all the staff.

I love the place, live the stuff, manager is a good helpful one, food are good, quite and I love that.

5 stars mostly because of the super friendly staff. Hotel and facilities are quite outdated but well maintained. Definitely great for the price paid so in terms of value for money, it's a big win. Overall, it's a great place.

Service in the hotel is very good and the view of the water and mountains, very nice.

Deserted hotel, very bad food and the rooms arent too nice if you need to charge more than two phones. The view is excellent and so is the beach, but the interior lobby isnt well designed.
