The bay on which it overlooks has no equal. The services are more than good and also the cleanliness. To review a little bit the food but I would say that the place is super.

Grand… I was in Egypt for the third time and am sad to have to leave for the first time. Next year we will be back. Nice staff, clean, food is ok and the bay a dream. Beautiful well maintained grounds.

Every single member of the staff on the beach and in the hotel are extremely kind and helpful.
The other services available at Malikia Resort, such as the medical clinic, the spa and beauty parlour are very professional and efficient.
We also enjoyed the family relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and we will be back!

Nikol Vízková, one of your girl from Animation Team is really fake people, never trust her as a guest, she ask for money and never give it back, she lie all time and cheat the guest, she only have this Animation job because at this way she can used and cheat the tourists. I will never accept this again, she do it before with lot of peoples in Hurghada and now in Marsa Alam.
I will make it public what she is for a bad human and in which hotel she work to protect other peoples to cheat from her and her husband.
The hotel should be more careful with the staff!

We decided to rest one day and leave this place to visit another place, but unfortunately we did not follow, because my husband's wallet disappeared in the lobby

We were reassured that there were cameras in the place, but after the presence of the director of security we discovered that the cameras were not working, and the truth is that the director of the security of the place searched in our room and our car only, and there was no cooperation or any action that was taken, but his response was mockery and underestimation of the contents of our wallet

Which made us turn to the tourism police and the rescue police. We sincerely thank their efforts very, very much for their interest and true cooperation with us.
We left the place immediately after the events of two days as if they were two years ago, thanks alot to whole stuff.

Great Resort for its beautiful Abu Dabbab beach suitable for everyone! And great staff in all sectors!

I only stayed a week I found clean rooms restaurant service good patient and courteous staff. All good level even on the beach. Suitable for families with children and lovers of diving and snorkeling, with a long jetty that leads you directly to immerse yourself in the reef.

We are in an international resort,! BUT with access to the sea, coral reef a charm, ABU BEACH FROM BAD.

The village is very nice and well cared for. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect! International Buffet Restaurant and there is everything, plentiful and good starting from breakfast get to dinner. There is a restaurant on the beach and dinner is spectacular. The staff is always very courteous and attentive. The bay say that it is a scream is very little is offered by the towel service.
Beautiful Snorkeling, inside the village there is the structure for excursion and equipment rental at reasonable prices. The animation is wonderful, super!
The only big flaw is their Wi-Fi (it's a fee) which is bad. It is worth buying a card at the airport! A paradise, I have left my heart!

My wife, 2 kids and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The snorkeling and beach setup was first class! Plenty of fish and turtles within 20-30 feet of the beach! The pools were great and perfect for the kids with all the waterslides. The food was good. The staff was excellent, very respectful, knowledgable and quick to respond to our requests. Animation team was top notch! All happy young people full of energy and great activities. The mini-disco was a favorite for us every evening after dinner and a must for anybody going here with children of all ages. Thank you to everybody there for making our trip so enjoyable.

The people who do their jobs there are friendly and nice. Disruptive are dirty towels, little varied food, poor functionality of the W-Lan (at this price! ). Overall, the plant has probably already had its best time.
What is particularly disturbing is that the tour guide preaches that you should not brush your teeth with the tap water. On request, however, one learns at the reception that ice is made from tap water there.
In any case, the hotel is not a 5-star hotel. Not in the country category either.

Well from the complex very nice hotel unfortunately, due to the many visitors from the east, the service leaves a lot to be desired and therefore only three stars.

The most beautiful bay with a rich backdrop of a wonderful coral reef is a great fauna with every fish. Ni species and color turtles the great Dugong Hotel.

Beautiful beach, clean room, decent food, against lobby staff not too top… The smile costs nothing.

A beautiful hotel.
We were overwhelmed by the facility and the friendly staff. You can see that here the management, with many ideas, offers a comfortable holiday. The beach is wonderful and a dream for divers and snorkelers. The dive center is from diving. En operated. The area for the children has a pool with water features. There is a doctor and pharmacy. The food is plentiful and varied.

Always like to! Super facility, super stand, super room, unfortunately don't always eat my taste but have left the dining room with full magen so everything top!

Top hotel, top beach like in the Caribbean that reef is sideways so you can go like in the Caribbean into the crystal clear shallow water and you have a whole colorful swarm of fish around your feet. Top diving school under German direction.

Beautiful sea, but the structure to renovate even the staff, lousy beach equipment, few bars to drink, a disaster. To avoid but always better than Italy.

It's beautiful here and most of the staff are extremely friendly. The pool was colder than the sea though and everywhere you go there will be people who come up to you wanting to sell things to you. We also reserved and paid for 5 people but when we arrived both rooms only had 2 beds. They brought us a 5th bed, but it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Was great holiday. Staff were very busy. I would like to mention the Petra by name, although not from our organizer, we could always contact you. Excursion with the big seacoast was also great, many underwater residents seen. Here it was bad that the divers unfortunately let themselves fall into the water around the sea cow, by animal — and nature conservation we understand something else. TV only went juwelo, that was very bad. Food and rooms really very good.

Very nice this village, unique sin the food not very good for us Italians, for the rest I recommend, I would go back to the sea point and the beach the most beautiful of Marsa Alam in my opinion. I've seen them all dolphins turtles and dugong… After eight years of Red Sea I finally realized my dream. Really spectacular barrier.

My wife and I stayed at the El Malikia Resort in Marsa Alam from 18th to 25th August 2017. Our holiday had to end on 1/09/2017. We literally escaped because of a bad hospitality resort in every respect. In fact, as widely communicated to the tour operator ALPITOUR/KARAMBOLA, the beach towels and deck chairs were old and dirty, the air conditioning in the common rooms (dining room and Hall) almost non-existent, with 45 ° in the shade. But the stomachable thing was the food, really bad quality (repetitive, recycled, stale, etc. Etc. ). It is to say that we have paid as a 4/5 star resort, through our trusted agency. It was a management calibrated on an Eastern European clientele that intends to make a week of holiday on the Red Sea at very little price!
After returning, after only a week of suffering instead of two, we communicated to ALPITOUR/KARAMBOLA what was our misadventure. The puzzling thing was the answer, according to which we would have to claim to have us move to another resort. As you do for parcel post, after you have paid well 3.100 Euro for 15 days of vacation. And then again ALPITOUR/KARAMBOLA told us we bought a cheap holiday! Not even dare to apologize for sending us to a refugee camp after paying for a 4/8 star resort! Always be wary of the companies and people who are so shy.

The bay is just a class… No separate trips to the sea… In this bay you will see everything…

Friendly, sometimes very hard-working staff in renovated rooms but clearly worn dining rooms as well as other places accessible to the general public. Booking via TUI very cheap, but on site excessive prices for all things and services. Many Eastern Europeans as guests (as of 2017)

One advantage is the beach. But this is not a credit to the hotel.
The hotel itself stands on the "golden" place-the pearl of the Red Sea Bay Abu Dabab.

Terrible experience! Me and my wife had both a food poisonong. The doctor in the hotel till the end was just an "acclimatization" (yeah — acclimatization with a 39, 5° fever), but the analysis we did when we were back in France well-showed "Shigella sonnei". There is a taxi service in the hotel. But if you order a taxi for the next morning, don't be surprised when there is no car at the mentionned time, neither one hour later. The only who worked well in this hotel were laundry and people on the reception. Special word about the manager A. Munir, I have never seen him doing anything but looking over anyone's shoulder. Really, it seems that he does not give a damn to stayer's problems.

The Hotel has pros and cons. Pros: It's beach, beach and once again the beach! The Food is delicious, the chef is good. Rooms are in perfect condition, cleaning without complaints. Water slides, pools are all on the level. Now Cons: In my opinion their 2. The First is the bailiff on the beach, which is absolutely ignoryat what you put the red flag "do not Disturb. Contrary to many bad reviews, we were very satisfied with the hotel in October 2017. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were very clean. The staff throughout the hotel was super nice, very helpful and incredibly warm. The food could have been better, but you always found something delicious! We were always fed up and had no gastrointestinal problems! Complaints I could then write more about a large number of guests, but well, that is probably another topic. The pool area is very nice and also clean. We were diving in AbuDabab and I would book the hotel again!

Pretty decent, good for families, awful food, rooms are pretty good. Sea is beautiful, resort is pretty good, but I expected more.

When you reading reviews from Egypt Red sea resorts, you will often find bed comments about the food and the stuff and if resorts are below 4-5 star, then also very often about hygiene. Thing is, that Egypt is Africa and you cant expect home kitchen and also dont expect that 5 star in Egypt is the same as 5 star in Europe. But here`s why only three star rating from me. Hotel is quite nice, pools are very clean, gardens well maintained, beach is probably one of the best that Red sea resorts can offer you, since you have nice sand beach with normal depth entrance (you don't have to walk long distance to reach depth). Sea is absolutely fabulous and if I have the option for rating sea and the beach than that rating will be 12 stars. Hotel beach is part of public Abu Dabbab beach which has few very interesting cafes, bars and juice shops. So regarding beach enjoyment, snorkeling and diving this resort is dream resort. But… when you enter hotel main hall, lounge … you will notice that it's quite hot there (AC has died), you will also notice that you can see same people working there in 12 — 15 hours shifts!? Which produce not so happy faces of working stuff, but the guests also. Whith limusine (Taxi) service be extremely careful and insist on better price and payment after you get back in hotel, because of 3 drives, 2 of them were 30/45 minutes late in start and with all three of them we had problems in return timing.

Great beach, haven't tried the accommodation nor the service.

Was in may 2016 a week here, never again!
4.5 star hotel, no bath amenities, a SOAP dispenser next to the sink and one in the shower, that's it.
Mini bar is empty, you must buy additional packages, a 1.5 l bottle of water per day included.
Cleaning in the room more than flawed.
No a-la-carte-restaurant, food very boring little vegetables and hard fruits, are only 2 possibilities, where you can eat, main restaurant or on the beach (menu 1: Panahi fries, menu 2: reheated pasta with some sauce), open only from 10-17 h on the beach.
Both after 2 days we had a bacterial infection, diarrhoea and stomach problems are normal, we were not the only ones.

If I would describe Hotel as a building. I would say it is a average hotel! BUT! If you would look closer it is way way better than any other I visited in Egypt. This hotel evolves, grows and gain experience that later uses in a good way! They have european music in lobby (not so obvious), they have waitress not only waiters (again, not so obvious in muslim countries/hotels). Extraordinary staff. I have never met so devoted lobby staff. The best services ever! And finally. The reef. I bet you never witnessed such a reef before. I visited that hotel twice, and I am on my way third time! Great Hotel, with super good food, Ideal for peace seekers. Brilliant Riff, directly on the sandy beach, Top for snorkelers. Necessarily a trip to Edfu and Aswan company — well Worth seeing! Or in the other direction to Luxor.
