Efficient service, friendly smiling staff, very good food with different variety, clean rooms and lovely location, nice beach. All in all great holiday.

Great stay have to spend 2 awesome weeks. Quiet hotel and awesome staff Hanafi and ali lifeguard, gamal restaurant, Ahmed, redouane… and all the others who have been great. Small downside for the buffet which was small and not very varied. On the side of the animation it was missing the eastern side which is a pity.

We stayed at conrorde from 24.6-01.06.2022. It was a fantastically relaxing time we were taken care of all around and felt very comfortable. It was cleanly maintained and everyone was very attentive ubd friendly. No matter if it was the gardener the Roomboy The reef was beautiful and the tensioned rope conveys the safety. Also that the stairs from the jetty into the water have just been renewed I find very good.
We will come again. Keep up the good work.

I was in a terrible hotel and I called concord moreen beach and I told them that I have a problem and I need to book with them for the next morning.
Although it was almost impossible but after 1 hour they called me by the reception staff Mr. Mosaad and the night manager called me and he told me that there is no problem at all and I can come to the hotel in the morning and surprisingly I got a see view room.
This is my second time in this great resort and it will not be the last
Because it is a fabulous wonderful resort and they really saved my vacation Thank you very much concord moreen beach for your professional hospitality As usual every thing is more than excellent (staff, pool, restaurant, bars, see and jetty) I highly recommend this resort.

We enjoyed this hotel. It is not luxurious but it has all you need. Nice rooms, amazing garden, great beach for snorkeling and above all super nice staff and animators. We did not want to leave! It is rather quiet but not boring, perfect for relaxation 🤗.

I have visited this resort and I have found very friendly empoyees of this resort. Especially Mr. Ahmed Gabber who was keeping our room clean and in fantastic order as well was perfect. I fully recommend this place. 👌

Stayed in April beautiful friendly resort with friendly staff specially responsible reception Mr, Saad clean and spacious rooms, good food nice beach with coral reef ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Very quiet hotel right on the beach View from my room was great to wake up to. As for all of Egypt its quiet and services are run down a bit, but, hey who cares if all you want to do is chill out.

Great hotel, staff, garden is exceptional, rooms nice and clean. We enjoyed snorkeling and quiet atmosphere.

The best thing about this place is it’s Staff, they would do anything just to help you even if you’re asking for something silly, many special thanks to each one of them (hope they could see this). The beach was amazing, pools were so clean and great, and the room was nice as well! The only thing is that if you’re going to stay for a week or longer you might get bored of the food they need to add a little bit more variety And also you have to consider planning some more activities to do there, however if you’re going to stay for 5 days or less then no worries about that, you’ll enjoy it anyways. And for the management: please give the Resort’s gate a little bit more care and make it more obvious, because I wasn’t able to recognize it when I arrived. My rating is 4.7 out of 5 stars.

We stayed in this hi hotel for one week at the end of February. Room was nice and cleaned every day. Personel helpful, food good. Sea clean and very good for diving.

Beautiful resort on the sea with beautiful gardens. Reef and beach is incredible. The rooms are large and functional with a beautiful view of the sea (at least our). Nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the animation non-existent, even for the smallest Wi-Fi is not npresente in the rooms and very slow in the communal areas and the food leaves a bit to be desired.

Relax in the middle of nowhere. Secluded from nearby towns and even other resorts, this place is exactly what you'd look for to wind down and relax. Attentive and friendly staff, although a bit pushy when it came to the hotel's additional offerings. Food was plentiful and with enough variety. If you ate the same food every day it would have been only because you chose to. Rooms were big and had plenty of light, the beach was quite nice, with a secluded adults-only area overlooking the main beach strip. We took a one day private trip to Luxor with the hotel's excursion team, organized by Mamdouh. We had an excellent driver and an excellent guide for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend you do this particular trip halfway through your stay. Happy vacationing!

Great hotel! Great room, we enjoy the sea view. Wi-Fi is available on the hotel's 3/4, including the sandy beach. The catering is very varied and generous. Very friendly staff. Paint a little degraded in corridor (flakes).

The location is good and the house reef is very nice. But these are the only advantages that are available in this hotel. Conditions for beach chairs are torn and dirty. Even some beach chairs are broken. Very old furniture and table with stains in the room. In the bathroom there are dirty curtains, rusty towel racks, and it stinks very disgusting. Our room was cleaned unsatisfactory. The sheets were filthy. Service in the restaurant is poor. All employees are unwieldy and cumbersome. Drinks are never offered without a tip. Even after a complaint at the reception, the waiters cleaned up on our table only when their boss was present and were very aggressive towards us. One of them told me something in Arabic, and it was very uncomfortable. Continuing to complain at the front desk or at their boss was utterly pointless. Just as bad are the sellers on the beach who never left us alone and always wanted to sell something, e. G. Massage, peeling, excursions. From 10am to sunset, it's better not to enter the beach if you want some rest. Also simply saying "no" or hanging the red shield on the parasol does nothing — the sellers ask to buy something because they "have to feed their camels".

Hotel side 5 * but corresponds to a 4 * European, impeccable room, clean, spacious.
Great buffet restaurant, DPJ international, lunch and dinner varied, the chef revisits each time the dishes.
Big negative: Oriental restaurant and fish, not friendly, does not attract the customer to discover the kitchen and moreover a supplement is asked in relation to the go.
The sunroof bar is not well operated, the management could foresee around 16h a kind of teatime with Oriental pastry tasting.
However ideal place for divers.

Nice location and nice staff, however the buffet and the snacks could tolerate a bit more variety. After two weeks of vacation it becomes a bit monotonous.

Great hotel, unfortunately, were only a week there. Very clean rooms, the food was very nicely done and very tasty. Friendly staff. Very nice house reef, the only downside was the room proximity to the animators who obviously had to animate even at night. (In the room) You can still work on it. We'll be back.

Perfect location, amazing staff, clean and large rooms, professional services. I could not dream about a place like Concorde Moreen beach. I totally recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and snorkel or dive.

It was the best holiday from my life The Hotel is very clean, the people are very frienly and nice, special Mr. Ahmed Romel (the swimm teacher), Hassan Gad (Swimmingpool) and Mr. Ala (Restaurant) In Restaurant the food is fresh and very well prepared with a huge selection for all people, many next year I will spend my holidays back in Concorde Moreen I can only recommend.

Amazing hotel had a nice stay the buffet is nice people are very welcoming and friendly. I stayed at room 12010 sea view room nice amazing view morning and evening. I Recommend the baraka restaurant (ask for Alaa the organizer) which is an amazing seafood restaurant by the beach I ate the most amazing seafood meal in my life. The hotel has also, an amazing spa with gym showers and hands down the most amazing massage (i tried massage in bali before and it was for me even better) I tried the medical massage it was amazing. I went in the dolphin trip which is 4.5hrs till u reach u reach their site and it was nice. 3 MAJOR PROBLEMS: — insects I had to kill 3 lizards — room service keeps waking me up everyday at 9am which is very upsetting (I took this vacation to unwind and relax from work stress) When I ask him to come back later he gets very angry and he never talks or reply back even though I speak arabic to him. — Technical maintenance has some issues too, I used the bedside lamp plug to charge my iphone. On the third night when I plugged the phone there was a boom sound and electricity was out the technician come to the room and turned the lights back on but did not even check to see caused the cut off. The same problem repeated the next day and the charged was toasted thanks to the technician for taking care of business and when I asked him he said there is no problem probably its your charger.

Super Hotel! To recommend.
