Good old hotel, but overcrowded now and that is why service is not very good all the time (staff is trying hard but anable to keep up with all the people, especially at canteen). Food is basic. Drinks are low alcoholic not very good, served very small portions. Room cleaning service is good, do the wash every day. The best part is sea lagoon. Beautiful, warm and clean (7-9 meters)

Good and comfortable hotel which is located on beach of Hurghada. The room is clean and neat. The hotel sometimes congested with Eastern European tourists during summer season. The swimming pool was good. Restaurant was crowded and the table fully occupied, so it is suggested to come as early as possible, foods and drinks quality is bad.

I was there 1 week ago (20-25 Dec. 2015) I had a sea view room, it was an amazing view, but the furnitures were old & there was a permanent problem with wash & bathtub! water always accumulates there! I called room service, they came fast to be honest, but problem didn't solve as well! Also bath room ventilator didn't work properly (some times ON /OFF) whatever u'd pushed the button or not! Also rooms have 1 traditional key (not a magnetic one) which was a problem for my friends in triple room as they had to move together all the time! (U will not get a spare key, but u may call room service to get ur room opened, which was time wasting! ) Housekeeping was always late, they did come every day but lately around 12-1 pm, that time was when we came back — after hading breakfast n swimming — to get a nap! also they didn't change bed sheets every day as long as it was clean! (unless u 'd ordered) but they changed towels every day. The BIG problem which I was suffering from, n can't be ignored was FOOD! was really BAD as it was half done most of time, no variety at all they barely made a change in 1 or 2 items through the week but there were same dishes Such as : Rice, beans, vegetables (filled wz oil) chicken n fish were with bones (which was difficult to get raid of it) were too bad also and the same every day! Soft drinks were offered hot and diluted with water!

I stayed at Sunny Days during August 2015. The place is really well maintained and has an Arabian fascinating charm about it. The room was comfy, a little small though. The beach was over the top. I would have given this resort an excellent review, if it wasn't for the quality of food. The food lacked variety and moreover was cooked with cheap and unhealthy ingredients. As a result, I suffered severe stomach aches and turbulence. In addition to this, the soft drinks were offered hot and mixed with water, the thing that made them horrible. I wish that the resort management should put great effort in improving the quality of food, because it counts as an important element in the success of any resort.

I was there beginning of August 2015 it was Ramadan but even so all of us (a group of 10 people) were so much satisfied, all the staff were extremely helpful, extremely friendly, with a very kind smile on their face, so kind to everyone even kids. We really thank all of them for every single minute we spend there. You all made our vacation a real fun and amazing. I have only one concern (animation — all of them — and DJ) they are not like others, they don't treat all the guests in the same way, Egyptians for them are invisible or substandard I really didn't understand them and surely didn't like it, which is really so bad and weird. Accommodation is excellent. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. View from the balcony attached to our room on both occasions was of the neatly kept gardens. Surrounding area is quiet but there is plenty of daytime activities and nightly entertainment. Customer service is excellent and all the staff are very friendly and helpful which is why I have gone back for a second time. Plenty of choice for the food so you will always find something you like to eat.

It was a very good holidays at this hotel. There is few restaurants, 2 swimming pools, room was very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and always very polite. Yulia really was very helpful. The food was tasty we variedly. Always was fish, meat, lots of vegetables in different changes, fruits. Rice, potatoes and pasta, pizzia. Big, clean, nice territory. Also there is wonderful coral beach. Lobby bar working 24 hours. There is good Spa, I was there few times. Wi fi NOT FREE! But for it wasn't big problem. In general I liked everything. I was in Sunny Days with friends. Big hotel with nice territory. Good beach. Coral beach is amazing. There is spa, but not free. Also you can play ping pong, racket need take from reception, its free. Few restaurants. We was surprised Wi fi not free. Stas is polite. I want to note GR Juilia she solved our problems. We was in the room 1108, we liked. Room comfortable. HK was daily. Food nothing special bull we liked. Vacation was nice. Good hotel.

I went to this amazing hotel last year (2013) on December. I am so happy. Because the service was very very good and people are kind. We had nice program, and also many games. We were in the hotel in December! The area is not bad! Beautiful lagoon and sea! But the rooms are very old look. The food is very, very poor! The staff is nice! But everywhere is dirty.
