My experience dates from a long time ago but I went there in July 2005 and it was great! The rooms were on top, the staff very nice (from gardeners to waiters) the food was good (especially the breakfast pastries). In short if one day I return to Hurghada it is on that my hotel will be the sea star beautiful shore.

This is a good place. The staff is very friendly. The territory is clean and well-groomed. I was disturbed by the fact that guests smoke everywhere.

In advance: the expectations and the mistaking of some German tourists disgust me. You are here at the hotel, can neither please nor say thank you — go with the staff as if they were slaves. The buffet is versatile and fresh, especially tasty is the breakfast with many different varieties of pastries. Vegans and vegetarians can also be found here at their expense. The beach is well maintained and nice, you get towels and it is not far from the bar.
There are several tour guides which offer very fair prices. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. There is nothing to be wrong with the bathroom. Every day there is a program for young and old. The holiday is so beautiful here. The hotel is worth a trip ❤ take a mosquito spray with.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 years. 04 to 10.04. The hotel is generally not bad. But if you have a small child, it is better to find another option. Our 4 old. The sea is great and the place is mostly quiet and you can relax. The heated pool is a great getaway if you‘re in need of relaxation. Undortunately the food needs improvement and the staff is only partly friendly. The reception staff was very rude at times and they kept changing their minds on certain matters. Another huge drawback and disappointment is the fact that they don‘t offer free Wi-Fi which you‘d expect given the fact that it‘s a 5* hotel. I‘m not going there again, but it‘s okay if you don‘t need Wi-Fi and are patient.

Although it's a 4 star hotel it is one of the best hotels I ever visited in hurgada. Staff is very helpful and hospitable, rooms are clean and spacious, sea is amazing, food is delicious but variety is not much. The big applause goes to the animation team very creative energetic every day a new program. Definitely will repeat the experience. Best staff and animation team thank you.

Wonderful Hotel Spa The fish restaurant of the beach is excellent to recommend.

Nice hotel. The rooms are decent. The food is super. The staff responsive, trying. The only downside is the pillows. They are huge and the pillowcases are small. The hotel/resort is amazing. It's as per the expectation. It has two amazing swimming pool and also a personal beach that will help you in relaxation without any disturbances. Has some really good games like table tennis, football, golf (its paid). Some of the cons of the hotel is that it's not suitable for Vegetarians because mostly they served non-veg food and we were left with only finger chips. Also even though they say they have free Wi-Fi but it's not.

Well I would say reception staff and housekeeping were very good. Pleasant and helpful. 4/5. In terms of food 3/5 but for the price im paying, i'm alright. Cleanliness and rooms 3/5. Interior of toilet and carpets are pretty old and could be maintained better. Hence no more than this score. Location, not the most central but you could always take a taxi. It was calm when I went, not too many tourists in the hotel.

The animation team insulted us because we didn't want to participate in their games, the waiters ignore or forget every second order. The hotel room was fine except for the bathroom. Haven't seen young people. Animation is the same like everywhere. Beach is good, convenient entrance to water. In general, hotel is good one to stay, but it is not 5*.

Great place for snorkeling. It Has coral reefs near the hotel. Animation is nice as well. Hotel is clean. Food is nice as well, But there is not enough spices and salt in dishes. I am dissapointed about toilets in Room — this is not a 5 star standard;) anyways I have nice time and reccomend this place.

Good things about this place : 1-cozy place that you can reach everywhere easily. 2-food quality is good. 3 — clean rooms. 4 — more than bar. Bad thing about this place: 1 — beach isn't that clean.

I took them 30 minutes to open my door. It was truly a nightmare. Nobody cared about my situation. My door kept being locked throughout the entire holiday. Reception people cannot help you with any problems, they barely speak English or Russian, some bartenders and waiters in this hotel speak English way better than reception.
