Its a nice hotel with a decent room size and good food but the staffs attitude is horrible with special needs, we went to go get pizza and they refused to serve but then served the people behind us and shouted at us for getting chips. We also wanted to book the italian restaurant and they had availability for the 6th, yet refused us and said we could only go on the 9th (the day after we leave) and a manager and the reception ripped up our restaurant ticket and threw it on the floor, wouldnt reccomend.

Hi thank-you for an amazing holiday. staff were great always there to help made us feel at home, and nothing was too much trouble, the food were great loads and very clean hotel our room was cleaned every day and clean towels fantastic. The pool area was very safe as the life quards were on it every minute of the day very safe and fun for all ages, and very relaxing. The beach is very clean with a bar were u can buy refreshments and snacks the staff there were fantastic aswel, all in all a fantastic holiday and for us the staff made our holiday so friendly and helpful 101%, we will definitely be back for a holiday we were there for two weeks and enjoyed every minute 😀, hope to go again next year. thankyou to all the staff from Mary lukaszewicz, michail travagiakis and our son Anthony lukaszewicz xxx.

Nice hotel and staff. Also the food is amazing.

Super nice staff, kind and helpful, structure a bit dated but visible maintenance interventions, food can be improved and you need all inclusive to be total not with some drinks for a fee such as fruit juices.

DO NOT GO THERE! ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR EMPLOYES AND FRIENDS! Everything is bad, from rooms to food and frozen pools. And they have extra charge for everything. Been there done that.

Just returned from royal lagoons resort and aqua park and it was amazing the hotel was very good and clean and the food was good as well couldn't praise the staff enough they were amazing very friendly and made you feel very welcome I also have to praise the animation team they made the holiday not only there entertaining the children they were they for everybody such amazing people really do highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, reception staff are very helpful and always smiling give the. Thank you for all. I spent 1 week with my family, kids and adults, all enjoyed. Food is fantastic, everyday different type of food. Very reach buffet. Funny animation staff, large room. Thank you all for the unforgivable vacation.

Very little staff compared with th accommodation percentage, hard to find shazlong on the pool, food is not the best, staff is very helpful, very poor bar juice is very bad I advice by this hotel in a non season time only.

Horror! This is my first impression after after another hotel (Old Palace) in Hurghada. Were there not long and thank God. If without children, the review would not write. Keep in mind that there's dirt around here. Starting from the room m to the dining room and swimming pools (look under the bridges in the pools and swipe your finger on the plates and glasses). The bed linen dirty from the dust windows both inside and outside. Dust and dirt-EVERYWHERE! The legs collected all the dust. Bed without duvet cover and in strange spots. San knot in "Avno". The comments do not react. The baby cot is not given. Slept in 4m on the same bed.
On the territory of hotel on a contour everywhere building rubbish, and also not only building. The Greens at the end of May were absent. The exit without being brought from the first floor to the pool without shoes is impossible, because a lot of debris, thorns and faded plants.

The guy in the restaurant is a good boy! Tried to bring drinks and talk, but this is a plus for the young guy, not the hotel.
The slides close at 17.00 like a bar.

Would definitely go back not for the food but the staff and its close proximity to the Big Brother 2 café bar.

Very nice hotel. The architect is a big Umnicka!
Huge groomed territory is buried in flowers. Three swimming pools, slides for children and adults.
But not greeted warmly on the reception, long, 2 hours, inhabited, though saw that we with the child and was already time of dinner, and when have demanded to invite the chief, pretended, that do not understand in Russian.
Animators in the afternoon and in the evenings offer a variety of entertainment for adults and children.
Friendly and friendly waiters in the restaurant.

Staff impolite, arogant. 5 stars just as a joke. Rooms dirty. Loud music every night as the best entertaintment … till 3 a. M.

The hotel grounds are beautiful but obvious problems with the restaurant work. To the chefs no special complaints, the food is standard, although the choice for a five star hotel sparse. But the waiters, this is the biggest disaster of this hotel. These guys managed to turn the restaurant into a pigsty!
Instead of normal waiters, a manager runs around the hall and tries to "steer" the process of clapped guests.
There are not enough tables for all the guests and they are not cleaned at all. As a result, if you came at the beginning of lunch and had time to take a table, then you are lucky. If you come a little later, you will stand with your food, or you have to sit down at the dirty table and eat with your hands.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rating and the number of stars are not true.
The first impression is horror! We were brought to the hotel at 9am and did not inhabited until 12 (check in time). Tired and hungry we sat till the specified time. During the waiting even water in the bar did not give.
As a result, we were moved to the upper room of the villa, where we were shocked by the picture-dirt and unsanitary! I speak frankly and without bias, about what is visible to the naked eye. The staff were very helpful and washed, the bathroom was clean and the toilet was clean and the breakfast was also very nice. During the stay from the cleaning was only washing floors and change of towels.
As for the food, it's a little better here. The choice is large, but repeated almost every day. You can visit the hotel's Italian restaurant once on arrival. Decided with his wife to go to dinner-sorry for the time spent, waited long for the order, and on the total received not everything that ordered, and the dishes were the same as in the usual restaurant. Nothing at all!
The beach is far away from the hotel. This is far from 5 *. No food, no respect, no service and quality of the hotel itself. Great flow of tourists, attitude as to the "conveyor", the food is cheap and monotonous. I don't recommend this hotel.

Thought between 4 and 5. The hotel is nice. Large area. Huge pools, one of them heated. 4 because the second line, in the room there is no slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, only towels. But the NLP is good and cleaned every day. Good animators, good restaurant, rest like.

At the first day, you'll get quite positive emotions, the staff would be friendly with you. If you'll keep giving tips, it will stay the same. If you wouldn't, the horror will start, they wouldn't even clean your room, and will ignore all of your requests. Don't expect fruits or fresh juices in the hotel. Also, they have very bad Wi-Fi and regular electricity problems. I don't recommend this hotel for any kind of vacation.

I met my husband here, this hotel has very fond memories for us. Great staff and the service is wonderful. Go back all the time and send friends.

When you go royal lagoons you have to know how you play with lions I love this hotel.

Worst Hotel ever … very bad food. Beach is far and public and has no facilities … very bad swimming pool and they don't heat water. Phone didn't work. They cut electricity many times… they cut hot water after 12am … no night life … very bad animation team do nothing! was terrible I Hate this place.

From held in this hotel for 8 days, I got a lot of fun. The attitude is very kind and attentive. If not by listing a free service, in General, everything is fine. Power, of course, not particularly elegant, but there is diversity and choice, if not to be late for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the sea minibus runs every 20 minutes, although a private beach, 10 min walk to the fun. Rating 4 out of five. I again went there.
