Very good hotel but the CARAVELA RESTAURANT is lacking, very bad. Rude waiters and lousy food. Do not reserve, do not pay a dollar in that restaurant. Our waiter gave us the worst treatment, rude and without any attention.

One of the best hotels, I have ever seen… all facilities of entertainment found. Safety 🛟🦺 during aqua park. Respect for guests… all types of food and drinks that suit Muslims and Russian tourists.

The worst hotel ever. I am currently staying in this hotel, so this is live from the place. I can't wait to go home. The place is dirty, the food is terrible, no food market in the hotel, so I basically eat to not be hungry (a la carte restaurants would not be called restaurants in my country). Anything you want to buy in the hotel is more expensive than in Switzerland, spa center is poor yet the most expensive I have ever seen, it seems like everybody wants to take advantage on you just because you are not in a position to choose anything better. There are numerous reasons why I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, but I just don't have enough energy to write about them. As I mentioned, I can't wait to go home. However, the beach is beautiful.

The best hotel at Sahl hasheesh ever. The room was very clean and perfect. Large resort with fantastic animation team. We have enjoyed the activities at arena seater every night as well as live singers daily. Very kind and safe kids aqua park and adult aqua park was very nice. Kind staff and excellent food managed by Mr. Mohamed Bahgat. Thanks mr. Mohammed Bahgat for the good hospitality … we have enjoyed the food a lot.

Very nice hotel. The staff makes sure that the guests are satisfied, everyone is nice and helpful. We spent the best evening in the Italian restaurant, the food was excellent and the waitress service was even better. Abdulaziz made sure that we were smiling all evening, patiently answered all questions, you can see that he likes his work and has great contact with guests.

The entertainment team in a hotel is friendly and helpful. There are always fun activities to be done. And everything for everyone's taste. Recommend it to everyone if they want to have some fun here.

Nice Pool; We spent a very good time there… the animation team was excellent; the kids loved all shows. Mahmoud from the animation team did an excellent job! Rooms are good space wise but the Furniture is average.

That’s my experience due to my visit from 25, June 2018 to 2, July 2018 1. The furniture is very low quality 2. Food is poor, not cocked well, not good taste 3. The pool is not clean at all 5. Rooms don’t deserve 5 stars … 2 will be fair enough 6. Animation team is a group of amateurs, just one show in 6 days. 7. Staff are very kind. 8. House keeping is very active 9. High price (almost 180 $) Don’t even try with them.

Overall it is an acceptable experience, with few issues. First, I will mention the positive points — Several swimming pools, including aqua park. — Quite, not so crowded. — Daily night activities, including mini disco for kids — Food is good in terms of variety, with above good taste. In some nights, dinner included excellent chicken barbecue. Sea food is not that good, except for the grill station. — Walking area crossing all hotels, nice in the evening. — Golf carts, and bicycles are available for rent. — Staff is friendly. — Kids club. Negative points — Old furniture — Old building (rooms) — Shower is very old. — Room cleaning standards are very low. — Wi-Fi is not usable. — All inclusive timings are strange (two locations open at the same time) usually all inclusive have different food serving locations at different timings. Example, if you miss the breakfast, you can eat a snack at another location. But here, you have to wait till lunch time! — Pool is not so clean. — No elevator from the lobby to the rooms or restaurants, which is an issue for people with baby pushchairs.

The swimming pool and slides of pyramisa are world class. Had an amazing experience there. And yeah its expensive.

Good place but needs some attention to details. It's clean, needs some maintenance, good food with adequate variety, polite staff, always available when needed but the place needs a lot of maintenance. The beach and pool seats need to be changed. The rooms are clean but the beds are tough. Very nice beach and snorkeling area.

The hotel is very cool, the emplesdos very attentive but unlike q in the rest of Egypt here no one speaks English. The food leaves quite q want, we have eaten much better in the cruzero by the nile. The pool closes at 17h, very soon. And finally the location is 30km away from Hurghada, to get out of here to do tours and others, Fatal.

Beautiful rooms, very nice staff the pool facility is very large and with several slides which are great fun. The evening show is very nice to watch, the beach is very nice and big to snooze very well have seen many beautiful fish. There are many leisure activities offered, for small money we have been offered a lot here, I can only recommend to go here once.

The pool is occupied with slides and many are lying, one around massage there was also at a very good price and also the workers there were very nice. I highly recommend this hotel ♡ I am very much in peace.

This is my second visit in Egypt and this hotel is really great. Food is all day on the bar on the beach and we have very big choice. Beach is clean and animation program is perfect — dance, football, zumba and other. The stand in the hotel were very helpful and help with everything we need. Great vacation.

Beautiful hotel, but mainly Russian audience. Food leaves something to be desired, as there really is the same every day. Fruit is also not the freshest. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, it is noticeable that the bosses put enormous pressure on their employees and you also notice it as a guest.

Animation is brilliant. Hotel is awesome. I really like this place. There aren't a lot of people and I enjoy it, because I can spend my vacation in silence on the fantastic beach. Also this hotel has got professional cooks, so the dishes are very tasty!

A somewhat aging hotel, with a very well maintained garden and good beach. The staff takes care of his guests, insanely nice. Food, bar and excursion offers are good.

Good infrastructure but staff is fewer than guests and services are affected badly during summer season. Room service and cleanliness shall be reconsidered. Recommended only out of high season.

Very nice hotel but very poorly maintained food remains to desire no variety and no taste very dirty with an unpleasant staff in the cite it describe 9 restaurant but at the top there is only 3 with a menu no the only difference between the buffet and restaurant a la C Arte One is just served it's all Wi-Fi connection 0 I can't even connect to the reception the only people who enjoy it is the beautiful children's pool with wonderful slide very beautiful shows and a beautiful beach.

Let me start by saying that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel, maximum rating might be 3 that it deserves. The customer service here is beyond trash. The rooms took 3 hours to get ready after our check in time, so we were forced to keep roaming the place till 3-3:15. We had to change the rooms THREE times because the rooms had issues with the beds, air condition not working, power plugs not working, and finally bed sheets not being dirty. The food is beyond bad, most of the time it was not warm, and basically looked like it was warmed up in the microwave and thrown outside for the people to eat. The entertainment team doesn't do any kind entertainment activities during the day or at night time so night life doesn't exist in this place. So we had to set up a outing every night to try to survive. Finally, my favourite part was the numerous amount of women who were jumping in the water with a full hijab suite. This was both in the pool, and the beach. It was the most disgusting daily scene ever. 75 percent of my stay consisted of tanning outside due to this. Also, it's good to note that all the outside restaurants that you have the option to "book" in are all closed. One of them you can easily access from the pool, which is fully trashed. All in all I would highly recommend to save your money, and not to go there.

Very, but very dirty hotel and terrible food and drinks. The employees dont know to serve a beer (they open the bottle and it remain at the freezer at night and then serve the other day to you the same beer! ). My bed was so hard that if I will sleep on the floor will be better. Great sea view and nice workers only.

It is one of worst hotels in Hurghada and Sahl Hashish. Nothing seems to work here except the acqua park. Elevators are out of order. TV sets and channels are limited with bad sounds. Rooms are not maintained properly. Staff are not trained and some of them do have some attitude. No value for money. Don't go. There are much better hotels in Sahl Hashish.

I didn't read the reviews either before writing my own, or before I went here. (chosen by his wife)
At first it seemed that the hotel was upsetting (the first time in Egypt), but then realized that the country upset me, and the hotel is just gorgeous (compared to other Egyptian hotels).
Of the pluses a large area, very green (pictured here is a little greenery, apparently pictures of old, see mine), a large clean beach without waves (as on the lake), that is a lot of important beach, quite diverse cuisine, good children's animation and club, and adult Not bad.
Of the cons you can list all the disadvantages of Egypt. Lack of service, not 5 stars pure, well, and OLLENKLY in all its manifestations (queues, lack of choice and terrible quality of drinks, ice cream, etc. ) )
Assessed with awareness (aware solely by communication with other people and photos, because in Egypt no longer a foot) what horror in other hotels :)
