I highly recommend this hotel for what it offers: good services, spacious and clean rooms, generous sea pool, snorkeling area is fantastic and the staff is extremely professional and friendly like Mohamed Abou Bakar the funniest Arab I have ever met, everyday smiling and makes you feel welcome to Egypt!

Fantastic holiday. The hotel is immaculate and the service from all the staff was excellent. The food was also a highlight of our holiday with a different choice every night. All the staff work very hard to ensure that you have a great and relaxing time. A massive 5 stars from the Goodall family.

A super Hotel, with everything you would need for a holiday! For me, there was only a Mango, the front Desk staff is absolutely Incompetent and too slow! Unfortunately, the mistakes of the employees have cost a lot of nerves and time! Otherwise, the Hotel is a dream!

A fantastic facility with really hard-working, dedicated and nice staff. Whether in the restaurant or by the pool the waiters, quickly and always with a smile you got his order. The question always came up, if everything was okay… first-rate.
The cleaning staff very meticulous, fast and accurate. We were always looking forward to our clean room after the pool. There were never any problems at the reception, all procedures were consistently trouble-free and professional. And the animation! Great offers, super lots of fun and humour.
In addition to the staff, the resort has a lot to offer! Great and varied food offer, great drinks, variety in the evening program and simple but well-kept facilities.
For me, the stay there was consistently positive! And, it wasn't the last time Oasis.

The service and food is unbeatable highly recommended. The offers for activists are extensive. Here you feel very comfortable and taken care of as a guest. I'm here for the 2nd time now and one thing I know I'm sure I'll be back. Everything is just right and the staff is very friendly and also thanks to the Putzcrow very polite and very clean.

Very good hotel, I really recommend it however food varieties needs to be enhanced. Your animation team is very cheerful and full of energy especially juma.

Food was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, clean pool (1 heated during winter), beach very clean but 10 min walk from resort, aqua park were amazing. Animation team there are useless and very boring however I didn't see any of them during my 4 nights stay! but kids animation was okay.

Perfectly managed by Jaz management I came few years back and it wasnt as professional and clean as it is now. Hats off to such great management team and executing staff.

Jaz Oasis, the best place to be. I was there with me and my girlfriend and I loved this place. I love the food, different choices every day. The room is very clean, thank to the room boy for o job well done. The mini club, was functioning very well, we enjoyed watching the kids doing there thing with the animation ladies. We took part in the animation programs which kept us busy all along our holidays. We are looking forward to our next holiday at the Jaz Makadi Oasis.

Dear Makadi Oasis Team. We have been here for the 2nd time and it will certainly not be our last time! We have met very dear people here and have always been warmly received. The GANZE staff is really Mega Mega friendly and very child-loving. My two are looking forward to next year again. Also my husband and I always have a great relaxing time here. The food and cleanliness in the hotel are really top. We have rarely experienced such a great service as with you. Jaz Makadi Oasis — our second home.

The rooms are very good, big and have nice furniture. The personal is happy, helpful and friendly. Its next to the sea and you can go dive and see some nice fish.

Great uncompromised experience, great value for money, the hotel is all inclusive based, and they food, snakes and drinks offered are of great quality. The beach is shared with other Jaz resort and a bit far, but still a nice weekend walk. The aqua park is great, amazing rides for all ages.

Perfect location! Lots to do with kids of all ages. The animation team made us feel very welcomed and valued, took there time to inform us about activities and entertainment. They made sure our toddler was entertained! Kali, Pauline, Samantha and Sam really made us feel comfortable. Really good team! Food facilities available almost everywhere beach, pool area, food court. You name it! Staff always attending your needs, left or right theres someone there to serve you. Salah one of the bar staff was so good we didnt even have to wait to request our drinks… he would bring it to us when he noticed we was low. Perfect family holiday!

The hotel is a nice place for family vacations and couples. Had a great time there. The animation team is a very admirable squad managing a very awesome entertainment program befitting each guests needs. The meals are of various cuisines and pretty well cover every taste. It is an amazing hotel with clean rooms and dedicated staff.

The best place to be is oasis we love everything! Our holiday have been a great one the entertainment was the best animation team are so nice we love their daily activities. Kids club is the the best my son loved everything special thanks to Pauline Samantha and Elvin for look good at our son. We recommend foe everyone.

The Food and Service are unbeatably good and a Holiday here is highly recommended not only for Singles, but also for Families with Children. As a Single Traveller I was here for 13 days for 100/2-and will certainly come back.

The entire Hotel complex is very clean. The Rooms are large enough and also very clean. Very attentive Staff, who took care of all matters Very kindly. The Buffets were very rich and the Food excellent. Pool System clean and refreshing. Hotel's Own Beach within Walking distance. Only Negative Point: The Sellers of the Shops outside the Plant were very intrusive.

The main disadvantage of the hotel (and from it-the rays of the smaller ones) — 99% of tourists-German tourists. From here-ALL EVERYWHERE is sharpened under German tourists… Staff and attitude to other tourists (felt, as well as my children with his wife), prices in stores (in euros and expensive), bars, restaurants and so on.
The Hotel Itself is a solid 5 +! In All (rooms, territory, landscaping, cleanliness, infrastructure, food). Really very high level.
The Main question-would go still?
The Answer is NO. In the hotel, where my children banal can not get ice cream, because they do not understand the waiter at the ice cream, I think, the second time to rest will not want…

Beautiful grounds, delicious food, great rooms, class sports program, totally fond of children, very dear & previously coming staff and good location (airport/beach) speak/understand to 95 percent German. You can pay with credit card and euro anywhere. Enough change (1-2 euro STK) for tipping! 10 euro notes better than big bills!

Great holiday, great effort and friendly. Criticism is only with variety of food — unfortunately in both restaurants the same and every week also the same. But it was always hot and tasty.

Great hotel. The staff are incredibly nice. The stand is unfortunately not so great, but you can snorkel at the spot.

Excellent resort with excellent facilities. Overall the animation team was amazing and us feel at home with constant entertainment, activities and shows. They also did a great job in breaking the ice with other guests helping us make new friends from all over the world. Special thanks to Melvin, Elvira, and Samantha for developing a one to one relationship with my niece during the kids club activities. I always felt she was safe and taken care of while we were away enjoying our own activities. Furthermore, the food quality was top notch with special "awesome" fine dining menu on Christmas day. Lastly, the room was very cozy and warm making it hard to leave and enjoy the rest of the resort. I would really recommend this resort for anyone planning on visiting Hurghada.

This year we returned for the eleventh time in this hotel, after a break of 5 years (situation oblige) we found ourselves as at home, with a lot of improvements, of course. I was there 9 years ago before, the food was better but the animation is still top and the plant look neat.

The hotel was super. There was nothing objectionable. Food was plentiful and the selection has agreed. Cleanliness was written very large in this hotel. During our stay in the hotel, there was also the (economic control). Pool area very clean and spacious.
