Very nice atmosphere. Clean hotel, clean room, excellent guest service.

I enjoyed staying there very much, it has 2 beautiful swimming pools and wonderful beach with an excellent services. I recommend you to visit it, you'll have much fun with its all activities!

The hotel is urban, with a small area and a nice beach. The food is normal. Animation. Bar on the beach and by the pool. For a simple holiday without frills. Optimal price/quality.

Beautiful beach, very nice staff, on request we entered immediately! The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the all-inclusive bar right on the street, one is just in the middle of Egypt and not foreclosed in a large hotel complex.

Not a great quality hotel but it's clean and the staff are generally friendly. The pool isn't great and the beach, which is shared with access to any public who pay, is quite small and limited sun beds are available. It's well located for the centre of Hurghada.

Was staying here after coming off a dive boat. Very reasonably priced but quite unusual hotel. Room was next to construction works so very noisy. Main pool was pretty cold and there was not much of the pool area that was exposed to sunlight (at least in February)

1. Check-in is just magic) — we were checked in as soon as we stepped over the threshold of the hotel (in 9:30! ). And it happens not often! Very polite staff at reception and in general.

Hello, I want to share the mega positive impressions! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the food was excellent and the breakfast was good. Special thanks and admiration for a person-a holiday, he is an animator, he is a DJ, he is not really a cool swimming coach kids, he is Tito, he is our Kish for us! Advice for future holidaymakers, first, treat the staff the way you want to be treated you and then you will get a double return. Only used the room for a very short 4hr stay prior to getting a flight back home. So I can't really comment on the service provided. But it was clean and tidy.

The hotel has very royal style, the statues are really passioned. The food is good, specially sweets. Rooms are clean and very simple. There are a bridge to cross the road from hotel to the coast.

Dreadful! One of the worst hotel in which I have been in my whole life! The hygienic conditions of the whole hotel are non existent, you can experience any kind of dirtness that is conceivable by the human mind in the whole structure, including the restaurant where you will find dirty tablecloths and cups, glasses and cutlery which are clearly not being washed properly! The rooms and the furniture in the whole hotel are in terrible status, if they are not broken or totally worn-out, they are dirty! Have a look at the pictures for a better understanding! The Wi-Fi connection is only available in the lobby and the pool but the speed is so slow that it's practically unusable! The noise levels that you can experience in any room are unbelievable with construction works going on in the nearby hotels, and also the cleaning staff most of the time is shouting in the corridors without caring about guests trying to rest and they don't even clean up properly the room! The only thing that is acceptable is the private beach, but even there you will find out that most of the sunbeds are very worn-out!

A Hotel in terrible conditions and removed from the hustle and bustle of Hurghada.

Terrible beach and even pathetic staff. My wife unfortunately stepped on a sea urchin and she was in awful lot of pain. No one from the staff came to offer help, they were so unfriendly and rude. Finally we got a taxi to take her to a nearby hospital, while a friend of ours stayed back to take care of our belongings. While going out my wife was carrying a towel to cover herself, as she was still in her bathing suit, shivering and still in shock. But the staff didn't even let her take the towel even after pleading to them that we have our stuff there and thus would return and will bring the towel back. Highly inconsiderate staff! Go there only if you want to spoil your day.

This hotel was really great. The attention to detail in absolutely everything really impressed us, the room was excellent, there was everything we could possibly want in the hotel, and easy access across a short bridge to swimming in the sea. The food was excellent, the staff were relaxed but also attentive, and it was only a short walk from the professional diving club that took us scubadiving. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time in January 2014. It was the first trip to Egypt. There was nothing to compare the hotel with. I liked everything. Worst hotel i've been too! The rooms are smelly. Cockroaches walk around the room. Really disgusting. Food is really poor no varieties. Staff lack communication skills. The ac wasn't working we made more than 3 complains but nothing happened. It was really bad experience only the beach is good.
