A lovely adults only relaxing retreat with an excellent variety of food both in the buffet restaurant and the a la carte restaurants. Excellent hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Service and attentiveness are the top of their agenda.

Our fourth visit to Premier Le Reve and it is better than ever. Service is exceptional, so is cleanliness. The food is amazing — so much choice and to a 5 star level. Hard to single out anyone but have to mention Islam from housekeeping and Mohamed on reception. The general manager Mr Fouquet Zakaria was ever present making sure everything was perfect but never too busy to talk to his guests. Truly a 6 star hotel. We are already planning our next visit. We are here for the first time and very excited.
The staff is so attentive, hardworking and very responsive to the guests.
The food and drink are really very good standard and varied.
The equipment of the room is sufficient for us, maybe we will be assigned a better one on the next holiday — because regular guests are received here again differently.

We have stayed here 2 times now and it doesn’t disappoint. Main buffet restaurant is very good as well as 5 a la carte restaurants. The staff here are so polite, courteous and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble. Despite what someone else had written, there is evening entertainment. Every night in the Long Bar there is a singer and other entertainment. The main hotel lobby stays fairly chilled. There is a gala dinner every week in the main restaurant and themed nights for the cuisine. Rooms are large and there is a fridge with water and soft drinks. I would highly recommend this place for a chill out holiday. Diving and snorkelling is available and there is a spa which offers all treatments. What’s not to love….

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s such a beautiful hotel. So relaxing and all the staff are so friendly. Carlos has kept us hydrated throughout the day while we enjoy the sun. The hotel is extra special to me as my now fiancé proposed to me on the beach. So it’s made it extra special 💍

An absolutely fantastic hotel, I would happily recommend to everyone in pursuits of a calm, relaxing and invigorating vacation. Quiet atmosphere, superb service with a dazzling smile from EVERY single employee, lightning quick response to anything you think of and few things you forgot you did, cloud comfortable beds, delicious food and hospitality with an open heart and no strings attached. Sea full of playful, colourful fish, warm yet cool enough, two large pools with plenty of space, endless parade of expertly made cocktails and drinks, all accompanied by a smile of true welcome. Dozens of guests returning for years in a row, hotel manager interested in talking to every single guest, services tailored to all and an almost embarrassing low prices, in a luxurious hotel and so much more… Pleasant drive with an electric powered minicar into Sahl Hasheesh, proper espresso quickly found, no crowding and absolutely no hassle are to be commended. Absolute — not in words, but in reality, absolute security with an invisible yet unwavering security staff made us feel right at home and worry-free. Eye-pleasing architecture, meticulously clean — almost sterile hotel grounds and interior, plush rooms and spacious bathrooms tiled in marble, hurricane-strong air condition and lovey views… Room service? Well, to put it short, room service here is incomparable to all I’ve seen and, I have seen 1200+ hotels throughout the world. Incomparable.

Me and my husband have been at Premier Le Reve back in March it's a beautiful place for a romantic vacation specially with a wonderful and thoughtful staff that was so friendly doing their best 24/7 to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying your time on top Mr. Foke', Mr. Kaled helmy at the front desk he take care of you from the reservation to the last minute of your stay, Mr Ebrahim, Esam, Bishoy and Mustafa at the house keeping. Thank you all for making our vacation wonderful and so special and sure we highly recommend Premier Le Reve for a special vacation.

The service in this hotel was above and beyond anything we could possibly have expected or asked for, or even paid for. Their staff were tremendous, assisting us prior to our arrival as well as after we checked out, Never once did anyone frown at anything we requested, every service offered with a smile and even a suggestion how it might be bettered if need be. And not one extra charge for all the extra work. A very nice sauna at pools area, a gorgeous intimate beach and pool bar, variety of distinctive cuisines with fresh high quality ingredients, with tons of natural lighting to maximize the dreamy atmosphere. Last but not least, whenever you think about relaxation and luxury at Sahl Hashesh, Don't think about any other place but Premier le reve ❤️❤️

If you’re looking for luxury, comfort place with privacy, equality and diversity respect, so this hotel is the right place for you&your family. Everything is superb starting from the staff {especially Mr Khaled Helmy} who do their best to feel you like you’re at home and more… Also Room cleanliness with very comfort stylish furniture, advanced Technologies and different amazing views. Plus Yummy and Delicious Food that will never make you thinking to eat at other outside places. Above all of this, Excellent and very clean beach and different pools that will suit every age and satisfy different choices. It was my first visit with family there and Indeed won’t be the last. Highly recommend it and very proud and delighted of having this type of hotel in Egypt.

I would recommend, but there are some things that need to be done, the spa is old and needs a face-lift and deep clean my wife and I used it its very unhygienic, the all Inc drinks package is terrible its cheap alcohol and all tastes the same, if you want premium drinks then you are in for a big supprise they can cost you a lot lot more, ie £17for a shot of jack Daniels. The staff, the food and pools are excellent.

If you are looking for a luxurious and a quite stay so this specially for a honeymoon then this is your best choice. Service is quite good and they offer a variety of food and the most important thing for any hijabi that burkinis are allowed. I would recommend it for sure.

Just returned from this hotel, this was the second visit but by now means the last. Hotel was lovely and clean, air con in rooms could maybe do with an overall. Restaurant was very good with a wide and varied choice. The Chinese and Italian restaurants were delicious not so good food at the fish/Mediterranean. The lunch bar opposite the pool in the day was very good, staff all professional but one in particular Mohamed (sorry if that’s not the write spelling) he got the drinks and waited on, he never stopped smiling even though the temperature was sky high he greeted everyone one with a smile and seemed to remember what the guests drank and would have it to there table before the main waiter had even asked for there order.

What can I say about PLR other than its amazing! Just come back from our second visit. Many guests are returners & if it’s their first time they plan to come back. A super Hotel with very nice staff and a well maintained complex. Even on the beach you will be taken care of with drinks. Excursions, like the dolphins are the best Swimming. Massages we have enjoyed as well, and the appointments were always very punctual. The food is varied and delicious. Despite the size of the hotel it is so comfortable that you can always get a lounger and eat enough. The rooms are lovingly prepared and nothing is missing. We have enjoyed the time here very much and would definitely come back again.

Downright the best hotel we have already done in Egypt. The staff were very friendly and did everything to make us enjoy. In particular I want to thank doctor william Mina for his patience and his emphatie. He ensured that we were still able to enjoy the holiday despite having forgotten important medication. He is definitely an added value for the hotel. From day 1 until the last day we really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We will definitely come back to this hotel. We have just returned from a holiday at this fantastic hotel and we had the most fabulous time. We booked this holiday at last minuet as we had to cancel our first choice holiday in Cape Verde due to a family bereavement.
We thought the check in system to be excellent. Food was excellent in the Italian and and Chinese Al a carte themed restaurants, and we had some wonderful meals in the main buffet restaurant, we especially enjoyed the gala night. So many little touches at this hotel which made our stay extra special. Mr Fouquet came every day to the pool, and beach speaking to all guest to see if everything was okay. On our departure from the hotel he shook hands with each and every guest, and even provided water for the transfer to the airport. Too many staff to compliment, especially Azmy who supplied us with all our drinks on the beach and never forgot what we drank. All the staff work so very hard and long hours, but make your stay the most enjoyable. All of the staff were very polite, friendly and smiling. My husband had raging toothache for 2 days and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and they came and found him daily to enquire how he was. Enjoyed it so much we will rebook again for next year.

Fantastic luxury hotel with amazing staff. Managers, waiters, recreation team, cleaners — everyone are doing a great job. Pool area is beautiful, beach is also very nice, there are plenty of restaurants and bars with great food and drinks, and you definitely must visit the spa. Overall, a great hotel for a great summer vacation, especially for couples.

Lovely and helpful hotel staff from management to cleaners. Beautiful location, very clean all round. Rooms cleaned every day. Variety of restaurants from Chinese, Italian, Mediterranean etc to main restaurant serving finger licking food everyday with plenty of variety to suit all kinds. We had a warm welcome with a welcome drink and cold towel to freshen up. The swimming pools are clean and drinks are offered all day long by the pool area and beach. We would like to thank the management for looking after us when we needed them.

An amazing hotel. The staff are simply the best. Food choices exceptional and hospitality second to none. You can hire a battery operated car from the rear of the hotel to see the harbour and other hotels. Well worth the money.

Had a fantastic first visit for our anniversary, all staff were spot on and Carlos at the pool bar was and is a superstar! The guys at the Mediterranean restaurant both at lunchtime and in the evening were excellent, the room was spotless and we had great towel art on the bed, all in all thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks thank you.

A very good hotel … great experience for couples and newly married. We had a honeymoon package and it was delightful, they gave us vouchers for using the spa and booked us a romantic dinner. Also sent us a delicious cake to the room. If you are a food lover you will surely enjoy the restaurant there.

This time our stay at the property was very special and we had a great time, we valued the staff effort and appreciated everything the staff did for us.
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including MR ibrahim the restaurants responsible, he is very kind and helpful we enjoy the amazing delicious food everything in the restaurants was just perfect and mr khaled for lovely special room reservation. We have already decided to return to Premier le reve for our next honeymoon anniversary, which will be next year.

Hotel amazing, staff great especially Melad the pool waiter he kept us in drinks the whole of the holiday, food was the best we have ever had in a hotel in Egypt and we have been to Egypt over 20 times cannot remember the name of the waiter that served us at meal times we sat out side and yet again he was so attentive. The ops manger came around every day talking to all of the guests. Only criticism we had was our room although did have a sea view it was on the back also over looking a building site (it was not a working site). When we mentioned this we were given the opportunity to move which we declined because the room itself was lovely and we could not be bothered to pack and move. Would defiantly go back in fact we will go again in February but ask for a pool view. Had a brilliant 2 weeks would also recommend the royal VIP boat trip booked through tui. Can't wait to go back thank you.

Absolutely beautiful. We have just returned this morning from a week there and know that we will definitely love to go back, the staff, and management, were truly delightful and nothing was too much trouble.
Once inside the hotel it is a little haven… but the airport in Hurghada is disgraceful, the airport staff are so unfriendly from the cleaners to the security and to the ones in charge, they are rude, arrogant and unbelievabley vile.
Unfortunately the experience has put us off going back which is very sad as the hotel was amazing. Seems sad really as the hotels go out of their way for you but their fellow Egyptians at the airport spoil it. Plus on the return flight one of our cases has gone missing! Fingers crossed that it turns up.

I love the hotel because it like The paradise with good service and restaurants in addition to the helpful stuff and it consider the most quitting hotel with luxury staying.

Nice hotel. 5 stars certainly does not pull, but compared to others, it is very good. The rooms are great but clean them not very well. Unfortunately the cleaners in the absence of guests are climbing on their personal belongings, which is just a mess. There is a sports hall, restaurants, cheap booze, billiards and something else, but I do not remember anymore. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You will bathe, sunbathe and eat:) What else do you want?

The best we have been to for service having stayed at 5 star spa hotels around the red sea over the last ten year. Exceptionally good staff, sports massage was amazing and professional, food and facilities very very good. We like to move around but with many red sea resorts currently off limits we will rebook this for next year it was that good. Boat pics are from the dolphin trip (booked at yellow hut in beach), the boat was amazing, fantastic lunch and we swam with dolphins in the red sea too! Totally recommend the trip.

Nice facility which is not crowded nice and unobtrusive staff rooms could be partially refurbished food is ok to good the restaurants are a bit of a quality cocktails are good and drinks are original Coca-Cola etc.
Nice beach but you only get to the sea via the Steeg. But there is a beautiful reef available greeting and Max the in-house jeweler. Here, pieces were adapted to me on request and the price was good at least compared to Germany.

Was fine. But there are some things I would like to share: 1) there is no beach for swimming at all, I'll corals. 2) some guys in restaurant needs more training how to serve guests. 3) not much activities, very calm hotel. Thanks to assistant of FO manager, was too kind to us. After all we will not come back because of the beach.

Very nice Luxirioses hotel but from an age of over 50 — 60 recommended because it is rather quiet…

Just returned after 2 weeks at the PLR, If you want to relax and be looked after this is the place for you, the lobby has you gasping its so beautiful, lovely spacious accommodation with loads of storage (could do with a bit of updating) superb staff, fabulous food with great restaurant options (I am a retired chef/lecturer) extremely high hygiene standards wonderful service from everyone, especially the boys at the pool bar.
Extra toilets are needed poolside, long walk or us that are lesser abled.
Entertainment needs organising and improving but on saying that you tend to sleep early to take advantage of the early sunrise. Can't wait to go back!

Great place to chillout and relax. Everything is spotlessly clean and, without exception, all the staff are welcoming and can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and light with everything you need and the separate shower cubicle and bath were a great bonus. Despite the hotel being full, it was quiet and peaceful. Pools are lovely and a walk on the jetty is well worth it to get into the sea and snorkel with the fish. It was our second visit and we plan to return again at some point. Large variety of food options in the restaurant and the outside restaurant open during the day was a really nice change. A la carte restaurants are good, my favourite was the Bella Italian. All special dietary requirements are catered for, all we needed to do was ask.

The premier Le Reve is a beautiful adults only hotel in Sahl Hasheesh. Approximately 45 minutes drive from away airport. The hotel has been a little bit over the years, but is being done in several places. The staff is very very friendly and always helpful. The food in the main restaurant always fresh and varied, of course weekly recurring program. There are also 4 a la carte restaurants which I can't rate because I haven't visited them. The atmosphere in the hotel is kept very quiet. On the top floor there is a long bar where you can comfortably attend the evening programme. Live music, Oriental show. In the long bar you can also watch sports events on the TV live. (Bundesliga/Premier League/Champions League… etc…) At the pool there are very comfortable sun loungers, which of course there is a fight like in every hotel in the morning. The beach is separated by a promenade from the hotel. There is also a house reef that can be reached via a footbridge from the beach.

If you want a fabulous hotel this is the one service first class, rooms comfortable and spacious, pool service the best we’ve ever had they even clean your sunglasses for you! Hotel stands on its own so no noisy neighbours, large selection and variety at meal time. Management are visible always available to help and improve your stay. Staff are excellent helpful caring friendly. This is hotel is not for the younger generation,

In a self-contained resort, outside of Hurghada with a 10 kilometre long cycle path, you can go for a respectable walk, or Also with the Ebike etc. Drive.
Old Town Sahl Hashesh is kinda funny too.

This Place is for people 60 +. WI-FI is terrible, it is impossible to talk. No Entertainment except the library. There is no Renovation in the room. While The waiters did not know that we are leaving soon, they did not show attention to us. Not recommended. And, in general, it is not worth flying in Hurghada. Sharm El Sheikh is better and the hotels there are better.

What I was very excited about is the KLASSE staff. From room service to hotel manager. This one is always tangible and has an open ear for its guests. Which he implements, if necessary.
On the beach: There was always a place there and the beach boy is immediately tangible and helps the guests. The service on the beach with drinks of any kind is always there for the guests. The permanently installed parasols are mounted super-far from each other. You have space. If you want, you can walk for miles on the beach, it is practically deserted.
The service in the hotel: The attention of the staff is pointed. Whether drinks or other requests are also handled by the pool as soon as possible.
You don't have to wait long for your order.
In the hotel restaurant: The — and desserts are all presented very nicely and supplemented at any time, so the buffet always looks optimal. At every main course station, a mediator stands for it all to work smoothly.
On the Barˋs: Just in every way, very friendly, attentive and fast general info: The hotel was fully booked on our holiday, nevertheless you had a wonderful peace and quiet in this hotel. There was only discreet evening entertainment, which ended at about 10 p. M.

One of the best if it wasnt the best in hurghada to spend your vacation. Food, hotel rooms, staff everything was marvelous.

Very nice hotel for adults. That's why maybe a lot of old to very old clientele. The food is plentiful, fresh and delicious. The staff extremely accommodating. We were in a suite with Jakuzzi. All very spacious and nobly furnished. Good air conditioning. The sun loungers by the pool and beach are good. Unfortunately, the beach is not fine sandy at times also quite ugly and I wouldn't go into the water either. But what's it supposed to be refreshing something aged pools. The spa is super equipped and the gym excellent. Successful bathing/recreation holiday in a first-class hotel. Free Wi-Fi is unfortunately very slow throughout the hotel, as well as a Sky Pool and a disco. There are several restaurants: Indian, Chinese, Italian, etc. The spa has various massages and a hammam. Unfortunately, there is only one German station on TV: ZDF … is also dominated by Englishmen who occupy their loungers already in the morning at 4 o 'clock … but so are our friends from the island! Update: Even when our return flight was cancelled thanks to Air Berlin and we had to return to the hotel, we experienced perfect service. We were immediately allowed back to our Jakuzzi Suite and spent another night with all the amenities at no extra cost in the great hotel. This is what I call perfect.

Excellent hotel brilliant members of staff who were superb from the amazing reception, food, facilities. Managers constantly watching and making sure every geust feels special. Nothing really to do with the hotel but pharmacy which charged £50 For 4 days anti biotics are putting people off and ruining the hard work of hotel staff the hotel should stop renting to them. Rip off routines put off guests why don't they get this but this would definitely not put me off coming to this hotel. After speaking to guests of other all inclusive in Egypt milk in tea was extra etc this is not the case at this hotel everything was included genuine red bull not cheap alternatives etc the food was exceptional every single night Gala night was phenomenal with ice statues all kinds of foods available. The pools are fantastic large and varied salt, fresh water etc beach is beautiful and in the hotel. In the current climate the hotel security is constant and I never felt in danger whatsoever. Rooms were fantastic. The housekeeping was excellent so flexible and they were very friendly. Tips are never asked for or expected but the service is so good I think I would have felt guilty not tipping. Can't recommend this hotel enough very relaxing superb from start to finish and after been all over the world best I have stayed in.

Reception crew is totally unfriendly with egyptian guests… the hotel term and conditions were not comunicated to me before reservation and after I arrived I was supposed to stick to all of them without even me knowing them and I was blamed from receptioned… WTH.

Really good place for holiday. Hard working staff. Tourists are very well behaved. If you enjoy peace and quiet this place is for you.

I have to start with saying I never write reviews, but this is an exception. Having been here before I couldn’t wait to go back and to say I wasn’t disappointed would be an understatement. The hotel was as clean and fresh as though it was new, the staff from the reception, bar, pool, housekeeping and all the restaurants were exceptionally friendly and helpful and always has a smile. A good choice of food was always available and for a very fussy eater like myself is very important. We had a couple of treatments each in the spa and that is worth a visit. A special note to has to go out to Fouquet Zakaria. My wife was taken ill whilst we were there, I asked out of courtesy if it would be ok to take some food back to the room as she didn’t fancy going to the restaurant, after I had had a quick bite to eat I was presented with a full meal to take back, I was just going to take it back but was told that it would be taken to the room by one of the waiters. The next day Mr Fouquet came and found us to make sure everything was OK and said if we needed anything just ask and it would be done. We meet some great characters both staff and guests, and all I can say is we are booking our next holiday to La premier revive in October.

Excellent. All restaurants were good. You can book a table outside in advance which we didn't know. Quiet large rooms and very easy to get sunbeds. We went in May. Staff were amazing. Will hopefully go back.

Amazing place, highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, the managers are always around to talk. The grounds a beautiful and maintained well. The in house spa was AMAZING. I was there in August 2016 with my wife and I'm planning to go there again with my friends august again.

This is our 4th visit. We come to relax and enjoy the sun and the food and the gardens. The staff are wonderful and its all kept beautifully clean. Not having children around is a bonus. I enjoy the gym (! ) and the alternative restaurants. Walking along the prom is good but take water and a hat — it can be very hot. Desert at the back — so if you want shopping and night life go elsewhere though there are some small shops in the hotel. There is a small entertainment programme but its not intrusive.

Everything was way more than expected. The warm and friendly welcome from very professional staff, the overall cleanness and tidiness, the room was amazing and comfortable, all staff members were very friendly and nice with all guests, the service was excellent, pool and beach areas were clean and very well organised, the restaurants are offering a wide selection of really high quality and tasty food and the evening entertainment program was really nice each night. overall I highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a perfect stay at a wonderful place.

If you're looking for a class quality of service you should stay there. Staff are very friendly food quality is so high rooms are well decorated and it's adults only so you sure enjoying a well planned vacation. I was planning to stay for 6 night ended up with 11. Specifically if you are honeymooners or recently married be sure you will enjoy you stay to the max… that's guaranteed…

We have been travelling to Egypt since 2000 nearly every year sometimes twice a year, mostly in different hotels, This hotel is the Pinacle, it as everything we require of a hotel it is clean the staff are excessively helpful well spoken and polite but not excessively friendly they know when to draw the line, which in our experience is excellent. The food is excellent. The rooms more than adequate (who spends time in their room anyway? ) Clean and well furnished the entertainment and activities on offer are more than adequate the wellness centre is expensive but very good if anyone is not sure that this hotel is worth it´s five star rating, then I am sure he as no idea what they are talking about. I could find no fault with service, personnel or hotel.
