Tolip Inn Resort Fayed

Reviews of the rooms are divided. Many guests note that the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with powerful air conditioners. At the same time, other visitors complain about the need for serious technical maintenance, mentioning worn-out window screens, weak refrigerators, and a general need for furniture and interior renovation. It is also noted that the beds in the rooms are comfortable.

In most reviews, the hotel staff is described as friendly, polite, and tactful. Check-in procedures are quick and easy. However, some guests note a lack of professionalism in service, particularly in the restaurant.

Cleanliness in the rooms is generally rated positively. The gardens on the territory are well-maintained, and the general environment is described as clean. Nevertheless, there are complaints about insects in the pool, although the staff performs cleaning periodically. Guests also note a lack of trash bins near the tables on the beach.

The hotel has pools for adults and children, which are generally well-regarded but require better maintenance. The beach has a sandy area, which some guests find very small (less than 20 meters). Entering the water can be difficult due to rocks and algae, but swimming becomes more comfortable further from the shore. The main complaint is the pollution of the seawater with debris and the presence of rocks.

The hotel is considered suitable for family vacations. A special play area with outdoor attractions and a separate children's pool are provided for children. Children enjoy staying here, although some parents note that the ground playgrounds are partially broken and require repair.

Many guests describe the location as peaceful and suitable for relaxation. However, a significant drawback is related to the Day Use system, which causes the hotel to become overcrowded. Long-term residents complain about a loss of privacy, noise, profane language, and the poor behavior of day visitors, especially in the pool area. The use of vulgar music in the cafe and unsafe jet ski driving by children of the administration were also mentioned.

Bicycles are available for rent on the territory. Jet ski trips are offered for active recreation. The hotel also features playgrounds and pools for different age groups.
