This is a suite at Tahrir Plaza. (Read their reviews it’s basically same but a bigger room) The studio itself is spacious, with high ceilings, a large bathroom, and a separate kitchen. It was clean.
That said, it wasn’t quite for me. The building is old and the elevator is unreliable. The mattress and blankets were worn out and the hand wash were very cheap kind and I ended up using my own.
This is about as good as it gets for a three star hotel in Egypt, a two star hotel in world wide standard.
Great stay at museum studios, just be aware of the entrance that can be tricky to find. We were at hilton ramses prior and came to find the place, so no issues but can imagine it to be tricky. The staff though are very friendly and helpful and go. Out of their way to accomodate you. The apartment was extremely spacious, large room, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Loved the double height ceilings and location was great for us. The street noise does come through but we had the same experience at the Hilton Ramses and you wont really get away from it in city center.

My friend is staying in this place, and I went visiting him, unfortunately someone from the reception came up to the room and asked for my passport saying that I can’t visit without registering at the reception. It was very rude and upset me and my friend.
I will never stay in a place where I can’t have a visitor!
