It’s a wonderful place to relax and connect with the locals, sharing stories and perhaps a few laughs. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it easy to feel at home as you sip your drink and soak in the friendly vibe around you.

The rooms were tidy but not very clean—acceptable for the reasonable price. The female staff were polite and professional, but the male staff, especially at night, lacked basic hospitality skills and need proper training.
Soundproofing was a major issue; we could hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms, including loud children next door, which made it hard to sleep.
The worst experience was during checkout. I had the room key, but my sister went to the front desk. A young man, who said he wasn’t even a hotel employee, pressured her to pay $30 for a missing key and spoke to her aggressively. She felt unsafe and paid just to end the situation.
The hotel isn’t terrible, but staff behavior—especially at checkout—needs serious improvement.

I am still shaken after staying here for four nights. From start to finish, this was a nightmare. We couldn’t sleep because of the constant noise—people yelling, loud music all night, and no one cared. The staff were rude, and they never cleaned the room even once.
But what happened at checkout was beyond unacceptable. The owner forced me to pay double the price of my stay just because I lost the room card—something that should have been easily replaced. When I tried to explain how unfair it was, he completely lost control. He started screaming at me, cursing, and making me feel physically unsafe. My chest still hurts from how aggressively he yelled. I was shaking, terrified he was going to hit me.
When I told him I would write everything on Booking. Com, he immediately ordered his worker to cancel my booking so I couldn’t leave a review and expose them. That’s how shady they are!
This place is a scam, run by aggressive people who only care about taking your money. If you value your safety and peace of mind, DO NOT STAY HERE. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
