Simply wow. When advertised as the best hotel in Egypt I was skeptical, but boy this place is great. From the immaculate grounds to the wonderful pool area it is really really well maintained.

We had a wonderful experience at The Hotel and at the Oriental. Miriam was attentive and thoughtful for our honeymoon (special dessert treat), as was Shaza at the main front desk for the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming—you really feel their hospitality.
The property is beautiful and full of character.

Very beautiful hotel located on a small island, with views also of the Temple of Philae. It is necessary to call in advance to arrange the pick-up time, which worked perfectly. Lovely infinity pool.

I really liked our stay at Casa Nile view Rooms. The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the Nile from our balcony. Our hosts, Idris and Abdallah were really great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ekadolli Nubian guesthouse. As we had to leave early, the host kindly prepared a take-away breakfast, which was very thoughtful.

In this place I felt home, very cozy nobian house I highly recommend, people there’s super friendly, helpful and they are one family.

Rooms are spacious and balcony view is very beautiful. We had to take tuktuk from the main road crossing to reach to this hotel. The road to hotel is not good, construction process was in progress.

We had the best time, location is perfect near to everything, the view from the balcony was astounding, the staff really treated us like family. The food was really delicious and we loved it so much.

We spent 2 nights in Kato Waidi which is perfectly located on the Nile next to the touristic boat dock. Also, in the middle of nubia touristic souq (bazar).
People were very friendly and helpful.

Nice room, great location in Elephantine island and view from the rooftop, very friendly hosts who go out of their way to provide a good experience.

Our stay at Sonesta Nouba Aswan Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

An amazingly beautiful hotel right on the Nile. The room was wonderfully decorated and comfortable, landscaping gorgeous.

The setting is undeniably beautiful, with a well-maintained garden and a lovely view over the lake. We stayed in a chalet facing the pool, which was spacious, well equipped, and had comfortable beds.

We stayed here for one night at recommendation of our travel agent.
The rooms have a living room, bedroom and toilet attached to bedroom. Connected rooms are also available.

Great accomodation in Aswan! We had the river view so it is relaxing after sight seeing.
Place is quiet and Ghandi and staff is very good!

I stayed 3 nights in the budget shared mixed dorm. We were welcomed. Vert short introduction from both buildings. That's fine.

The room was good, with amazing views of the Nile. It was very relaxing.
The food, though, not so much. The servers were also strangely lazy, they wouldn’t even walk to your table.

This place is quite beautiful and serene. The rooms are nice and the food was very delicious in the main restaurant. I only stayed one night… that is why I didn't try the other restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay at Anakob. The stay was clean, had the required amenities, the shared space and the room had a fantastic view of the Nile.

Anakob comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Aswan or Elephantine.

Casa Nile View Rooms: a hotel like no other!
I was lucky enough to spend three magical and wonderful nights at Casa Nile View Rooms in Gharb Sehil, Aswan, as part of my trip to Nubia.

Not sure why this hotel ratings is 3.9. The hotel rooms are pretty much good. It’s clean and hygienic.
The service is hospitable thanks to Reham and all on-ground team and also the pool is amazing.

Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island.

Jamaica Guest House is a truly beautiful place in every sense. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.

Aro Kato is truly a hidden gem on the Nile.

Lovely location with beautiful views, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious with spacious balconies. Breakfast is very nice and filling.

I had a wonderful experience at Saluga. It’s a fantastic location right on the Nile, offering a calm and peaceful stay, yet only a short boat trip from the Nubian Village or downtown Aswan.

Beautiful and quiet! Adjacent to Abu Simbel temples. Fabulous buffets at their restaurant. 2 pools including infinity pool. Tile floors & hot hot water in the shower. Helpful staff.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean, cozy, and well organized.

We had a very beautiful dinner with a nice view, the waiters were very helpful and happy, the food was delicious and clean, very filling portions and reasonable prices.
