Unfortunately we were there today and really disappointed.
There is only a very shortened menu, because of Corona. The restaurants are open again for a longer period of time.
On request, whether there is Nutella or chocolate sauce. Came only a patziges,, We are here an iced coffee". Sorry for the demand. We sat alone in the restaurant if that was already too much… Then probably next time again so different. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome.

Larger portions. Friendly staff. You're welcome.

The waiters are sometimes a bit strange, but otherwise the store is top! The food is delicious. The prices also fit!

As in every year, we as a company use this hotel to spend the nights during a fair in January. Regrettably, we had to find out that every year the service is getting worse and the operation (especially the owner of the hotel) is becoming more and more unfriendly. The second year in a row were not enough towels in the rooms (we were 5 people = 5 rooms) and no single room had a towel to dry feet after showering. On request the owner was quite rude and cynical. In addition, on a Saturday the breakfast buffet was completely out of the way and we had to go hungry for the fair. The reason was probably that the waitress or the landlady had overslept. Of course, we deleted that from the bill.
The worst of all, however, are the parties that are happy to be celebrated there in the evening restaurant. The whole house is very noisy and so it is not to think of sleep until 2-3 pm. After a 12 hour day at the fair, this is of course very frustrating.
I'm sorry — after a few years of Kretschmanns, we will look for an alternative in the future! Companies I would recommend a large bow to make the Kretschmanns.

Wednesday buffer day, was delicious! Operation was very accommodating. Finally, there were still chocolate Christmases on their way for everyone. Overall beautiful evening, in a nice atmosphere. Thanks.

Room OK but the N negative is that you have to go outside to the water. And good thing there was no meeting in the TV room, if no one sleeps. For where a group well, not solitary.

Despite booking confirmation, I was unfortunately unable to stay overnight as the hotel was overbooked. Reception area also stank after old fryer fat. I'm certainly not going to dare a second attempt.

Breakfast was very good but at the price I had also expected something. The room was good, but bathroom very small. Otherwise all was well.

Very good and attentive operation and excellent service, where spontaneously much is made possible. For that 5 stars of mine.

Value for the price is definitely true. There are fairly spacious rooms with a large bathroom. Everything is nicely decorated and clean. We only spent one night because we were invited to a celebration in the place. I would stay here again!

Restaurant and hotel. Simple but clean and modern rooms. Free parking. Good restaurant. No lift to the upper floors.

Food is good. Sometimes it takes a little of the operation until the order arrives. Generally, but good tip.

The Restaurant is pretty and the food was good. The room was a bit bare, but clean. The bedside lamp was broken and was not replaced, after I the staff pointed out to have. On the wall were two screws, but without a picture (or whatever there should be hanging). The room was also no indication of when it's Breakfast. But the waiter (s) were nice there.

We are almost four years gladly and regularly to the Kretschmanns gone, however, the quality of Service in the last 12 months continuously decreased. The negative threshold has been exceeded, as we last Saturday about 30 minutes on the first drinks order had to wait. Sorry, but until a massive improvement occurs, we will have the Locally to avoid.

We were there with our friends the first time to eat ribs. I can only say "TOP". The ribs, very tasty, that really really nice and open-minded, value for money staff agreed. So, we had a very nice evening in nice atmosphere and be sure more often there look.

Were invited wedding dinner at longtitude, nothing special. Cold dishes (appetizers) were out of the bucket or box. Towards evening the Head waiter was then of the opinion he should play around with a laser pointer and thus lit me in the face. I spoke to in angrily that if he knew what could cause these things. Then he said he would have lit up this to the ceiling and I should take it easy times. Kindergarten has little to do with professional restaurant guide.

Pretty good food, but very bad operation.
We were there for my birthday. The beer garden was full, everything took forever. Not a word of information, keni word of regret. Instead a totally bitching and pamp-waiter. I have given Tip no cents for the first time in my life. And that should mean something.
We never go back, even if the food was okay. There are many restaurants with similar to good food and good service.

Top service and nice beer garden, the suckling pig in the beer garden was really a highlight, the hotel rooms are newly renovated, modernly decorated and voices from the price.
