Hotels in Aswan Governorate with Breakfast

Simply wow. When advertised as the best hotel in Egypt I was skeptical, but boy this place is great. From the immaculate grounds to the wonderful pool area it is really really well maintained.

We had a wonderful experience at The Hotel and at the Oriental. Miriam was attentive and thoughtful for our honeymoon (special dessert treat), as was Shaza at the main front desk for the hotel.

My buddy & I visited for a couple nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

We had an absolutely AMAZING TIME! From our airport pick up (which I recommend). Even though it was 2am we were still greeted with fantastic Hibiscus tea from Edres he was fantastic.

Excellent service, food, location, really exceeded my expectations.
Staff very helpful.
Lots of options for entertainment.
Just next to market, walking street.

Affordable place to stay while in Aswan. This is located in a Nubian village — the area is touristy and about 30-40 min from downtown. The owner is incredible and was super helpful!

One of the best stay experiences we’ve ever had. The property offers breathtaking views, a unique atmosphere, and absolute tranquility. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully detailed.

Incredible property tucked away on a small island. The design and architecture is simple yet breathtaking — clean white with hints of beautiful bright colors and pockets of beautifully flowered trees.

Great accomodation in Aswan! We had the river view so it is relaxing after sight seeing.
Place is quiet and Ghandi and staff is very good!

I stayed 3 nights in the budget shared mixed dorm. We were welcomed. Vert short introduction from both buildings. That's fine.

Absolutely incredible location, super friendly and laid back staff who suggested some amazing spots on the island.

Amazing place! The owner was wonderful! The food and service the best! Best Falafel ever! Would love to stay longer next time.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short distance from the temples, making it very convenient for early visits and sightseeing.

A trip to Abu Simbel isn’t a bargain venture, especially since an overnight stay is really necessary. After scrutinizing all the options, I settled on the Seti and am very happy I did.

The room was good, with amazing views of the Nile. It was very relaxing.
The food, though, not so much. The servers were also strangely lazy, they wouldn’t even walk to your table.

Very good location in heart of the village, room was good maybe some fine tuning in small things, staff is very nice they gave me the room till 6 pm with no fees to pay, organized for me trip to abu

This hotel made our Aswan experience very enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious and the guest services are amazing.

Awesome hotel in a great location with wonderful views on aAswan and the Nile.

Not sure why this hotel ratings is 3.9. The hotel rooms are pretty much good. It’s clean and hygienic.
The service is hospitable thanks to Reham and all on-ground team and also the pool is amazing.

Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island.

I didn’t stay here but if I were in the area again, I definitely would! Bassam is such a kind and welcoming host.

This truly was the highlight of my trip to Egypt. Aragheed House is an incredibly special place.

In this place I felt home, very cozy nobian house I highly recommend, people there’s super friendly, helpful and they are one family.

Rooms are spacious and balcony view is very beautiful. We had to take tuktuk from the main road crossing to reach to this hotel. The road to hotel is not good, construction process was in progress.

We had the best time, location is perfect near to everything, the view from the balcony was astounding, the staff really treated us like family. The food was really delicious and we loved it so much.

We spent 2 nights in Kato Waidi which is perfectly located on the Nile next to the touristic boat dock. Also, in the middle of nubia touristic souq (bazar).
People were very friendly and helpful.

This charming Nubian hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent stay! This is actually a really nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot! The Wi-Fi worked well enough, too.

My husband and I booked to stay 2 night at Mango guesthouse. The people running this guesthouse are very hospitable. They will make you feel welcome and safe.

100%the most beautiful hotel. It has a stunning, peaceful location with the perfect vibes. Everything about it is a 10/10, and the communication there is incredible.

Very pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable.

Nice room, great location in Elephantine island and view from the rooftop, very friendly hosts who go out of their way to provide a good experience.

I had a beautiful, peaceful day at the Nubian Lotus. The hosts, Marta and Osama, were a delight — kind, genuine, and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Saluga. It’s a fantastic location right on the Nile, offering a calm and peaceful stay, yet only a short boat trip from the Nubian Village or downtown Aswan.

Outstanding view. Very luxurious rooms. Amazing location. Privacy. Extremely friendly. Amazing food.
Thanks for the welcoming and friendly hospitality at Saluga.
100% recommended.

Stayed here in December 2026.
Best for: If being the first person through the temple gates matters more than luxurious linens & gourmet dining, this is your spot.

Beautiful and quiet! Adjacent to Abu Simbel temples. Fabulous buffets at their restaurant. 2 pools including infinity pool. Tile floors & hot hot water in the shower. Helpful staff.

The place is beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, the house and the rooms are clean … Everything is accessible. We loved our experience and will definitely come back ❤️🥰

We didn’t stay here, but we ate here a few times and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and Abdullah and his family truly take care of their guests.

Amazing hospitality, we were greatly welcomed.

Casa Nile View Rooms: a hotel like no other!
I was lucky enough to spend three magical and wonderful nights at Casa Nile View Rooms in Gharb Sehil, Aswan, as part of my trip to Nubia.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean, cozy, and well organized.

We had a very beautiful dinner with a nice view, the waiters were very helpful and happy, the food was delicious and clean, very filling portions and reasonable prices.

This place is a super nice place that I will definitely go to stay in everything I visit Aswan.

Simply the only place I have felt welcomed. Mannered and wonderful people. The food was home made and great and the prices low. Definitely recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at Anakob. The stay was clean, had the required amenities, the shared space and the room had a fantastic view of the Nile.

Anakob comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Aswan or Elephantine.
