More than perfect location and very friendly neighbourhood. The residence is good and staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and the view is good.

Certainly great value for money with this hotel. For European standards it could be a little cleaner but for Egypt and the price the hotel is just perfect! I very much enjoyed my stay there and would always come back whenever in Alex!

Quite crude in appearance, but very spacious. The staff were extremely useful and lovely! However the beds were very hard! Maybe invest in some softer mattresses.

I had a really fantastic stay here to be honest. I felt it was important to mention that the staff were the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have met in Egypt and I'm on my second week so far. I was given an upgrade when I arrived to a larger room which was really appreciated, and the stay was simply fantastic value for money. I found everything to be clean and the facilities are a little basic but have everything you could need. The building itself is really something too, all in all a great budget hotel in a good location too. I think sometimes people want to pay for budget hotels but expect some form of 5 star luxury… I was really happy with my stay, thank you!

Nice place to stay in Egypt. Not a five star hotel. But good enough for us to stay for 5 nights for just only 160usd. Good bang for the buck.

Clean place that is relatively inexpensive. If you book the hostel, you will get a private room with a sink, and the bathroom is outside of the room and shared. Great location in the middle of downtown, but not much of a social hostel atmosphere inside. The room also had a balcony with a view of the sea. Overall nice place to stay.

Awfully discomforting beds with incompressible cotton mattresses and pillows, dirty bathrooms and poor facilities.

You're not coming here for service. You're here for a place to lay your head down and enjoy the day in Alexandria. I enjoyed my stay here. I would suggest bringing your own pillow or pillow case. In the colder months the bed has a bunch of sheets you can use to pad the firm bed and make it a bit softer. It's a shared bathroom so keep that in mind. Everyone has access to it so just use it before someone who is less conscious of cleanliness does. There is Wi-Fi, it's not fast but it gets the job done. Some rooms have better views than others. The hostel is close to the sea and fairly close to many restaurants. And if you have children you can have them play Pokemon on their phone due to their being so many Pokestops in the area. As for the service, all the attendants are well mannered and helpful. If you need toilet paper or towels just ask! Don't be afraid of the elevator, it's safe and a beauty to look at! Enjoy your stay.

Situated near to most important places in Alexandria. Room was good Price was reasonable. Only parking was a problem.
