Great location but we arrived in the middle of a travel agent convention and so service was poor and we felt unwelcome (which is unusual in Egypt where tourists are very welcome) We had to eat outside as the restaurant was full and it was quite cold, we needed to vacate our room early as it was required for a new group of agents. The shower in our room smelt awful and our room was next to the restaurant with only net curtains so noise was loud and privacy an issue. Not an experience to repeat or recommend.

The hotel is very nice, featuring only suites surrounded by greenery. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff are extremely polite and always helpful. Despite having a limited number of suites, the property offers several pools, including a small adults-only infinity pool overlooking their private farm and Lake Qarun. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes, and at night there is a beautiful Arabic-style setting around a fire, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Almost exactly as expected – we really like this place and make it our habit to visit once a year.
The staff are friendly, and the place is well organized.
When you come back for a second visit, you will notice even more development and improvements.
You are truly making Egypt feel like heaven.

Incredible experience; went here for 2 days and 1 night and it was awesome. Staff’s nice and attentive, the views are great; its a nice quiet, scenic area to bring your family to and unwind at. Food’s great and there’s a myriad of options to choose from. Well worth the price.

This is not our first time staying at Lazib Inn, as we’ve visited multiple times before and always had great experiences. That’s why we chose to return on July 17th for 3-night suit 25 stay — but unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing due to several issues:
1. Ants in the room: Upon entering the room, we found many ants around the toilet and under the sink. We asked the staff to clean it, but they only cleaned part of the area and left the ants behind the toilet untouched.
2. Unwashed fruit: We were served a nice-looking fruit platter, but the fruit was not washed properly. This led to severe diarrhea that lasted throughout our entire stay. I even had to ask the front desk for medication (Antinal), which was really upsetting.
3. Adult pool policy not respected: On the first day, we were told there’s an adults-only swimming pool. But when we went there, we found children swimming. When we asked the staff, three of them said, “It’s okay, we know their dad, they’ve been here for a long time. ” That is not a valid excuse for ignoring the hotel’s policy. Even worse, around 5 PM, their mother entered the pool wearing her full regular clothes — not a swimsuit, not even a burkini. And again, when we reported it, the staff gave the exact same excuse: “It’s okay, they’ve been here a long time. ”
This repeated response showed a complete disregard for the rules and created a sense of unfair treatment and unprofessionalism.

Resort restaurants (Egyptian and Italian) are a bit expensive with slightly cheaper options around the resort. Oriental breakfast in the Egyptian restaurant is excellent.

Gorgeous spot, great trip with partner or family. Food is really delicious. Beautiful views and everything is close by. Very calm and chilled, adult only pools. Rooms were stunning. Breakfast was huge and delicious.

We had an excellent stay for a short family trip. The hotel is well-situated with great views of the lake. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service staff is amazing and made sure we felt accommodated. The two restaurants both have tasty food and the breakfasts were lovely. The pools and grounds are super well-maintained. This is a great place for family, couples, or single visitors to have a relaxing stay!

Beautiful hotel with outstanding landscape and lake view. Greenery and flowers tiered all around you against the terracotta color of the buildings, adorned with antiqued blue doors and windows. It has three swimming pools;one alloted for adults only. Very peaceful and relaxing experience.
