Rooms were amazing clean and tidy. Service was very nice and had workers who knew English. They have a nice pool and hot tub.

Excellent location, very good service, I would only suggest that the pool has a little bit of heating.

Very beautiful view to the waterfall of BañoS.

Nice hotel, the staff was friendly. We rented the family room that allowed 5 of us to sleep comfortable in a total of 3 beds. It's a fun experience.

We really liked the hotel! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The only problem was that the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which shouldn't have been a problem except we had work problems arise. Don't work on vacation and you'll be fine.

This rating is based on the alternatives in Banos. It is a very touristy town. The areas and nature Adobe it are great. The town itself… Not so much. The hotel is located far enough off the main drag that noise is not an issue. However it is close enough that you can walk to everything. Our room had a large outdoor space and a great view. The beds are comfortable but in the small size. The bathroom is small, dated, and leaves something to be desired. Wi-Fi was spotty in our room and slow. Breakfast s included with the room and was good. It included waffles, eggs, fruit, juice, yogurt, and more.

It is located in a sector strategic of bathrooms. Friendly people. Good care.

I loved it! Everyone very polite and courteous. The site gave me great peace, is relaxing and has a view that I lost all afternoon. And jacuzzi… :) Recommended!

Hotel Volcano is a place very cozy and quiet to stay, the room was large, well lit and with an excellent view to the city of Baños. Very friendly staff and the hotel facilities excellent, so I think that is a very good place to stay.

Hay fantasmas en la habitacion 9! El espejo se Viro Durante la noche solito. Los cosmeticos en el velador se cayeron estandon a una distancia y el velador tambien aparecio virado. Se escucho a alguien respirando en el baño. La Cama picaba bastante come que si hubiera chinche. La noche fue pesada. There are phantoms/spirits in room 9! In the morning The mirror on the wall appeared tilted. During the night the things on the vanity was taken out of the bag and thrown on the floor with a loud sound like if someone threw them on the floor with force. The vanity was also moved. U can hear breathing during the night from the bathroom. The bed was super itchy like if there was chinche. It was a horrible nigh! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Volcano hotel is located in the Centre of the city of bath, is a very comfortable and friendly hotel. It has a beautiful garden, staff is very polite, they helped us to choose a very good tour. The rooms are very neat, clean and equipped and have a very nice view to the waterfalls or mountain, in the same way the terraces. It was a very good experience.

Volcano hotel, ideal for a well deserved holiday in family or friends, the rate includes breakfast, jacuzzi and swimming pool. I recommend taking the tour of the waterfalls, visit the pailón del diablo and the viewpoint of the volcano, can be performed on horses, buguis, bicycles or walking.

Excellent place to spend your well-deserved vacation, the rooms are clear and ventilated, some with terraces, have a fantastic view of the city, and the mount Runtun, the employees are friendly, the hotel is well located, is easy to reach, without need to take car.

A hotel very nice comfortable rooms and close to the city centre friendly staff, also the jacuzzi and pool were comfortable.

Amazing stay at a reasonable rate. Employees were very helpful and the tours they arrange for you are well worth it. Loved my time there, can't wait to go back.
