Came just for the breakfast. $9 for 2 and it's a full breakfast. Pitcher of juice, pot of coffee, fruit, bread and eggs. Pleasant and quite dining hall.

A hotel located in the center of Baños. Close to every place to eat, farrear, and do adventure activities. The hotel is very nice and cozy.

It is a hotel in the center of the city specifically in a strategic area in which are many shopping centers, tourism agencies, markets, pharmacies and many more things. The service is satisfactory, has many services apart from the stay, perhaps something annoying as far as the noise that exists in the area by people who travel through those streets.

I spent two days on vacation and the first night we found the bed that smelled of dirt with two hairs I went to politely ask that they change the sheets and bad manner they did even scolding while they did it saying that not even the minister complained I do not know what to say the location of the hotel is good but like so many hotels in the area the trato 0 the good breakfast but my room in that hotel is better to forget it I left a paragliding CD which for me is very important and they said I will not r They came back because the staff were injured … Are we kidding? From the facts The serious gentlemen we are in 2017. A lamentable situation. Then 200 bucks for two days seems exaggerated even this is you're going to be a problem since they wanted to charge us 60 dollars more! Shame on you!

Good location and reasonable prices.

You can get the same rooms and service for half the cost in other hostels in Baños.

This was a very good location. Helpful staff and owners and good breakfast. A bit costly for accomodation though.

Great vibe in this place. It's a cozy hotel but didn't like the fact that we made reservations by 3rd party website and they didn't even know about it. They came to clean the room and took the towels away without replacing them. When I was in need of one I had to come downstairs and ask for towels and the person I asked to, replied kind in a rude way to my request. For the price it should have better service. the breakfast was great.

It is a very Comfortable hotel, friendly, with an excellent restaurant serving typical ecuadorian, the hotel has very nice view, in front of a beautiful waterfall, is an ideal place of rest and perfectly located in the centre of the city.

Great, of the sites that make the travel to any place are very pleasant in its entirety, a lot of kindness, gentleness, good facilities, great location, super comfortable, thanks to Vargas family!
