Wonderful hostel has everything to have a wonderful stay. I would only stay 2 nights and ended up being many more lol. Clean and tidy rooms like Q the bathrooms and common spaces. Well-equipped kitchen. Wonderful breakfast and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday dinner is free. It also has hammocks to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Baños. They offer very good tourist information and maps. Would return a thousand times to this place.

Very nice and clean hostel with lovely staff, though you need a bit of Spanish to get by. The food was amazing, and I loved the food on the house nights! Cheap drinks as well. I enjoyed their margaritas! The Wi-Fi is very spotty, and service can be a little slow in the restaurant.

It's a quiet place. Without much external noise. With all your comforts. And excellent for making new friends. Very close to the city center.

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans le dortoir 12 places. Les chambres sont bien aménagées par contre une salle de bains pour 12 et pas d'eau chaude. Il y a une cuisine à disposition et la salle commune et très sympa avec un billard et un bar.

Has a bar with pool, which makes you need to leave the hostel to have fun, including breakfast and 3 dinners free very rich! Sometimes it becomes difficult to sleep through the noise of other guests.

Excellent relation quality — price, very good food and beverages. Room with all the amenities.

Is a format friendly hostel especially for young people. The system of food reserve through Facebook is eye-catching. Missed the added warmth in the attention.

Very good place to share with friends, comfortable rooms, affordable price, community kitchen, the best is the bar — restaurant. An action to improve is the internet, very slow and does not reach equally to all the rooms. Definitive again!

Brilliant set up! Friendly staff, room for parking, goid food and atmosphere and comfy beds. What more could you want. Wifi is slow but why go on holiday to stare at a phone. Plenty to do in the area.

The Hostel is very good. The best thing that has is the common room. 2 nights they gave us food. About 6 blocks from the center of Banos. The breakfast is basic but for the price it is good.

Bathrooms is a very nice city but unfortunately we had a nasty experience at this hotel, no organization, no irresponsibility on the part of the owners as they sold our reservation when we had already paid. Lousy attention.

Great hostel is a super place to stay in. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will be willing to relocate rooms if it is necessary. Wireless Internet is non exisiting when there are a lot of people but you can use one of the 3 computers they have at reception. Breakfast is alwways free and dinner is free three times a week. Ask for it They will also provide you guidance of what to do and see around baños. Some helpful tips: you can ask for a new towel everyday You can switch rooms if they are available You get free dinner from M-W if you register on facebook You can play pool with anybody and will be a great start to socialize Bring your own deck of cards (theirs are incompleted) If you can get room number 6 with window view (the small waterfall)

Great staff, excellent rooms and fantastic atmosphere. The free breakfast was simple, but good quality. The staff were all knowledgeable in the local scene and attractions, they could answer any questions I had. The other guests were all friendly and the social environment was top notch. Overall it was a good experience that I would recommend!

There is so much to like about this Hostel. The staff is friendly, common room has plenty going on, great place to meet others, rooms are large and the location is perfect. Cons: I am really splitting hairs to find a con but I have to comment on our toilet condition. It didn’t work properly since my group started our stay but we also didn’t request it to be fixed. Also, when I did my laundry, one of our towels didn’t make it back but the hostel never charged me for it so no big deal. Pros: They have almost round the clock food options and the worker, Sebastian, was excellent at preparing meals. His burritos were top notch! There is a pool table in the center of the room and plenty of books and board games to keep you occupied. There is a TV with cable and a good DVD selection. Not to mention the refrigerator filled with beer and water. The rooms were cozy but the beds a bit firm. Everything is gated in so you don’t have to worry about strangers wondering through. Highly recommended that you stay here when visiting Baños.

Realy helpful and friendly staff at the reception, kitchen and around! Nice rooms and super cool atmosphere in the bar! They have to work on there Wi-Fi :/

They gave away our room (the last room with something larger than twin beds) despite having a reservation, which wasn't a great way to start. There were people talking and smoking right outside our room at 3am whom I had to ask to quiet down (not the hostel's fault, but that's the vibe). The included breakfast was croissants — — nothing else. It wasn't a bad place (rooms were clean, common area was nice), but a couple of disappointments mean I would recommend elsewhere.

This place has a pool table, bar, camping, and nice rooms. It is the best place in Banos, at the moment, for thrifty travelers. I didn't stay here, but I wish that I had. From the brief time I spent here it looked very nice.

Nice hostel with great communal area, however food isn't up to much and is fairly overpriced.

Nice, clean dorms with comfy beds. Free breakfast which was simple; porridge, coffee and croissants. Nice bar area with pool table and easy to organise activities.

Great hostels backpackers was the best hostel we stayed at in Ecuador. Banos was our favorite city. The hostel has free dinner Monday through Wednesday and free breakfast all week. Happy Hour is all day every day and the lounge is a great place to meet other travellers and grab food, drinks and listen to music after a long day adventuring.

Lousy customer service The hotel can be one of the best but the person who works on reception don't know to try It would be good to take a course of relationships and communication.

A bit off the center, but as the Bathroom is small, there is no problem to move around.

I loved the attention, are very friendly and on a personal note I felt they gave me the stay.

Banos is a nice place where you can start several hikes, and crazy adventure sports in this tranquilo and safe town of Ecuador. The Hostel offers you lots of space in our reception area and buildings around the place, info about the places to eat and good advises on the things to do around this place where I have had the chance to live from October 2007 until July 2013 I hope you guys have great time there and don't doubt to ask for some tips.

Excellent hostel. It has a nice common area with bar, pool table, computers with internet. Run by its owners, they provide warmth and good information about the activities that may be. It also has a courtyard with a cute lawn to jump to relax in the Sun. Breakfast included, cost approximately USD 10. Very recommendable.

In 1 months of travel this was the best hostel were I stayed, the owner and the other people that work in this hostel are just so perfectly friendly and helpful. If u search the place were you can find yourself at home this is the one.
