It's an awesome place. I was there 4 times and everything was perfect! I think it's the best hotel in Quito with apartments so.

Had a wonderful 2 nights. Everyone was very accommodating, the food was excellent, the bed was perfect, and local was ideal for food and shopping.

Its facilities are very elegant and cozy, the attention is excellent. It is ideal for special events, conferences or product launches, I recommend a lot for the cordial attention and especially for the preparation of food and special dishes, has good culinary art professionals because their dishes are Delicious.

The common Aeras and reunion rooms are perfect. The gastronomic offer is delicious and offer Olatillos Tipocos from Ecuador. It is in the most elegant area of Quito and close to everything. Excellent option to travel for pleasure or business.

Very comfortable and comforting place, although the traffic is a bit heavy in the surroundings. Next to it is a shopping center.

Really enjoyed the experience of this hotel being centrally located with a short walking distance to many restaurants and shopping or short taxi ride. The Staffing was very friendly and the greeting area or foyer was very pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very good hotel in the heart of the financial district, so in the more modern part of Quito. Very close to quite a large mall with big brand names. Also close to restaurants. Hotel has a hot tub, steam room and sauna. No pool. Also has a nice gym. Rooms are nice and clean with lcd TV's.

I attended a working breakfast, pretty good facilities, lighting, sound. The food was very good and the hotel staff were very helpful. I was also at a party and the experience very enjoyable. Recommended location, well located in the North center of Quito.

Nice hotel. I stayed in apartment room which has in built kitchen (stove, oven, dish washer, fridge, washing machine). Cost me $80/day. Serbice was also good. Cleans room everyday.

Excelente hotel! Para una estadia por negocios esta excelente, cumplió con mis exigencias, buena velocidad de internet, buen escritorio para continuar con el trabajo pendiente, cuenta con cable de red directo para la computadora en el cuarto. El desayuno buffet simplemente espectacular al igual que su comida. La atención personalizada fue especial y lo mas que me sorprendió es que los colaboradores se aprenden tu nombre y cara, obvio por motivos de seguridad. Si regresaría nuevamente!

Customer service was excellent, diligent and very polite. I was in a standard room and it still was big. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great facilities and infrastructure.

The rooms were great, the buffet in the morning was excellent, and the spa was a treat (although the hot tub wasn't heated or cleaned in the morning — no waking up to a soak unfortunately) but to our dismay our stay was affected by horrible staff. There were too many little problems to list in a review, but here are the major gripes our group had: We had taken out laundry for our group of 32 to a laundry service to avoid the $5-a-garment cost of the Sheraton laundry service. The laundry service left our clothes folded in bags at reception and we asked the front desk to store it untill we came back. When one of our group went to pick it up, the woman at the front desk attempted to extort the laundry money from us, even though we had already paid for the service. When this was pointed out and a manager requested, she backed down and allowed us to take our clothes. Another incident involved attempting to leave a room key at the front desk for one of our party returning from southern Ecuador late at night. The same woman from earlier refused to let us leave a key in what must have been an attempt at a power play. Having enough of her attitude we demanded to speak with a manager who assured us that it was fine. After this encounter the woman was blatantly fuming, and over the next three days she made it her mission to be as obnoxious as possible.

Es un hotel bien ubicado para cuando de negocios estas… Incluso de turismo aunque su ambiente es de negocios. El servicio y el trato de sus empleados es perfecto. La comida 4/5 pero por lo demás exceden en buena atencion.

Stayed here a couple times, nice hotel. One of the better ones in Quito, a couple blocks from everything. Hotel taxi was a rip-off to go 4 minutes away.
