Lovely hotel in Quito! We stayed as part of a tour group and were very impressed. I took a hot shower, breakfast was cereal, fruit, bread, and coffee. Purified water was available at all times for guests in the lobby. This place has everything we needed.

The hotel is off a main road so it's loud, but earplugs can solve that. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. They have nice rooms in a gorgeous old building that is well kept inside. They offer a basic breakfast with fruit and bread, including coffee. This best part is that the hotel offers a fresh water filling station, quick Wi-Fi, and a bar in the hotel. I would stay here again.

All very well would only improve the shower because the water splashed a little out.

Very good hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, and above all its very friendly staff, the owner takes the time to welcome you and are on the lookout for what their guests need. The only thing to improve is to change the TV to modern. Otherwise highly recommended.

I stayed in both a single and double room, and it was great. Wifi was a bit unreliable, but really can’t complain. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable and worth the affordable nightly rate. The service is warm and attentive as well — whoever was at reception always answered my questions patiently and with a smile. I recommend a stay here if you’re travelling to Quito for the first time. The beautiful Victorian-era decor is also a bonus!

Its a bit old, and the room was basic, but that matches the price. Service was great, so attentive, especially at breakfast. I was impressed that breakfast was full table service. Safe parking lot with a gate if you have a car.

This is a hotel of photoshop, it is not a site according to what shown in the photographs, you feel like a total stranger at the front desk didn't even ask you who you are.
Its facilities leave much that wish, a television that sparing prende, water from the showers water boiled or cannot be adjusted… or cold, so dirty the bathroom curtains, even showing the SOAP that someone more glued to it, an open window that let water not tie NE handle to close… and so can keep counted things that I saw in the hotel.
Don't be fooled, this is a hotel of photoshop, nothing to do with reality or friendliness that one looks for when it arrives at a hotel.

Is the worst do not have a bit of respect for others… bad attention in particular from the "owner" of the Place.

It was ok. Close to everything and it was safe.

Very good service, exquisitely decorated in all its corners, lift, comfortable and wide bed, close to bars and restaurants, breakfast is included. I have my flight at 5 o'clock and 4 o'clock served me breakfast: great detail.

Excellent location Close to a gastronomic area. Close to the noise of Plaza Foch, but in a quiet block. Very nice decor, beds and pillows of ten… The staff were super friendly. I would definitely go back!

Nice hotel, but I only saw the pub open 1 of the 6 nights I was there. The only meal regularly served is breakfast. Service was excellent, the staff was always helpful.

Old European feel in the architecture. However, since they did not have A/C which is actually not necessary, at least should have a fan! Stayed only for a few hours.

Felt like home everyone is very friendly. Close to old town and the nightlife thats why I highly recomend yall this hotel :)

Excellent hotel. It's small, but clean and the staff are very friendly. Locked doors only allow visitors and I'm rather sure there is no parking. You'll likely hear people moving around downstairs since almost everything echoes, but that wasn't an issue for me. Breakfast was small and simple, but it hit the spot.
