Excellent service and attention.

The rooms are ok. Breakfast was good. The people in charge of the suitcases and they help to get excellent transport. The service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not coming back.

This hotel is okay. The best thing about it is the location next to the major mall and huge Park.

The room was spacious with comfy bed. We stayed for 3 nights. The decor was old and outdated but at least the hotel was clean. The concierge put our suitcases to the hotel taxi to the airport (which is more expensive than uber) when actually we wanted to take uber to the airport. It would be better if they asked guests first before jumping into conclusion!

This was the worst experience at a hotel ever. The staff ripped me off money wise and by telling me I didn’t have free breakfast. They charge you for making local calls. You can not get a good night sleep with all the noise from the cars honking. I will never use a best western hotel in my life again and I will blast this experience on social media and the better Business Bureau.

Nothing recommended if you are looking for a modern hotel. Everything's old or it doesn't work. I had to change room 3 times. The airs of the last century, the rooms are the ones on the right side very hot and those on the left side very noisy. The airs don't work well, I didn't have good hot water. The hotel claims to be 5 stars, they are actually at most two or three.
The only good thing is the location and interest of the staff for fixing the issues they don't want to fix from management.

I always choose this hotel when I travel to Quito — Ecuador. Ideal for the family. Located in a privileged sector, the Carolina park on the side and in front of a modern shopping center with everything a tourist or businessman needs. Its location is strategic if you want to know other destinations.

Good deal, lacked better lighting in the room we stayed. Excellent locro of potatoes and vegetarian cebiche.

Excellent hotel in the best location in Quito. The facilities are spectacular and the rooms don't even speak. Very comfortable.

Recently I was traveling in Quito and I stayed in this Hotel because of its proximity to tourist places, the excellent facilities I stayed on the fourth floor but I had a discontent as a customer should treat us with respect and to my great surprise an employee With the name of Maria Murillo (the name of the badge) who with a foul and derogatory vocabulary answered his other co-workers without caring for the clients, she generated a scandalous verbal quarrel.
My extensive schedule of occupations did not allow me to leave a letter addressed to management reporting on the deplorable behavior of the lady who also gritoneaba with her accent on the coast without caring the peace of the client, I wanted to leave acentado the complaint to the head of Apartment, Mrs. Maria Bertia Rosero But whenever she went to her office I responded with evasive or just looked and went out to not find me. I hope to have a course in labor relations and customer service to Mrs. Murillo since she saw me and offered no apology, the incident occurred while I went down the service steps where I had to endure such a spectacle.

Hotel located in the shopping area of the north of the city. Close to everything. Cozy place.

He attended the event of homage to Don Medardo and his player, for his 68 years of artistic life. The place is very cosy and elegant, especially easy to get to.

Building already with some/several years, but it keeps its pride… traditional English style decoration: dark woods, antique view boxes… good value for money. I had a nice wide bed… The rooms are carpeted — not everyone likes it.

Near this hotel is great park, cross the street is the shopping moll, I have great room, but first feel when you come inside is darkness no naturally light, and everything is like from 70 is! Also food is nothing special!

The perfect place to spend pleasant moments in family friends couple to rest or if you have a working relationship excellent service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the staff were very attentive, the room was very comfortable but I did not get to the almuhadas a bit hard, the ugly thing I touched one of the HABITACIONWS Rear of the 2nd floor and view only had walls on all sides, but outside of that are excellent accommodations. The hotel is serca to go out to see showcases, park, etc. Excellent location.

I commented that I had a lousy experience at the hotel yesterday with the hotel. My son attended a party in one of the halls. The hotel never had a procedure for the reception and identification of garments specifically in the case of Tern cams. In the end all the boys that for being a party of fifteen years had black terns and there are mothers changed by the lack of identification of them and their similarity and that for obvious reasons are unusable. It is unacceptable that a hotel of this category does not have adequate service for garments and these drawbacks occur.

One of the characteristic hotels of Quito, has the best location and a huge facilities that must be updated, very outdated rooms, the whole hotel needs a facelift and more lighting, it looks too creepy. The staff in line with the hotel also needs a little updating and training.

They care in every detail, you can have a breakfast buffet. The place is located in a strategic place, you can find some malls around the corner. I recommend to stay here it's a good option.

Pretty old hotel, which didn't adapt it so long. The equipment in Gym is more then 10 years and almost generally out of order. I can't imagine that management of some hotel like this don't wont to invest 5k $ to renovate equipment. It is not acceptable for the Hotel with 5 stars. Otherwise, location is excellent, rooms are clean, stuff is perfect.

On the last day, the area had a blackout. In the circumstance staff were incredibly professional — brought us candles for our breakfast, apologises and got the concierge to help us w our luggage down 6 flights of stairs. They certainly did everything right when something went wrong.

Excellent place to stay in Quito at a good price. This is a very well located hotel with all necessary amenities and great service. Recommended.

This is a great hotel — across the street from Quicentro mall. The staff was great and the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.

There are NO WORDS to say HOW EXCELLENT the SERVICE at this HOTEL IS. ROOMS are excellent and location is premium, across from QUICENTRO with local shops not to mention supermarkets in case you need to buy local items like candy souvenirs etc. Room amenities are GREAT, internet is super fast and WI FI easy to connect. Staff is friendly and very helpful from the BELL BOY to the MANAGER at the front desk. I requested a wake up call and it was punctual and on the double! Furthermore, last time I was there, was a while ago like 3 years ago and the staff remembered me, I guess Kisses chocolates goes a long way as a guest that really enjoyed my stay, I bring them chocolates every time. I was impressed with this hotel. This is more upscale than your typical Best Western. You will immediately notice the huge lobby and by the professionalism of their staff. One particular aspect that caught my attention in the evening was their young female piano player. She played some classic hits from the 80s rather nicely albeit without singing. This hotel is located in a great area for shopping and restaurants as there are many to choose from. If you need a grocery store there is a huge one called Supermax that is about four blocks away. As for the room itself, it met my needs. The air-conditioner/heater unit worked just fine. I did not experience any problems with the Internet connection. The hot water temperature ran consistently and I was able to adjust it to a comfortable warm position. One thing that I was not aware of is that you may need to get a key from the front desk to operate the refrigerator and the safe box. I'm not sure why they have that requirement as it should be accessible for the guest at their leisure. I had some friends visit me at different times and there was not a problem for them to come to the room. I appreciate the hotels flexibility of having visitors over. Overall my stay was a wonderful experience. I would definitely return to this hotel.

If you are ever going to stay in Equator, stay at the Best western. It is the best, south east north and west. The people is what made it the best. Best Western CPlaza Hotel, 00000 Shyris 1757 Y Naciones Unidas, 170150, Quito. We were in a position that needed the best from staff, they out shined all other Hotels and were very helpful and pleasant. I would always recommend staying there.

I stayed one night, I really had other expectations, however the atmosphere is quiet and the service is good!

This place is terrible! They had very loud music until after 2am. We never slept at all.

Too loud rooms without any isolation. During the weekend it is impossible to sleep before 03:00. Because they rent a hall for celebration and music is so loud in room.

I liked the attention and warmth of its staff.

First-class hotel.

It's not 100% comparable with the Best Western Plus standard. But for an Ecuadorian Hotel it deserves the plus :-D You have water in this hotel! And it is always hot! The staff is friendly but also not really plus standard. The restaurant is very good, the room service very very slow!

Traveled for business and stayed here 3 nights. Excellent location, in the business center of Quito, near a big shopping mall where you can find everything (I forgot a few items I could easily pick-up here). Single suite was extremely spacious and for a price that would give you a dog house in Europe or the U. S. For that matter. Nice restaurants, casino, and people/staff are really nice but many don't speak English very well, but you can go by with most of the requests. Wifi was spotty in the lounge/restaurant but OK in the room. Highly recommended!

Since that point is not to or near the Av. De Los Shyris and Av. UN, are actually completely lost!
