A comfortable, clean, well-run hotel. Rates are reasonable. The included breakfast is good, served in a top floor restaurant with an excellent view of Plaza Santa Domingo.

Located in the historic center of Quito. What allows you to know the attractions, keep in mind that the center is not attractive vs the North area is the city first attention, friendliness and willingness to attend the consultations. The view of the restaurant is definitely the best just like your high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for free. Points to improve: No elevator so there can be challenges going up the stairs variety of the breakfast: every day is exactly the same food, I coordinated a taxi to the airport the guy in the lobby told me a price but the taxi driver charged me much more!
The price per night was $70.00 something elevated for the hotel level otherwise highly recommended.

Hotel Real Audiencia is located in the historic centre of Quito. It has easy access to the city's main attractions. Taxi transfer from the airport costs $25. Everything is within walking distance. 5 minutes to the famous street of Ronda, 10 min. Located in the Grand Plaza and Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús, 30 minutes from the Basilica del Voto Nacional. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned room, safe, TV, hairdryer. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. There is a water cooler downstairs. Free tea and coffee is available at any time. Breakfast can be arranged on the top floor. Very beautiful view opens. The breakfast is varied and hearty. I liked it here. Recommend.

Nice hôtel very professional ans clean.

Rooms were very nice, close to everything, variety of rooms for our large group. Very enjoyable experience.

Very nice hotel right in the center of the old town of Quito. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was not very comfortable, but still the room was nice and clean. And there was not very much traffic noise from the streets. I would stay there again :)

Good location in the historic city and staff are pleasant. Nowhere to relax (the seats by the check in desk aren't enough as hang-out space. ) Dining room on top floor, up many flights, no elevator, though the view is good.
Food was unimaginative and breakfast buffet cold.

I was here for lunch with the nice view of PLaza Santo Domingo and El Panecillo. Nice almuerzo with a nice view. It was a great visit.

It was ok for a night the location was perfect.

I was of the 02/02/13 to 02/10/13, their staff is very good, attentive and helpful, the sr Boyron, cesar, nathaly and Joseph. Unfortunately the noise outside leaves no rest to the guests, they should improve the insulation. And course is very important. Does not have and if you play as my in room of the top floor next to the restaurant or so! bathrooms must be refurbished while cleaning is very good. The relationship cost hotel seems expensive, 73 dollars a night for two people.
