What a hidden treasure with a wonderful location to old town Quito. We stayed for 3 days at the beginning of our vacation and returned for an additional 3 days at the end. We were greeted like returning Friends. The care and quality of service that Luis, his Mom and their amazing team provided is 5 star! Each breakfast was served with such detail we felt very special. Luis also arranged our transport to and from the Airport along with a day trip outside the City all without any worries for us. Thank You for making this part of our Trip to Ecuador so memorable! — с Sandi Maxwell.

Absolutely loved staying here for nine days at the end of October in 2018. They were amazing, very gracious, very helpful. They made me feel like family. Very safe and at home. I highly recommend you stay at this Boutique Hotel conveniently located two blocks from the Presidential Palace and just down the hill from the Basilica.

The price wasn't too bad for w boutique hotel in Old Town Quito. It's not noise proof for sure. Quaint. A few annoyances is the toilet paper is sitting on toilet and had no place to sit. Plugs are scarce and sit in odd places in restroom. But it's pleasant and the family that owns it tries to help. We asked for a taxi to the airport. They didn't call a taxi, and instead called their father. He came a little late. Then want ready to go and had to stop for gas. He drive very slow. We made our flight just barely, but it cost just as much as a taxi and much more stress. Good thing we had given ourselves 3 hours.
