Hotels in Cuenca with Parking near Cuenca New Cathedral

I stayed at hotel casa san rafael as part of a group of 3 for the weekend in march 2026.

The staff is awesome. Breakfast included in stay was delicious. Diaily Breakfast.

Excellent service and rooms were good, always warm water. I highly recommend to other gringos.

Our first 3 nights in Ecuador was spent at The Yanuncay Hotel in Cuenca. The hotel is a very short taxi ride to Parque de La Madre and all the wonders of the historic district.

Super nice front desk staff. Great TV channels. Awesome breakfast included tigrillo! Great location, right near the bus station and easy walk into town. Near great Chinese food!

Affordable single room. Very clean and organized. Good bathroom with hot water and toiletries. Working table and chair. Tv. Closet for clothes. Table for luggage.

Absolutely loved my stay at Casa Montalvo. It is in a great location in the historic center and we walked everywhere except for going up to the Turi viewpoint (which was a cheap uber ride).

We spent a week at Casa Montalvo and could not have been happier with everything! The room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable!

I hate to give it a four star but I guarantee you it is a four star. The servant is excellence. All of the young students at the universities are very accommodating. Gabriela is excellent.

Loved it! Stayed 4 nights in Aug, 2024. Walk to historic Cathedrals, Restaurants etc. Super friendly and helpful staff.

This is a good hostel that could & should be great. The layout is fantastic. There are a lot of spaces to hang out. The dorm room is spacious. They provide free towels.

Heyho!
Last month I've spent there 3 nights.
Overall the comfort of this "hostel" is outstanding, marvellous. It's actually a house with a garden in a rich, posh district of Cuenca.

The attendant showed us to our room. Great size. Had a balcony, little table and chairs also. Highly recommend. Close to Calderon Park.

We stayed here while we were on a vision mission; performing eye exams and giving glasses away. The hotel is newly remodeled with a pleasant breakfast area on the 6th floor.

I loved this place! If you're only staying a few days or planning to spend time away from an apartment, this place is ideal. It's beautiful, cozy, super clean, and most importantly, centrally located.

Excellent service, the room was super nice, with parking, although there is some traffic in the area.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and half of the next night for a value of $110. As we were two people, it was 55 each and included breakfast.

Excellent service, the hotel has colonial architecture, it feels very homely. Varied breakfasts, very good.

Exceptionally clean, Excellent management & attention, Safe, & breakfast is delicious. What else could you ask for?

Furnishings are dated and the bathtub is too high and slippery. Other than that, it is a good place. Don't pay the rate listed on-line.

This Hotel is centrally located in a charming area,
I arrived there at 01:2o AM, did check in with no issue. The area was so peaceful.

Superb hostel managed by two great gentleman. Spacious, peaceful with all the amenities and more!

I stayed here for three days, and it was the best stay I have had in a hostel!

Stayed here with a group. Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient locations cation. Excellent breakfasts. Loved the rooftop patio and exercise room.

This was our first time in Ecuador, so I'm critiquing on my personal preferences. Our room was beautiful and the solarium was a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings.

I highly recommend this hostel. Great staff, rooms and bathrooms are really clean. It was also a quiet hostel where you can get a good night's sleep 💤

Very affordable clean hostal central to historic center. Very friendly staff. Hot showers.

If you are going to Cuenca, Please Stay Here. Starting with Mr Tony, very respectful Host, Open to talk and give recomendations about Cuenca and almost everything and everywhere in Ecuador.

I recently stayed at this hostel in Cuenca the first week of September 2025, and while the accommodations were simple and straightforward, it was the exceptional service from the owner and manager,

It would be very hard for me to list all the things to love about staying with Sole and her family. I lucked out — I got an upstairs room, so that I was able to interact with the family every day.

From the moment I arrived at the property, I felt at home. The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is modern with a shower that had really good water pressure and hot water.

Divine, we stayed 3 years ago or so in this hotel and we were treated excellent 💚
