I absolutely loved my night here. My only regret was that I only had 1 night! For sure I would return. Its just outside the city center which is fabulous if you value peace and quiet as I do. I loved the property that included a path to the river, hammocks, a lovely outdoor breakfast area, and a pool that had changing stalls and bathrooms. Even the walk to the river had bathrooms nearby and campsites which I would definitely make use of given the opportunity!
The room itself is basic but very clean and comfortable. Hot water shower with good water pressure and soap, if you need. The ladies who ran the hotel were very thorough in their explanations of the property and were so helpful, especially when I found out that my night tour was not in the city center and I needed a ride. Amazing people in a little slice of heaven that ended up being a highlight of my month in Ecuador. 100% recommend and would definitely return.

We could hear the river from our room. It was a little bit cabinish but comfortable and the services were great. Hamics right outside of the room added to the chill vibe. Breakfast in the morning was a real pleasure.
The scenery was beautiful and it was a short walk down to the river.

Private rooms and hot water showers. My husband and I stayed here a few years ago. Then again in September 2026. Came with family 3 years ago and reserved 3 rooms. The location for bird watching, excursions was awesome. Hikes to waterfalls to swim in was also awesome. Rooms were clean, free large breakfast every morning hot showers, clean swimming pool. Hotel staff can arrange taxis to Quito airport and also arrange excursions. No air conditioning, but in mountains, it was not needed. Taxi cap to Quito airport takes 2 hours and costs $80.
