Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom has real hot water (Not a suicide showerhead. ) The rooms are basic, but honestly you are in Ayampe for nature not luxury.

Free sun chairs and great breakfast. Hammocks at the beach too. Complementary refills of coffee with the breakfast would’ve been a nice touch, but fantastic view of the ocean from the restaurant.

Your best option in Manta. Oswaldo is super nice host, he even brought as to a local "Fiesta de Pueblo". Rooms are clean, and not expensive. The included breakfast is delicious.

Great hostel with a very caring and hospitable owner. My room had a TV with signal/Netflix, the common areas had a ping pong table, billiard, tons of hammocks, a pool and hot tub.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. After some change in plans we decided to celebrate our honey moon at Las Tanusas. Since we contacted the property we were treated amazingly by the staff.

Just the best place. Firstly we had a bit of trouble finding out how to get to Puerto López from Guayquil, but Tuzco lodge to our rescue! We messaged and Julio the absolute hero helped us infinitely.

This is a very warm and inviting hotel. It is gated and is right on the ocean with easy beach access. It is very quiet and serene. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, as is the hotel.

Excellent customer service by Jean Carlos. He's a very nice gentleman. The food was good. The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi. It didn't reach my room. Everything else was awesome.

We had an upstairs room with a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Since it was hot, we appreciated the air conditioning.

We stayed over New Year's 2020. The place is great, our room was neat and spacious, no problems with hot water or Wi-Fi. Sebastian and Alex are the most hospitable hosts I've ever stayed with.

We stayed for several days at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, staff refreshed every day our room and added fresh towels. Breakfast was ok, but is include in the reservation.

I loved Cottages by the Sea! The pool is a perfect temperature, and the ocean is literally across the street. There’s a grill for having a BBQ and they have a poolside bar for drinks.

We were welcomed by friendly owners. Hostal provides affordable, safe, clean accommodations. Family friendly without drinking, loud music, so easy to sleep. Rooms do not have AC or hot water.

Great little spot. Stayed here for about 2 weeks surfing and close enough to everything but quiet area.

I had a transport issue and the owners of the hostel helped me and waited for me at my late arrival. They are super sweet and the hostel is really comfortable and great.

We loved our stay here, our room was like a tree house. The room was very basic, just a bed and a side table on each side of the bed. We had a private outdoor sitting area and our own bathroom.
