Really the attention was lousy, the person of the front office from the beginning was displicent, nothing proactive, to more than that made a wrong reservation, and one night before he asked us to leave the hotel in a deplorable way being his absolute lack, place not recommended at all if Mr Salvatore Bardellini remains in front desk or customer service, luckily there is an absolutely adequate employee who regained our confidence in the end in the place, his name is Esteban and allows us to think about coming back if the right measures are taken, an absolutely proactive and cordial person. It is so obvious and key to have competent and open people on the front desk rather than people with levels of frustration who unleash on customers. If it was my business, I'd love to know the lack of it.

A very rewarding experience… Rooms are in excellent condition, very clean and full of details that make the stay very comfortable. The breakfast delicious and sufficient, preparations, crafts, of the best. The service very friendly and attentive in every way. We will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel with good pool area and helpfull employees. I think it is the best you can get in puerto lopez, as I have not seen anything that was so nice as this. But, we were here in raining season and there were crazy number of muscitos and there is no facility for a muscitonet around your bed, so on recommendation of the hotel we were recommended to use some stinky buring 'snakes' which didnt really help good and also made everything smell for the rest of our stay. Besides this no comments.
