Very nice safe welcome hotel, friendly service staff, close to shopping centers, airport, and ground terminal, in short an excellent place.

Okay for the price. Wifi works.

It's okay to sleep. Very good attention from some very bad of others. I'm sorry I don't know the names so I can distinguish them. The room had the air conditioning dumping water into the internal. Positive: Price and proximity to the airport.

Not good value for the money considering there was no hot water for the showers and the front desk fell asleep after I asked them to call a taxi before actually making the call. I nearly missed my flight and the taxi they called was unmarked and tried to rip me off after arriving at the airport. Not impressed, would not recommend.

It's a low-quality hotel. It is close to the airport but no transfer. And the breakfast starts very late in the morning. It is difficult to access for those who do not know the area.

Very well located, you can easily walk from the airport. Good cost/benefit ratio. The room was very large and the breakfast was great. If you have free time you can visit the Mall of the Sun that is about 10 blocks from the hotel.
Along the avenue you will also find some places to eat.

Wife and I have been here at Air Suites for 6 days now. We fly back out to the U. S. Today. Our stay here was VERY welcoming. We booked the Executive suite, sleeps 6 comfortably, two phenomenally! King size bed, AC, two full size futon sofas and a bath tub/shower to die for. Great internet… we were able to stream Apple TV while staying here.
Though We did witness a robery outside of our hotel (we are literally across the street from the Airport), rember that safety is key when you travel to another country. As I watched the robbery from the terrace I saw that security here is pretty awesome. The security alarm sounded within about 3 seconds… while the robber was stil on the scene. No was was hurt. The hotel is locked, safe and secure with someone watching the cameras 24/7. The Mall is about $1.50-200 cab fare from the hotel and there were lots of places, banks, stores, tiendas, gas stations and restaurants within a few blocks or less walking distance.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again in Guayaquil.

Very good customer service, very well located. The room had a fridge, safety box, air-conditioning and televisions. It also has a parking space.

Always clean, always reliable, always affordable. Close enough to the airport, you can walk if you want.

It's 6:30am, been trying to fall asleep since midnight but can't due to a loud pump that goes off every 20 seconds. Rooms are semi decent, but you will most likely not get any real sleep.

Very basic hotel for one night, sheets and furniture looks very old, there is only breakfast service, though nearby is a good Colombian place to eat. Room is comfortable. Very close to the airport (which is why I chose it to stay).

Don't believe the pictures. It's ok for a night layover but I would not spend more than that there… close to airport and shopping mall. Small rooms and small beds. Not very clean either…

Close to the airport and station of Metrovia, includes breakfast, there is Wi-Fi.

By please friends indicate me if this hotel is near the center of conventions.

Very nice Hotel, but there were noises seems of Caledonia which left no sleep.
