In the quiet of the forest, with friendly staff, big and well maintained rooms, and an enormous swimming pool, this hotel was a treat.

Nice place with excellent food. Highly recommended!

Our driver told us that he could not drive us to El Jardín Hotel y Restaurante. My wife and I were perplexed that this was impossible as we never had that experience.
Now we have.
And we are glad.

I love that they have hot water just that it’s shared with the entire complex so sometimes you might not have as much or any hot water.

We stayed 2 nights our rooms were clean and comfortable but noisy due to traffic. The owners were super pleasant and helpful.

Great service, lots of smiles. Rooms were kept clean (friendly advise this is a eco lodge) don’t expect a/c or 100% bug free zone.

Accommodating, very friendly staff, beautiful villages affordable, near other activity areas, pool, sauna, whirlpool, artic pool, TV, restaurant on site. Great tasting food.

We stayed here a couple of nights and it was a mostly positive experience. The hostess was nice, gave us a map of the town. The room was good, bathroom too. Breakfast was good as well.

We’ve stayed here the last few times we visited Puyo and it has been a welcome stop. The breakfast is delicious and generous, everything is clean and relatively quiet.

Ideal to rest also good treatment of its owner and employees 🤗 are willing to help in any inconvenience q a tourist may have.

The contact with nature, the comfort of the facilities and the excellent attention of the staff makes the experience unforgettable and rewarding.

An amazing place! We did super cheveres tours with guided walks! The food equally spectacular! All the people who looked after us did very well and the service super good! Also the luxury facilities!
