Dressing rooms in poor condition and with garbage. Dirty pools full of grease and insects. And the restaurant is a real typhoid pit. The authorities must shut this place down.

Nice place to know, trails and in my opinion better pools q in others.

The place is interesting, but a service crap. They don't feel like complying with biosecurity standards. And when asked if they control the capacity, they answer that they do not have swimming pools for each one.

Great place to enjoy nature and rich hot springs.

The place does not have good organization, rules and rules for the guest
In a public and relaxing place what the thermal water pool is like last night they drank beer liquor last night and other guests smoked strong cigar, cigar.
The rest is not restful put q the rooms on the ground and high floor are divided by a wood that lets you listen to every detail of the upper floor and if you add to this inconsiderate guests who make fuss like last night's, your night becomes impossible.
The cold shower water. Heaters don't work.
The restaurant staff has very little culture, is not prepared to serve the public, the cleaning staff begins the task with disrefiltration to the rest of the guests, with loud sounds and inconsideration.
They don't receive credit cards to pay, only cash and to complete they don't issue an invoice.
Improving is my suggestion.
