We only stayed 2 nights here and wish we had skipped visiting Quito to stay here longer. The Mamallacta Lodge is a gem in the middle of the most gorgeous Mountain views. The whole place is unique, from its construction to the decorations. The staff are all so friendly and helpful! Shout out to Sara and Ricardo for making our stay even better. They have a great menu and bar. There was hot water in the shower. My only very minor issue was how loud the bed was. Any movement made the bed frame make a very loud creaking noise. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again or recommending others stay here. Definitely an amazing little place in a beautiful location, close to restaurants, thermal pools, gorgeous hiking, and fishing.
Amazing lodge in the volcanos. Stayed in the camper van and it was such a fantastic experience! The breakfast included was delicious and the staff were super friendly. Would highly recommend.

I loved staying at Mamallacta! It's a lovely place, full of art, with lots of funky & interesting touches. Rooms are good, the breakfast is great, and everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. Love that there's a real commitment to sustainability. Would definitely stay there again…
