The POP staff was excellent especially Grace, Rosa and Chocolate. I enjoyed seeing their smiling faces at the pool. The waiters and hostesses were good as well. Our room and housekeeper were great and prompt. Some areas that need improvement are the transportation between the restaurant as the bell staff were not friendly. They need a little more variety at the buffet in regards to the food daily. Although minor changes are needed, the MICE and SMILE department made our birthday trip extra special. They went above and beyond for my group.

I have visited this place, never again. Twice I was poorly with food poisoning, and barley ate for 2 weeks. I was poorly once I returned home also. They don't even cater for English people. Can you believe they didn't even have air conditioning in the reception/lobby. The organisation of the restaurants was a disgrace, I think it's disgusting that you can only reserve tables if you have upgraded your room! Everybody has paid money to be there regardless, so ended up eating on the buffet more or less every night. The best part of the holiday was the flight home! Never again!

The entire resort complex is very nice. You can tell everything has recently been renovated. Lots of restaurant choices, live music in the lobbies and at different restaurants, two theaters, 24-hour Sports Bar plus a disco. The kids programs are great plus there are adult only sections. A great resort overall that has something for everyone!

Overall the resort was very clean and the rooms just as clean. This resort is owned by a company from Spain and it showed. All the food selections at the buffets had a European influence. From the sliced Jamon to the small baguettes for breakfast. All a nice touch. Since the resort was all-inclusive, drinks were plenty. All the liquor was top shelf. They didn't even have well brands. Pools were a plenty and clean. The beach was also well maintained considering facing the Atlantic. Our only complaint would be that the showers in the rooms had a sliding glass wall facing the main area. We really don't want to look at our 17 and 20 year old sons silhouettes while they showered. Overall, we would definitely visit again.

We had a beautiful vacation. Staff was wonderful it was clean. Our shower door broke but they moved us the next day. The food was good. We will be back.

A lovely hotel to stay with your family! The food is a class, a huge beautiful grounds and a beach. The only drawback is the algae that periodically threw on the beach.

Great place, quick to work out any issues! Dianna from guest service and Miguel the super visor are perfect! Both Luis are great from luggage and front desk! we got our upgraded honeymoon suit as promised! We are having a great time!

A beautiful place to talk about infinitely long, of course, price-quality, buffets, restaurants for everyone from Japan to Italy, round-the-clock sports bar, club, huge territory, very well-groomed and neat, Magnificent staff.

Excellent resort. We were here last year and enjoyed it so much we had to come back. The staff were friendly and there was a variety of options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurants are tasty as well but the line ups can be long. The beach is amazing and the secret pool is always a great option as well. Can’t wait to come back to paradise!

This place is amazing! Carlos at the reception desk has gone above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend it.

The people here have beautiful spirits, super nice and friendly. Staff is very helpful. The drinks are great, and I had so much fun at the discos. Brigida from public relations is very sweet too and super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me out!

Very great resort. Fun times and fun people. The workers are SWEET and friendly. Brigida in public relations is extremely helpful. Kitson, and 8Ball, Joseph on the beach were very helpful, also. My only wish is that they had more allergen friendly foods or options. Even if it's only one restaurant or store. I have food allergies (dairy, pork, beef) so of course it was hard to locate options. Aside from that, the resort is clean and well kept. I will be back.

Fabulous place. Spacious room with great view of beach. Great choice of food from buffet to al la carte restaurants. Staff more than welcoming. Would recommend and would come back.

Overall experience was great. Beautiful location, plentiful food and drinks, majority of employees were pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had. The nightly shows were awesome. Biggest issue was that we lost power two days in a row. First time was just briefly, little less than an hour. The second time without power lasted 3 hours and didn't get it back on until 2AM. Other than that, our stay here was great.

A wonderful place for a holiday. Everything is top notch. Friendly staff, wonderful rooms, delicious variety of food. Loved the white party on the beach. I recommend to everyone to visit this heavenly place.

The service is spectacular the treatment of its people unbeatable and both the facilities as well as the food and drinks, of VIP quality in any place of the ample hotel complex. It just came to us. Repeat.

I can say that this is one of the most complete hotels I have visited. It has multiple restaurants, spacious areas and newly remodeled rooms and a very complete kids ' club area. The food is great and the BUFFET includes a lot of variety. I loved it and I recommend it 100%

This place is very clean and very very accommodating all the staff is very nice and willing to please we had a small issue with their room the bathtub wouldn't dream they came to fix it right away later they stop by with a big fruit basket in them nice bottle of rum and say an apology. The one person that stands out the most is William the bartender at the pool he goes way way way above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. The next day at the pool we arrived and he had already had a safe spot for us and drinks ready watching him interact with everybody else including kids made us like him even more he's a wonderful person and I highly recommend that you go say hi you and make you feel right at home I would highly recommend this place to anybody who's taking a vacation especially for their first time it is a very beautiful place the staff is all very nice.

I'm writing this recently-arrived review of my vacation.
My parents are partners travel club and because of their evenings we were invited to spend a holiday at this establishment. From the day of arrival to the hotel there were things that show that it is far from being a 5 star.
The television went on by itself, it passed during the night which woke up our daughter. We reported this problem 3 times and the only way they could fix it was by disconnecting the TV, we never had a TV working properly.
The door of the minibar was exiting from the arrival. I do not change our stay in anything, but a hotel Q says call 5 stars and has staff entering the room constantly (even maintenance) This was not or reported much less solved.
Try to bathe without flooding the room, would be a feat… we had to leave towels on the floor to avoid slipping. The saddest thing is that this is not a problem of our room but of several as my family had the same experience.
If you plan to go to the Kids club consider several things. The balls are deflated and have no inflator, the football arches are broken, the hammocks non-existent due to the rust in the games and the kitchen for babies is full of the food of the staff.
Another big problem is the food, prepare to always see the same thing 7 days a week, lunch, dinner and in all restaurants. Variety 0!

Superb week in a resort of several hotels, direct access to the beach, Casino… A nice relaxing stay.

A pretty nice hotel with a lot of territory. There are three pools i've been to (only one 2.1metre deep). There is a concert hall, where in the evenings the rock program. Just like the disco from midnight. There are sports fields, several restaurants, a beach on the ocean. Visitors are offered many excursions at inflated prices. The Swedish table for all meals, in fact edible is not so much. In the room air conditioning, mini bar (a couple of beers, soda). There were cockroaches.

The entertainment and the theater is not very good but the resort is very big and beautiful. There are many gastronomic options, especially recommended the grill and the Italian restaurant. The beach area is small. They have different pools and environments to relax.

Great place a little big but small train to get around. The food is at the top place next door I would recommend this place.

Sy want to spend an unforgettable and good vacation as come to the complex Gran Palladiuun in Punta Cana sy you property I promise you will not quistara the Borbera to this famous hotel.

The palladium was very helpful and kind. The people who work here took care of us. The pool and beach was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy. The check out was pleasant. We will be returning. Thank punta cana.

This place is amazing! Service was excellent. The employees here genuinely care and go out of their way to help you. 3 bartenders and 1 waiter made us feel so welcomed from the first day we arrived. Ramon, Americo, Ameris and Edison at The Steakhouse. You must go there!

The stay was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Amenities where very clean and amazing. Delvin at the front is now a friend for life. All of the food is also very good. We will be back for sure.

It was a great holiday in Grund Palladium. We were there for the second time with children. Gladly again. All super and Nice!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I don't have any kind of complaint about it. Just that it's so big it's a little tricky to get to the top, and I think they should do a little Tour when you get there to go less lost, but otherwise just say we'll be back.

Unfortunately, there were many construction work in the hotel, as the Punta Cana lobby and three restaurants were rebuilt (until the end of Dez17). Unfortunately, the Hemmingway bar is abolished, which I consider to be a very severe deterioration.

The resort is very nice and you do get the full all inclusive experience very well here. Beach and pools are beautiful with tons of seating available. Room was nice and served it's purpose for our 5 days here. Bathroom is a little odd but gets the job done. Food was good for the most part. No reservations for specialty restaurants was different but worked out ok. Overall very good trip.

Simply completely satisfied. Accommodation (goods in Bavaro) super, food and Choice class, staff super friendly, beach wonderfully maintained, pools Super… I can't think of anything bad. Always happy to return.

Very large complex with a beautiful renovated part and another still in works… Choosing your room can change everything. Very nice beach. Different possibilities of restaurants but it takes a lot of patience to be able to get a table in the restaurants a la carte. In addition it is not always worthwhile in terms of the quality of the meals that are offered there (ex Oriental restaurant which clearly does not have dishes corresponding to their title). International clientele, mainly American and Canadian. A few Russians. Pretty quiet atmosphere for an all in.

Very good hotel. Great clean and with all the services you could need to spend a good holiday. Very friendly staff. The thematic restaurants are somewhat chaotic as there is no sign up list and they are usually full. Very good animation There are many activities and partying anywhere.

There is a very large selection of restaurants! The food is very good! There should be something for everyone who is not exactly demanding.
The stand is beautiful and you can run indefinitely in all directions. However, it is often mentioned here, as the locals offer a lot of scrap. Of course, silver jewellery is usually not obtained here, even if it is claimed! The prices are often set too high, so I advise you to act.
Many excursions are offered.
Again, I advise you to act! The price for Saona can be $65 per person. Others paid 70-100.
You should also be careful here and ask, because otherwise you will land on a bender.
For the price of $65 one got rum without end drove with a speedboat to a reef for snorkeling (20 minutes) afterwards to a sandbank (30 min) and then to Saona (3 h) to the beautiful beach. A lot of hunger should not be brought here with and previously should be good breakfast! The catamaran went back again. Of course everyone wants to tip and everything that is offered except drinking and eating costs something! You will be back at the hotel at 7:00 a. M.
Many people do not speak English here, the Google Translator does not always bring something without pronunciation, as some may not be able to read.
However, everyone is always trying, and a colleague with Englischkenntnisen is wanted!

The resort is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Buffet could be better, though. Lots of random choices, but some don't look very appetizing. Steak house at sister resort was great.

We're thrilled, we love it! Everything is super, hotel, restaurant, service!

I unfortunately spent just one week here, though by the end of it I certainly wish I had made it two. We were here with our small child (18 months), and the facilities did not disappoint… we had kids pools, kids chairs on the beach, a massive kids playground with all sorts of toys and activities, and a small water park. There were also kids themed activities; and the fact that the resort does cater to families, meant there were a lot of other kids for our son to play with. The food selection was good too, no complaints there, but we didnt get a chance to dine at the restaurants since we were going to sleep quite early. I feel there were a lot of other things we missed out on (the whole resort is huge), and I go back to my initial comment that I only wish we had stayed longer… All in all, definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I spent three incredible days here, which was not nearly long enough to experience all of it. The selection at the buffets was outstanding. The pools are magnificent and clean. The beach is nothing short of amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The casino is small, with a handful of gaming tables and slots, but has a cigar shop with a nice selection. I will definitely be returning.

Huge all inclusive resort. 3 plants next to each other with tram and golf carts at minute intervals. Additionally another luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful beach. And since you are on vacation, it doesn't matter that the coffee came once after a half and another time after 10 minutes. With the huge budgets, the choice lasts longer.

Good resort. Money back with the installation, food and service. Rooms are big with a Jacuzzi, Complimentary mini bar and all you can need included. Service to room 24 hours. I loved that you have a lot Restaurant to choose: Asian, On the beach, Steak, Mexican, Buffet etc) and there is alcohol everywhere. Employees services is very good as well but if you need to go to convention center you could find bad service there. There are transferring cars available all the time. Gym opens 6 to 10. And there is a pool that opens until 1am. Ahh, I remember that I didn’t like the check out because is slow since they review your room before giving you the ticket to go. I would recommend this for sure, and I want to go again asap!

This was my first time and it exceeded all my expectations. Restaurants were Excellent, service was excellent, pools excellent. The steak house gets 10 stars. I loved my room. I would definitely recommend this place and I'd come back. I would like to visit Grand Palladium hotels in other countries.

Nice beach. Well maintained. Very large resort, you can walk in a small train or take the time of walking in order to discover the place. Good choice of restaurants, several activities aware of the day and Late night show.

The resort was excellent, the staff were always friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed. The facilities were great especially the pool and bars. The beach was beautiful! Overall a wonderful experience and would happily return.

My experience at Grand Palladium Hotel was very good. The only negative comment I have is about the food at the buffet by the beach, the food was cold; however; they explained that due to the hurricane they have had a hard time recovering so we weren’t upset. The room was impecable, the service was a 5 star. The entertainment team was also amazing. I had a great stay.

I am a fan of the Grand Palladium resort chain so much so that we became a member of the travel club. The spa experience was superb. I did not get a chance to get my free 30 minute massage because of all of the other activities that I enjoyed.

That happiness I hope that everything will remain like this for many years I love this hotel.

Decent place to go for a week. Food was good. I would rate it a 4 star. Staff are mostly happy and friendly.

First time here with the family! It was a great experience and will definitely come again. Staff so friendly and nice. The resort and amenities were great. Even hurricane Irma didn't stop the resort from showing its members a great time and appreciation! Thank you for a great family vacation! Darwin was a fabulous at the recption. My new friend!

We went in a group of 18 people, I had honestly horrible experiences here. First off we went to a buffet to eat asked for cheese pizza and the man said they didn't make that I offered him 2$ and In 5 minutes it was made, the same day we went for lunch there was cheese pizzas everywhere. The employees are always trying to take your money. I asked for a box of milk for my baby and they didn't have as soon as I slid them 5$ under the table it appeared. The pools are falling apart, my kids got cuts on their feet. Vendors for necklaces and so on inside the hotel are hoax they tell u 40$ for a necklace see u walking again tell u 20 and so on I bought the necklace from the same guy for 5$. Lobby is under construction and there were live cables and transformers on the floor where everyone was walking by. Very disappointed.

I've been here 2 days so far, the service has been great. The people were friendly. I didn't have a good experience with my room, the room had this moldy smell. They did move me to another room. The food could be better.

Just finishinig our 7 days stay. Our whole family enjoyed very much, all 12 of us. Great beach despite this time of year has lots of seaweed, grounds crew was making sure every morning to keep it clean. Great grounds, excellent SPA, food in buffet can be better but Santo our waiter made sure that table was always ready for us and all our requests fulfilled. Lots of other good restaurants. I recommend Japanese and Mexican. Our waiter Eduardo in steakhouse was also great. There is plenty of pools for quiet time, adults only.
