➜ Good location, 3 minutes from the beach, close to places where there are restaurants, mini super and Exchange house. It has a pool, comfortable rooms, spacious, has kitchenette, very friendly and helpful staff. The bad: in the opposite corner of the beach there is a terminal of taxis and motorcycles that inconvenience the tourists, lack a bit of cleanliness in the kitchen and accessories, the soap and the shampoo you only offer it for one day and the others run on your account. They don't accept credit cards!
No very attractive apartments but if you are on a budget this is perfect. Close to many attractions and a few minutes away from downtown Punta Cana.

I spent three nights there, the reception was fabulous, the rooms are well climate, in the showers one has the choice between cold and hot water, the kitchen included all the gear necessary to be able to cook, (propane gas, Verselle etc…) for safety, Every night there's a security guard who keeps us company, there are also dogs, a little testimonial: "I have a friend who forgot his phone by the pool that was put in the sun to dry it, after we spent the whole day outside and from Q U'on was retour, the guy who work on the court let us know that we had forgotten an iphone 7 plus, and he gave it to us.
