Good value for money nice beach l Hotel is unpretentious friendly the breakfast is hearty and the atmosphere pleasant only downside the shower not flowing strong enough.

We had a great time there! We loved it and we will come back.

A good hotel all inclusive. There have been quite a few problems (pool worries, door a little say to open) but nothing serious.
A lot of Russians and Eastern countries, but this has nothing to do with the atmosphere!
The Wi-Fi is quite low and works better (by perfectly) in the lobby of the hotel
The buffet is good, simple but effective. We could not book for the restaurant "a la carte" (omissions in series), no opinions about.

This is a "Russian" hotel and that's all it says. If you do not expect something, it will go. There are better places in Punto cana. You can't go here specially. Staff norms, the shop at the entrance sells all the beach white, but in general to think of, before work to the persuasion of turangent.

Normal, and if you do not wait for a miracle, the rest will be normal. If you are with the claims, it is better to choose another hotel.
Pros: Guide Juan, always on the spot solves all the questions and dealing excursions.

At first I knew it was a 3 star (last minute departure) when I arrived I had a shock… quite a shock especially when I saw the room that was in the old section… I asked to have a room in a newer section… they have 3 sections and a pool per section… so I was offered a suite in styles of small villas for $10 extra per day… I did not hesitate for a second and I did not regret it! For the rest it was correct… just correct! But the next time I want to leave at the last minute and that there will only be a 3 star available Ben! … I'll stay home!

Techno music blasting morning and evening from 11am till 1 am the following day sleep deprivation ensues. Complaints to the management are waved off. All rooms are poorly insulated so the racket is right in there with you never again. Considering legal action. You have been warned.

The only attraction is, the price are such a bargain and includes most of the services. Very Grandhotel Pupp of a homestay, the only good place is the all-inclusive service, the price is not expensive, the CP value is very high.

Food quite good and varied to be a three star. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The equipment of the accommodation is very basic, but it is normal in this type of category. Totally recommended in relation quality price.

Just stayed here for a week, this isn’t a great very luxurious hotel that’s for sure. But the rooms are clean the food is good and the staff is very friendly. One thing I think is cool is the fact that you can have a little bit of action on the resort it’s self and also find a quiet place to relax especially near the 3rd pool. The beach it’s self is nice but not the best. The private area for the resort is quite small but you can walk a lot. Over all very happy about my stay here. It’s a 3 stars hotel but it’s a good 3 stars. If you want a good place that won’t break the bank you’ll like it there.

The stay was terrible. About the food: the choice is very small. The fact that all inclusive is not talking about anything yet. The staff is not the best and polite. If you are flying to drink alcohol then you will not care what happens around). In general, as soon as you stop smiling and talk about what you do not like, prepare for the response negative). The water on the beach has to wash after the sea can.

Lousy food! Poor attention! Very deteriorated rooms! They charge you safe and deposit for towels! Mirrors and Broken labatorios. Pretty dirty. Very frustrating.

Good value for money. Went aneksom. The room at the arrival immediately changed, for $10 a day took right on the ocean. The rooms of course require a cosmetic repair, but it was not fundamental to us. Entertainment is not very much-a couple of times was yoga, on the weekends performances of singers on stage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. Were in several hotels in the Dominican Republic, here fed the best. The ocean has a lot of algae, but from the beach they are cleaned every morning. The beach line is very long with a bunch of souvenir shops. But the souvenirs I advise to first look at Punta Cana in the local supermarket Jumbo (there is a free shuttle to Aneksa and Juan). There are souvenirs and Juana and cream. And much cheaper than in souvenir shops.

Everything is super! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There are superior rooms in a far, quiet area. For a surcharge of $10 per day can settle there. Food at altitude.

Lovely place, rested with my wife in December, all inclusive. Friendly staff. Juan is a great guy, always help, feel free to ask… Be sure to go to the shop Irina, exit through the backyard, what a snack café, there cheap goods, the owner of the store very good Russian knows.

The reception and staff in general super friendly. Internet is expensive and of poor quality. Finally we had 3 days with a leak in the bathroom and not fixed it.

Hotel with excellent customer service where you will be able to enjoy in family or friends to a beautiful beach and swimming pools, with space to share very beautiful. Good food and waiters who are striving to providing a good service. All the staff are very friendly and nice.

This place is very affordable, has easy access to the beach and friendly staff. The accomdation itself isn't anything special, they play loud music until at least 10pm every night and the food is a little on the depressing side. There's lots of decent restaurants and grocery stores nearby, don't pay for the all inclusive. We only stayed for a day on either side of our trip and that was fine, but a week here is not something I would recommend.

We stayed at Whala! for 6 days. It was cost effective enough that we could afford to take excursions. Overall it was a good value for our money, there were very few English speaking guests and only some of the staff understood English. The food was good and they had a beach snack bar option that was convenient.

Very good breakfast. Just a class. Thanks for a nice stay, the hotel liked the staff are wonderful, excursions too, the ocean is just magical. You can Safely go, you will not regret. I am not a picky tourist, so I do not pay attention to all sorts of things. It is a 4 star Hotel. For Kids Entertainment No, for adults super. The Impressions are simply not forgotten. It's paradise. I Wish you a good rest.

Good. Not for people who have experienced standard or better, maybe OK for those who are content with little; everything is relative.
2/5 buffets; very few choices, QQ put OK 2/5 rooms; low maintenance, humidity odor, uninviting shower, unsafe water, no mosquito nets, medium beds 3/5 cleanliness; the efforts are there but the corners are round and fast made 3/5 service; It depends on who 3/5 Beach; cleaned once a week quickly made 1/5 atmosphere; extremely noisy, continuous door slaming, low quality music too loud and for young Latinos 5/5 temperature 2/5 activities to do around if not very expensive I will not go back but some like it.

The staff here are friendly. The food served here is terrible, nasty. There are nearby local places to eat that serves much tastier food at an even cheaper rate if you were to not get the all inclusive package. The walk from the resort to these nearby places to eat is not too far. If your walking it should take about 3-5 minutes. Trust me, the food is nasty. The rooms are cleaned everyday by staff, however even after changes of bed sheets I did notice cigarette burns on the pillow, and other stains on sheets and bed. There were no signs of bedbugs as I fully inspected the bed. The water provided here to take daily showers and to brush teeth is salt water. I opted to brush my teeth each morning and evening with drinking water. There were on two occasions where there was no water in the morning for me to take a shower. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that water would be restored soon to which it was. The water does gives a strong smelling odor like one reviewer stated. The AC in my room was in working condition, as I did not have a problem with the temperature of my room. My room had tiled floors, which can become slippery. The best part of my stay was the minute walk to the beach. The beach is a beauty, and if you walk and explore the beach during the day your see many families from abroad and locals enjoying themselves. Throughout my stay, I felt safe. The area is safe, still take precautions as you would do in life.

So I just stayed here for 5 days… in a HOT HUMID room with a horrible bathroom/shower area with salty shower water… The ac was so high up and lacking a strong breeze the cool air never reached us… Looked NOTHING like the pictures. The food is worse than hospital food… last but not least the security told a pushy vendor our whereabouts and the rental car/color while we were out and about… I would avoid this place and the Wi-Fi comes and goes doesn't stay on for more than a few minutes at a time. Glad to be home in the US. Maybe we were placed in a lower class room but I paid for the best they had and seems the motel 6 would've offered more comfort.

All-inclusive Hotel in the middle of the resort area of Bávaro. Quality price very good. If that is true that the buffet lunch and dinner is a little lacking in choices, as it is usually repeated every day the same dishes. This hotel is absolutely awful. The gift shop charged my credit card nearly $500, when the price they’d stated was $100 for something we didn’t even want, but finally agreed to just to get them to stop harassing us. They insisted they would correct it the next day when the bank opened, and then every day I was there, they continued saying the bank would not be open until tomorrow. Finally I had to leave, and deal with disputing the card charges (note that we never received the item we were paying the $100 for in the first place), and the gift shop is currently insisting all charges were valid, and not refunding the money. In addition, the buffet was inedible; we were unable to find potable water anywhere, even for purchase, and the only thing that wasn’t rancid at every meal was French fries. We survived on French fries and juice for the duration of our stay. They charged a $20 deposit for towels, $10 per person, per day, for Internet, and insisted that they took USD, but every time you tried to actually pay for something with cash, they said they didn’t have change, so you had to use a card. Every charge on my card, when I returned home, was for nearly twice the agreed upon amount. The staff was rude, they were constantly trying to get us to pay for things we’d already paid for (ex.

Location Always friendly and smiling staff. The kitchen is above all praises! We were always pleasantly surprised, lots of meat, fish, ice cream, fruit, just full. We devour! The room is nice, good furniture, everything works. The hotel was better than 4 and 5 * Turkey and Egypt.

Absolutely not to go. The official photos on their site may have been made on the first day of opening to the public. Everything poor, from the service to the structure that is left to itself without the maintenance due. The water coming out of the taps of the rooms emanates bad odor and the pool water is full of I don't know that sickening disinfectant. A place that I certainly do not recommend at all!

Very bad maintenance should give it at night to the swimming pools and floors not in front of guests that looks good ugly closing bars early. Already at 11 you ask for a beer and give it you in plastic tumbler. A piña colada artificial super breakfast is not the appropriate first time they eat what they go hiking as if the money of others do not have. They opened late and closed early came from one day to another and not left me wanting to return. Besides all the water is salty old TV. Bad experience not be them I recommend.

It's ridiculous how Wi-Fi is not part of the "all inclusive package, " they charge you extra for Wi-Fi on a per device basis. Even the safety locker in the rooms isn't included.

The hotel is located a few kilometers from Punta Cana in the town of Bavaro. The location is great, the beach is 50 meters. The beach hotel is small, the ocean is beautiful. Power chose all-inclusive, the food is delicious. The center of Bavaro about 3 kilometers, where all the entertainment and discos. Took car rental and drove in Santo Domingo, I recommend to visit this city, there are very nice.

I WANT TO ADDRESS THIS TO DESK SUPERVISOR Roberto Silvero, and the friendliest staff I have came across in many of my travels. The rooms cleaned, the food was excellent. When you needed advise or help with transportation it was taken care of very efficiently, always with a smile. The beach was awesome not crowed and always clean. The public restrooms were very clean and sanitary. The open several bars kept you supplied in free on the house drinks and of course the favorite Presidente Beer. I would recommend this quaint hotel to all my friends and family. So should any one planning on a mini or long holiday vacation join them, YOU to will be treat as family. If you do not speak their language as I do not they will always find an interpreter . Kathy G. Williams.
