Had a great time. Nice resort style with nice large suites. Can’t wait to come back and visit.

Great rooms! With balcony! If you get breakfast it is a Nice restaurant right on the beach with great pancakes! Had a very pleasant stay on my 2nd trip to Dominican Republic. The managet Freddy is an amazing guy he is there to help on anything that you need! I totally recommend this place to any tourist! The pool could be better but other than that it was great. Different from the all inclusive resorts I definitely loved this experience!

El desayuno no era muy bueno porque solamente servían un poco por emjemplo, cuando pides pancakes, solamente de dan UN SOLO PANCAKE sin jarabe, una comida del lado o algo más. Y el website mienta porque las fotos enseñan piscinas grandes y bonitos que no tienen, (son del hotel del lado) Pero la piscina que tienen era muy pequeña y no llegaron a las excepciones. Las habitaciones eran bonitos y tenían una vista bonita de la playa y de la plaza. Ellos se ven bien y eran muy grandes. La locación del hotel era muy conveniente y el personal del hotel fueron simpáticos y'all propiedad era muy lindo con servicio muy bueno.

Hmmm good for families. By the beach. Lots of mosquitoes in the apartments. No mozzie spray on property. Very nice staff, just not my type of place… but good for groups who want to semi take over a property great privacy … or again, families.

A great hotel near the beach. Large, modern apartments. We are 2 families staying for a couple of nights before the cruise. The room was given better than booked, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean, cool, there's everything you need. Friendly staff, helped on all issues.
Breakfasts are not bad, a variety of complexes to choose from, in a cafe on the shore. It's nice to have a ocean-view breakfast.
When leaving at the reception asked to book a transfer. It's great. I liked it.

Rented an apartment here through airbnb. The place was nice, had soap/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion/hair dryer. Full kitchen, but no condiments, etc. Salt and pepper shakers were there but empty. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and beds were comfortable. Super close to the beach, with a nice pool area too. Very cute place. Water heater was tiny though, so hot water runs out very fast, then a few minutes later there's hot water again, so had to shower in stages lol. Owner is very nice and lobby staff is very helpful :)

Really enjoyed my stay at the Chateau, the location was perfect, the rooms were really spacious, a real quiet place with its own pool and the beach is at walking distance. This place is good for couples as well as for a big family.

The beach is literally 50 yards away, ask for Jose the driver (very nice and professional). Perfect large rooms for families or group travel.

It is a nice cozy Hotel. The staff there are very professional and courteous. They are also family oriented anything you ask for you will receive it. The management stuff Freddy Garcia he is like family anything you need and you ask he will see to it that you get it in a timely fashion. The place is very secure and safe at all hours to have fun and relaxed and the beach is no more than 30 seconds from the hotel.

The room was clean and very well decorated in a contemporary casual island feel. The shower was hot abd the staff was great. They helped us with everything from setting up Wi-Fi on our devices to getting food delivered to our rooms! Great place great people we will be back!

The afternoon we arrived, we were immediately captivated by the location we would call home for a few days. The apartment is located in a more local destination rather than in a touristic resort, but that is exactly what we wanted. A place we would be comfortable and still see the realness of the streets of Punta Cana. Once the taxi arrived, we were bedazzled by the beautiful entrance and the warm welcome : "Bienvenidos! " They exchanged details about local transportation, the complementary breakfast and the possibility to speak with a tourist representative. The place was a sweetly decorated with shells and sandy decor, vibrant colors and large glass windows. The rooms, bathrooms, sheets and towels were clean. The staff and 24-hour security guard were friendly, helpful and resourceful. We rented a bike because that was the most cost-effective way to get around. Their touristic rep offered a few packages, we chose to visit the Beaches of Macao in a life-changing ATV ride which stopped in a cave with beautiful cold waters and we also visited the Island of Saona. We left happy with new friends, looking forward to come back, hopefully sooner than later.

This place is amazing to stay at. The staff is superb. We will sure miss Minnie Vin and Mario Lopez. Very clean villas. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We will be back for sure!

A group of 5 of us stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! Everything was beautiful and so close to the beach. The owner was very helpful.
