Spectacular, the cleanest beach of the surroundings, the rooms to the pool one pass and the food is very good. No queues, no modifications.

Amazing place to holiday The restaurants are all excellent. Staff friendly. Make sure you grab some bread (free) and take it to the bridge & feed the fish & turtles :)

We had an error with the reservation apparently (problem apparently our travel agency) and the treatment, presumably due to the condition of dominicans on the part of some of our companions, it was horrific. Well it seems that we were animals in their eyes, preventing us from even staying in the reception room past a certain time, waiting for you to solve our problem. All this despite the fact of approaching night-time hours, with the consequent risk to our security, particularly when being excommunicated from the venue hotel. Not only that… a member of the reception pretended that we corrompiéramos, giving a bribe to stay in a room. Of course we refuse. This gives faith behavior on the part of the reception of this hotel, being sure that if we had been caucasian, the treatment would have been exquisite. This makes me consider an issue distraught, but judging by previous experiences: in this country it is inconmesurablemente best overseas american or european at the paisano, which is neglected as if of a dog sarnoso is involved.

Excellent service everywhere you go. The pools, swim up bar, pool side bbq and restaurant are rarely crowded like it is your own private resort. If you want party atmosphere and nightly shows it is only a short. Walk or golf cart ride away at the adjoined included Now Laramar. Awesome experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Very bad hotel, probably the worst I've ever been in Punta Cana. The service was awful, we were treated as animals, transportation within the hotel was very bad. Few people were respectful with the customers. The food was never good in any of their restaurants and the rooms came with different problems like bathrooms without doors, hot tubs with water without heating, hot tubs flooded the room. Its beach was just as bad, not that he had the water of the sea, but other tourists and I suffer from allergies and irritations in the skin when you bathe. To nothing recommended.

Very nice hotel. This is much quieter than it's sister hotel Larimar. The pool bar serves good drinks and the swim up rooms are nice. Note however that even though all rooms have whirlpool, it is located outside the room and hence it has no privacy.

Very good hotel. Good food, swimming pools and excellent beach. The rooms a little girls.

Plant Supper only the rooms are not cleaned daily even trinkgeild on 1 day to the cleaning lady brings no success.

Paradisiacal Place, ideal to rest, vacation, with a personalized attention, exquisite food type buffet and a la carte in restaurants of first.

Excellent service. I absolutely felt like I was in paradise and was treated like royalty. Everyone was super nice. All inclusive is the way to go. I felt guilty at one point because they provided so much to us, food, drinks, service, kayaks, entertainment, snorkeling. Loved the beach. Super clean resort. Great pool. Great activities. Very relaxing. Easy check in and check out.

This is a review of Now Garden Resort, and a partial review of Now Larimar Resort. My wife and I were there in late January of 2018. We arrived at the Now Garden lobby at around 1pm on a Thursday. At the check-in desk, we were asked to sign couple documents. Just read over those before you sign. We were also asked if we would be interested to upgrade to become “Preferred Club” members, which get access to members only areas and amenities. We politely declined as it wasn’t in our plan. After the check-in desk, we were introduced to a staff member named Nirva. Nirva’s a very nice lady, and she was there to help us with our needs during our stay at the resort. Check in time at the resort was 3pm (i. E. Room wasn’t ready till 3pm). So, Nirva led us to have lunch at the restaurant instead. Restaurant’s name is called “Windows”. It offers buffet breakfast from 7:00am to 11:00am, and a la cart lunch from 12:30pm to 3:00pm daily. I had wings as the appetizer, and carbonara as the main course. They were good, especially when I was famished at the time. Later I learned that the restaurant is called “Windows” for breakfast and lunch, and is called “Capers” (Italian cuisine) in the evening from 6:00pm to 10:45pm. It has seats both outdoor (roofed) and indoor. This is the only eating location of Now Garden (other than the food hut by the pool bar). We really liked the Italian cuisine. Pizza and calzone are made with brick oven. They are must-tries.

Excellent choice for a family rest in a beautiful place. Access to the beach through the hotel Larimar in the same chain.

The resort is not bad, but so little is phenomenal best book in ONIX, which is just to the side and pernece to the string of the Now Garden but ONIX is more organized, new, best food and service.

Amazing place. Great and friendly staff. But I won't recommend earring at the Italian restaurant there, their food is a hit or miss. Much better to head over to Now Larimar and eat there. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Very quiet and well maintained. Kitchen is great and staff is very curtious. The only downfall are the beds. One of the beds in our room was adequate bit one was broken (side walls). It was mentioned twice with our daily call from the front desk. Nothing was done. Other then that everything else was well for a family Christmas retreat. We always travel with the same chain of hotels and have very little complaints.

We had read a lot of negative comments, so we were a little scared. But with a little common sense we realize that these criticisms are absolutely not justified.
Very nice place, lovely staff, always smiling. Nice rooms, comfortable. Food OK. Animators and fun activities.
It is a 5 star "Latino", so do not expect to push the doors of the Ritz and anyway, at the price of the stay, you already knew;)

Beautiful beach and nice part preferred, the staff friendly, except the one that answers to room service, which made a bad joke and hung up, all the others very friendly. Cleaning of the room very above, you tend to find hairs and will lack a good hand painting. But in general nice.

Room not re-stocked, housekeeping inconsistent, not recommended for single female travelers due to staff overstepping and population in general being too familiar and pushy. Beautiful setting. Despite nice room very musty, the food was delicious. Not actually near the beach. All activities, shops, beach access is at a sister resort, Now Larimar. Next time I'd just go there.

Food is deceiving! Food is TRASH and has no taste. Very very disappointing! Most of the food doesnt even come out fresh or has no flavour! Expected way better food for a 5 star resort!

Nice hotel, clean, good service, but away from the beach.

After sitting through a 2 hour presentation showing the best of their resort, I was interested, until… we had a busted hot water pipe in our room where several of our things were soaking wet, including leather items, we never saw a manager but was told to call and someone by the name of Pedro suggested putting all of our items in the dryer (can you dry leather shoes and bags? ) After moving us to another room at midnight, where the beds were not made properly ; no pillow cases and one sheet one of the beds. After calling the front desk, they sent a young man with two pillows and a sheet who did not know what to do with them. We made the bed. Got to bed at 1:30 am and spent the next morning attempting to get some type of compensation. The compensation offered was on our next trip to their resort they would upgrade us to use the facilities at the next door resort (Now Larimar). We asked for 1 day credit. I say if you cannot handle a small problem, why would I buy into something that could possibly be a large problem. What a way to spend the last 24 hours of an other wise pleasant vacation. The staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were outstanding) Management cannot make any decisions. Totally useless. We won't be back! MM — North Carolina.

Rooms are okay except there is no privacy with the toilet. They called our room constantly which was extremely annoying. We walked in on one of the employees going through our room (we know because he was eating snacks that were in my purse in the bottom of the closet. All our money and valuables were in the safe) reported it and heard nothing back. Called the front desk about kids screaming and running up and down the hall at 12 am and they told me to deal with it. The management staff is really unexceptional but the restaurant staff is very good. If this was my first time here I would be very unimpressed with Punta Cana. The beach here is very full of sea weed and the chairs are uncomfortable. Half way through the week several bus loads of large groups showed up and have been making the place their own trailer park. Also if you're expecting anything special for your special occasion you won't get it here, they could care less. All and all love Punta Cana but would never recommend this resort and would never come back.

We have really enjoyed our experience here at the Now Garden! We love the easy access to the sister resort, Now Laramar and to the beach! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Julio at the front desk, Antoine and Roberto at the excursions area, and Superman for keeping us entertained! We will definitely be coming back to visit!

A decent hotel. Not as much to offer as Now Larimar. Staff was super friendly but made a lot of mistakes when ordering in English, but they were accurate with Spanish speaking guests. And the overall resort, including Larimar, was a little too large for my liking. I wish the restaurants weren't only open during dinner. More options, you know what I mean?

I couldn't find a way to email them personally so I'll just leave a public review where ever I can. The people at now garden in punta cana are absolutely amazing! I lost my wallet along with my passport credit cards id everything! These people went above and beyond to assist me in anyway possible, special thanks to Raymond (I believe he is the manager) Luis (who I believe may manage the French resturant? ) and the security manager, these three along with security and concierge helped me beyond belief! Seriously if I told you all they did you wouldn't even believe me! I can honestly say I received better treatment from them then I did at the "u. S. " Embassy! I will forever be grateful for all they did and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
