Without considering that the second day we had to spend the drink of Hurricane Irma, where chaos was widespread and customers who suffer the lack of foresight by the hotel, poor communication of what happened etc. And being a repeater at this hotel unfortunately I have seen shortcomings that I did not see the previous time. The lack of keeping in the pools leaves uncovered pieces with non-existent tile, unpainted floor cracks, spotlights floated in the water and as not the towels with too much use. In relation to the room the less on the line we remembered with a note related to the toilet room by the continuous bad smell, we demanded the room maid repeatedly. Also left us unsettled the elimination of the gym and Jacuzzis on the beach, in order to create a VIP wing area that you can access before payment of the corresponding improvement, to pass them to a building next to reception, without the fantastic views of the beach and Including inside the jacuzzi that were outdoors and free to use and that are now part of the other improvements you can use prior payment of it.
The best of the hotel the people who work in it, with a proviso of the reception people a lot of kindness but nothing efficient, with the phrase I will follow up some have to be following today's claim for five days, and with the Regrettable feeling of seeing as they passed from me.
As a summary of the memory I had of this hotel Disipo on this trip and right now I would not recommend it to my friends.
