We just got back from spending a week at the Vh Atmosphere. If you want a nice quiet relaxing vacation, I would highly recommend this place. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. Our room was great as well. Our son had a few issues with his room : They were very quick to move and upgrade him to another room. They really worked hard at keeping everyone happy. Nicole, the activity director was fantastic, Very friendly girl. She was great at getting everyone to join in. We really enjoyed the infinity pool as well. It was a Great vacation.!

I'm not asking an all-inclusive for any more. Quiet, with gym, Yoga classes and food more than acceptable for a resort of this price.

Love this place. Would go back in a minute. It's small and you feel you can walk anywhere and be safe. Nicol was the highlight of every day, this bubbly and kind girl does everything in her power to make your day enjoyable and fun. They should give more money so they can get more games to entertain the guest. Felix and Oliver on the front deck also were very helpful and nice. The food wasn't bad but if you sever steak you should have steak knifes. We also had a bad shower head that flooded the floor every day. It's a very nice place but these small things can make it better. We hope to return soon.

Very quiet, good for older crowd. This place is great if you are looking for total peace. Barely any muisc. Food was not appetizing at all. Nothing special, below standard. This is not for a young crowd. However it was pretty clean.

Dedicated employees, pretty good food, adults only, quiet, Super beach, not a single rock, very clean place, safe, discreet security but everywhere. In short it's worth it and cost.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the VH Atmosphere. Beyond our expectations I should say. The resort is small and peaceful. The staff and services were excellent. Everyone was very friendly. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The resort was very clean. Staff members work hard to keep the resort looking spectacular. Our room was great. We had the superior suite with a baloncy. The cleaning staff always kept our room very tidy. The food was also great, I believe I gained some extra pounds with my stay. Lol VH Atmosphere is the perfect getaway resort. I would definitely go back again! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I loved it! Excellent attention from the parking to the beach. Excellent food. Very good cocktails, excellent rooms. A majestic place paw the adult break.

I had a fantastic week. The hotel is spotless and the staff is super nice. Excellent food and hygiene is perfect. Everything is very clean. The only negative points: wine (not drinkable) especially white. The coffee (not even the pass mark) and the alleys of the real ice rinks. The A la carte restaurants are great. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a lengthy post to put but goes well over character limits. Will get as much in as I can. If you don’t have VIP bracelet you will be drinking wine out of plastic jugs & below par alcohol (cannot even get a mimosa). Only 1 pool for everyone to use (except VIP has separate pool). NO nightlife at all! Went to sister resort for spa we were told it would be $511 for massages & facials. When I paid by charge they charged me in pesos (still can’t figure it out correctly). Checked my statement the next morning & was charged $628 (was told tax is over 28%). Went early morning to book specialty restaurant (can ONLY book at that time) after that went to go to pool floor was coated with something & I went flying & landed on my back. Guests helped me up while staff only then put up sign of wet floor. Went to see manager who was in meetings for 4 hrs before he could see me. When I saw him he yelled at me for not reading the sign which wasn’t there. He then said he would bring me to the dr. What he did was put me in a golf cart & had them take me (by myself) to an urgent care & left me at the door. They wanted me to pay for treatment myself. I had to walk back to hotel (didn’t know where I was going no cell service) found hotel & mgr flipped on him he brought me back & told them hotel would pay. They gave me meds & sent me back. Next day I went to front desk (needed towel) mgr saw me instead of asking how I felt he actually laughed at me (I’m serious)!

Very nice resort. Everything is completely renovated, more precisely everything is new. Very nice and friendly staff, always ready to solve your problems. The food in the restaurant is very good. 2 restaurants on pre-order-well very tasty. Everything is clean, all the time cleaned.
From the minuses-to the beach 10 minutes on foot. The pool area is a bit crowded because of this. Intertajment in the evenings is no different.
