The reception lady was very unfriendly. The rooms could be cleaner. The entire facility very well maintained. The food is super!

It is a small hotel but with first-class service, highly recommend it… beautiful beach and scenery unsurpassed.

Terrible service. Everyone, including guests do not like Americans, or English speakers. Behind the snears and abysmal service lies a decent resort. You can find this quality of resort in the states, not pay for air fair and not have a bunch of locals and Europeans act like you are an idiot. Steer clear of this place if you are American or only speak English. Views are decent, but go to the Gulf or the keys and you'll have the same. To reiterate, staff are complete jerks and will not give you the time of day (excluding the cleaners, maintenance workers, and those lower on the totem pole (love them).

Location fantastic. There we spent the honeymoon in May 1992 and in may of this year, there are restaurants to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with the whole family. Fantastic then, magnificent today. :)

Loved this hotel. Great customer service and staff are very friendly. Beautiful beach and great sunset. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Have a variety of food locations. No need to leave hotel area since there's so much to do.

Already this to 100%! But it does Not have casino, the amenities preferred are not well-defined which do not comply in form, the attention of the waiters is not friendly as other hotels of the chain.

Beautiful hotel nice rooms and exquisite service from its staff. Without a doubt one of the best in the country.

Quaint place, very basic. Staff was friendly. Food at the snack bar is the same everyday. There is nothing else except snack bar between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks were okay but no variety of choices and no "real" bartenders. Our bungalow would have been better with just one king or queen bed. Lastly, they need to provide washcloths instead of hand towels for. This is a mostly European resort, Americans are the minority here. It was very rare to hear English-language.

The "free" bar had, or it seemed like watered down weak drinks, the food at the two free food halls were horrible, very bland. That forces you to get a reservation to there on site restaurants which are usually, it seemed like full by 10am. You'll have to drink 12 mixed fruity drinks or more to feel relaxed. Of course they don't want a bunch of drunks puking everywhere on their property but they shouldn't weaken the drinks. The roaches in the rooms were awesome! I had a lizzard on my desk. The staff is nice, but it is a tourist get away, IE trap. Pay extra and Get a VIP pass so you can get to hang out on the NON crowded beach. Enjoy, it is, what it is. :)

No towels after cleaning the room, the balcony is rarely cleaned, at the bar, you do not need to wait too often for 10-15min to get a drink, the door locks don't go sometimes, a la carte Restaurants are better than the normal Buffet.

Very nice clean and well maintained facility. Beautiful Bay, which is also well suited for snorkeling. The main restaurant with view to the sea is fantastically beautiful. We have never had such a varied and taste good Buffet. Praise to the kitchen and the friendly Service. The changing evening entertainment, various Mottos. Drinks are good, the Cocktails (too sweet). We have us felt very comfortable here.

The Top Hotel. Very clean Bungalows and comfortable. International cuisine, tastes very delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The place is very cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food, very good. And bars, excellent. I will come back.

The care is very good, they have many employees in all parts of the complex, so you can always have what you need. To not be such a great place superficially everything is relatively close. Excellent.

The facility is beautiful, located directly on the beach. The water is gorgeous. A star deduction, because the bathroom was not very hygienic, the towels were every morning brought, and in the course of the afternoon, you got to hours of new and the air conditioning is very very loud. With the rooms you have to be lucky I think. The food is in my opinion quite okay, definitely not 5 star food but for me it is. Otherwise it's a great travel destination with many possibilities for excursions.

Super food and the wonderful beach. Simply a Paradise. Highly recommended.
