Rooms not as pictured on website very dirty stains on linen broken shower poor customer service! Check in is at 3pm still 5pm came still no room never recommend this place for vacation stay away take your money somewhere else! I wish I could give no stars!

Stayed there recently, first night the room flooded, water coming from the ac unit through a closet, when tried to communicate the problem to the people in the lobby, their only answer was "no bedroom available" had sleep there that night (with my kids and wife). Next afternoon had to record a video and show it to them because apparently they don't believe their costumers, finally they moved us to a different room this one was dirty there is mold in the bathroom, phone dont work, the room was full of mosquitoes. Ac unit doesn't work. When several times to the lobby and speak with different people about the problems and nobody was available to help, looks like there is not a supervisor, manager o nobody there to take control of the situation. The food didn't represents the Dominican republic gastronomic (food sucks). In the buffet 80% of the time not clean tables, no silverware. Pool water was dirty. In other words the worst resort in Dominican Republic.

It's a fine place to go if you only care about the beach. The water is clear, shallow and everything you imagine a perfect beach to be. The rooms however… We stayed on the "Garden" side. They put us (11month-old, my wife and I) in a building that was furthest from the beach. The room was empty except for a king size bed and a wall-mounted tv. The bathroom didn't have a door which would've been weird if our kids were older. There were two windows and both faced construction. The only decent thing to eat was the omelette we had for breakfast. Other than the beautiful beach, the only redeeming factor was the price… But I guess you get what you pay for.

Have been in the hotel since 25.05.18 to 06.06.18. I agree with the previous review, Russians are not loved here. If you have a garden enclosure, that is across the street from the beach, then you are unlucky, it's the average threesome. Necessarily anything will not work, with towels trouble, one per person, no longer beg, pretend not to understand, in the dressing room hangers twisted from rusty wire, the hairdryer did not work. We, two adult women were given a room with one bed, only on the second day, got a second bed. When they tried to change the room, let me look even worse, the air conditioning does not work, then the bathroom flows from the ceiling, and remained in theirs. The food is normal, a large selection of vegetables, always eat meat, chicken, fish sometimes seafood, would like more fruit, if something tastes faster quickly snatched. In the bars we were served normally, given everything that was asked and drink and tea and coffee. Funny animators, every night dancing and presenting like a music hall. The sea is warm and colorful, but shallow and there are never waves, because the reef separates the open sea from the beach. There may be a lot of unassuming tourists and families with children who are there.

I do not recommend this Resort. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Getting ready for a wedding, I asked for an iron and I had to wait 2.5 hours for it. The hallways had roaches and the food is nothing to brag about. Almost the entire “Garden” side of the Resort is under construction, our room had mold and don’t expect your room to be cleaned and linen changed out unless you call for it and wait for someone to show up to do so. Worst resort experience ever!

The bathroom was clean and the food was very bad.

We can start with the good things first. The beach is very clean the water is super clear and great for swimming. Plenty of shade provided and also beach chairs beach towels are provided as well pool is big and they're also Cabanas where you can hide from the Sun if need be. Rooms we're good must keep the air conditioner on high. Staff was very helpful and polite. Some negatives were the food. The food was cold and there wasn't that much selection throughout the days spent it was pretty much the same thing maybe one or two items were switched out. The drinks were very sugary and the alcohol was it generously provided in addition there wasn't much of a selection when it came to alcoholic beverages. There was a club in the hotel which was a good size however it wasn't too appealing. The casino at the hotel is small but that's where I had the most fun. The hotel lost power a few times but it was back on quickly.

The hotel is beautiful but almost no German.

I recommend it to everyone.

We enjoyed it. And the room got good (for "Alyonku"), and the attitude of the staff is very attentive, and the sea is wonderful and the territory of the hotel is beautiful. The food is not particularly tasty, but the hungry will not stay. The meat is not able to cook. There's fruit. No seafood. There is always ice cream for lunch and dinner. Delicious coffee and cocoa.
The room is large, cleaned every day and replenished with a bar and sometimes Pepsi. The arrival did not work in the evening. The next day before lunch everything was fixed. The air conditioner broke, fixed the same day. Not enough umbrellas on the beach, but overall the hotel pulls its 4 *. The beach and the sea are good.

I just got back from Be Live Hamaca on Tuesday. I want to set the record straight. This is an older hotel, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I traveled VIP which I would highly suggest. I also stayed in the Presidential Suites which needed updating, but the view was amazing. The buffet is horrible. That is the only reason I would not give this place 5 stars. I also was lucky enough to have restaurant reservations for every night. Again… upgrade to VIP and you will feel the difference. The water is AMAZING. Did I say say AMAZING! :-D.

Good facilities, although a little sloppy, the service at the pool was very good! Very few options in the restaurant. Overall experience is three stars or lower.

I would like to start with the hotel staff. The Russians here do not dolublut, and vobshe just do not notice. The bartender at the bar can just be offended and not and say I won't pour you anything. It happened to our friends. And okay if he was drunk but not. In a Brazilian restaurant ala carte Asfitata difference meat on the tables there give the tag you want meat or not. But it wasn't needed, he just walked past us like we weren't there. In the dining room the food is monotonous and the meat is rubber. A dissidia, a total carelessness on the premises. We had to go missing all the money. It was impossible to sleep in the beds. They had a smell of humidity (if you have asthma you never go), it is unsanitary and dirty. Mushrooms even in the lamps. It didn't work the jacuzzi, the hair dryer didn't work. A mess all over and the employees (the vast majority) badly predisposed and unearned. A bad experience.

I enjoyed my experience at Be Live Hamaca Beach, but it was apparent that we had to adjust our standards. The room was nice, but had a pungent musty smell. Fortunately, we were able to air it out and the AC worked great. The buffet was good (the coffee and fruit were amazing), but the Italian restaurant had the worst service I've ever experienced. The housekeepers were very helpful when we needed extra supplies.

Change of room! We get a new room card and the surprise, the room was already busy.
We return to the reception and we finally change room better than the previous ones but absolutely no quality compared to the price (bathtub cracked, hole in the ground, view of huge buildings under construction…)

It is an interesting Hotel with good price. As the staff is well disposed to service and has wheelchair areas throughout the hotel. 3 swimming pools. Several restaurants. Food all the time. Very good service. With bar in the pool and a disco on! and various games at different times to keep customers entertained.

It is not the best but much better than many others, do not do business with certain types at the border wall with the free beach take advantage of tourists and give them ATTENTION.

More The grounds are clean and tidy. The pool is shabby but when the blue sky is above the head, you just don't pay attention to it. The on-site minibar is available regularly. The beer is diluted with water. After the rains the staff is very quick. If you do not like the room, it can be changed to a higher quality, and if you give a chocolate and you will be kings. I didn't notice stealing.

DON'T STAY HERE — we vacationed here this month with our 5 year old and when we checked in they said we had not included him in reservations — untrue — and we were forced to pay another $100 per night. Also our room was in a "village" behind the main hotel and it was quite a walk to the beach which was only about 100 yards of brown sand lined with dirty plastic chaise lounges and no umbrellas. The beach towels required a $20 deposit each and getting that money back was made very difficult. The food was not good, even in the restaurants we had to book in advance that were part of the hotel. It looks good but is not. We have traveled a lot in the caribbean and I would rate this at the bottom of our hotel experiences. The people who worked there were hard working and helpful but I felt fleeced by whoever ran the place. The pool is nice.

Stayed at the hotel from February 22, 2018, to March 05, 2018g. Everything started from the room… When choosing a tour I paid extra for the room to be overlooking the sea. Arriving at the hotel, I was placed on the first floor in the 121 room. There were 2 beds, although one was booked, in the toilet I was confused by the toilet, which was why the brim filled with water, it turned out that it is necessary. Nice hotel. Large area surrounded in greenery. Excellent and varied food. Great beach. The hotel is 4 *. Would return again.

The level of the hotel certainly does not reach not that to 4 * but and maybe even 3 *. Poky the bathroom, the water in the shower stopped draining in 3 minutes. The closet is not just a crossbar and wire hangers instead. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Although in other 3 * hotels it was free. In restaurants like "ala carte" shorter in those that should be more decent. The tablecloths were dirty, and just old dirt.

Very bad I would not recommend it to anyone. Pay for a sea front room and when I arrived I got one that was not oceanfront with many lies. I was told that the other day they changed me and when I went they did nothing much lie. They put bracelets via and pi for one day and told me tomorrow we will change it and when I went they said they could not do anything that I accepted that bracelet that will be the benefit that gave me. Everything was very bad.

A very bad experience. The rooms were very humid, there was no phone, I did not want to charge with my credit card, only cash, no luggage, the air conditioner flooded our room and despite our claims for 6 days we did not solve anything. Definitely that hotel deserves to be closed.

Love this resort! Been here three times all on the garden side. Its not a far walk. On the garden side you have the better pool and the buffet. I spend a lot of time at the beach which is perfect! Theres a disco and other entertainment. Excellent food. Cant wait to get back :D.

Gorgeous sea, but fine, but alive, Rvby, Coral and many more mysterious, feed well, but not on the beach. The alcohol in the bar does not advise, except that beer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't a problem for me. The rooms are huge, the furniture is atmospheric, the old dark tree. In the room coffee pot, free give a lovely coffee. Water is also given out. The biggest problem of the hotel is soundproofing. At night there are drunks and yelling in all languages. Very nice place. Two things to improve to be perfect: the rooms are to be refreshed, and the staff not always very attentive.
The excursions offered from the hotel are property. To be even better, we should be able to be less numerous and closer to the country. One can not help but have a slight impression of being a herd to which we make the tour agreed for rich tourists.
The principle of food at will at any time is comfortable and marked the children at the beginning. On the other hand, after 2-3 J, we realize that the quality is not extraordinary.

Food was OK at the buffet, the A la Carte restaurants are a lot better. The beach is nice lots of nice restaurants on the beach and activities to do. The Hotel is pretty outdated but clean and well maintained, service from the staff was very good. I wouldn't suggest leaving the resort on foot to wander around unless you want to get harassed by lots of locals.

The hotel is nice. The rooms well with smelly humidity. Good food. The best animation group. They are very funny they make pass the very entertaining days.

Lots of money for a lot of Russians who are under the sow, unreasonable rooms and trips that don't even begin to look similar to the pictures. The sun and the crowded beach have made it a good part again. The two stars gets this hotel only for the animation… the guys and gals were great…
On the whole area there are security but on top of that at night in the hallway, where others sleep, party is not done unfortunately. Likewise, I find it a cheek that the entire sun beds were reserved with towels and all day these chairs were not used. The food was OK & the cleanliness too, despite the cleaning power only came when you felt like it. Many people could do good German but as soon as there were problems one could only get Spanish. The beach is great. The staff is great. The management arrogant and eater. The Hotel 50s construction (murder of Truijllo) is very run down. Rooms are busy. Baths come down, moldy, disgusting, dirty. Fridge mooured.
Bedding is old, too short, slipping down again and again. Pools are gambly and the tiles are partially loose. Animation very loud. Bar and food are ok. Unfortunately, often food from the day before. According to info, locals get the better rooms (I didn't know until the day of departure) taxis in front of the hotel extremely expensive! I recently went on a trip to Be Live Hamaca and it was the worst vacation experience I have ever had. The resort (if you could even call it that) was dirty and falling apart — lacking the barest of necessities, the service was absolutely horrible and we were constantly being pestered to buy their vacation club package. Below are some notes that I took while I was there, touching on the bad as well as the positive. Room: Shower head was old and broken. (See photo) Ceiling in shower was leaking and dripped foul smelling water on you as well as the ceiling above the vanity. (See photo). No fitted sheet on the bed. Mattress was a very very old spring mattress that made my back hurt significantly after just the first night. Pillows were basically sewed up bags with cotton balls stuffed inside. Service: Everyone was constantly trying to sell us something. They lied to us on more occasions than we could count. People are only nice to you when they want to sell you something, otherwise they treat you like garbage and act like you’re bothering them. The overall feel of the staff was cold and unwelcoming. Food: Poor buffet quality. There was an abundance, it was displayed well and the cold food was cold and the hot food hot. Not much variety and very little local cuisine. Best coffee I’ve ever had! The “restaurants” they offer serve the same poor quality food as the buffet. Cleanliness: Cockroaches on the buffet line, in the bathrooms and in the rooms.

Toilets failing in the buffet rooms always the same and the weekend there are Dominicans who have no respect (they take to eat at the snack and eats in the pool or the sea for example so we find plates and glasses in the water) we are prop dare 4 restaurants in the week no one have me anymore.

Great place. Room: Cleaning every day without washing floors… The floor was dirty but in the room we only slept. I'm fine. There were problems with the air con but decided. Food for 5 +. The sea is 6 +. The beach is dirty by the end of the day, but it's tourists… They were self-made. The sea is shallow, for children was excellent, and to swim was normally far away. I read the reviews, thought of going to the garbage dump and live in a box… Rode with a great mood and rest accordingly. Who goes to pick up, that's what he does. Good luck.

NO TOILET AND NO PHONE in our room! I stayed at the Hamaca in the middle of August. I invited two friends and I was so embarrassed to have them there. The room we got was extremely basic. Not even a chair to sit on. No closets. Broken drawers. And the worst part: the TOILET was broken and the maintenance man came every day to "fix it". We had to find public bathrooms to use. Also, no phone in the room. We spent many of our vacation hours walking to the guest desk to report the broken toilet (about three city blocks' distance). Our complaints fell on deaf ears. We got a cheap bottle of rum to compensate us for denying us of a basic human necessity. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible resort. Shame on them!

I will say at once, flew to this hotel through Anex tour, for two cost about 60t. Rubles. For such an amount to wait for the hotel five stars will not be! Overall not a bad hotel. Varied menu every day, in the restaurant there are days of Mexican, European, Japanese cuisine. Animation all day, the program is different every day. Night Club is open at night and drinks are free of charge. The beach is clean, the sea is clear, I advise to take a mask for swimming from the rare fish caught on the beach. Rooms are cleaned every day, rooms are different in some rooms there are coffee makers. The TV Sat, the Russian channels are not present. However, if you fly, then do not watch TV. Wi-Fi internet Be sure to take a cash, payment card at the hotel and in the country implies an additional commission!

We had a horrible experience from beginning to end. The staff mostly seemed like we were bothering them with our problems and some were even rude. We had to do a line for 22 minutes for us to get our keys and walk what seemed like a mile (including a pool of water in the hallway to get to our rooms as shown in the picture). After getting to our rooms we noticed that the AC didn't work so we had to walk back to the lobby. When we went back to the room both key cards were deactivated so we had to wait for them to code them. But it wasn´t only that: *The shower was clogged. *The cable service wasn't working. *The bed cover was full of dirt. *We had to get a supervisor to get towels and soap for our room since there wasn't any when we got there and we tried calling customer service several times. *After 2 trips to the lobby we found out that we would need to go to the lobby for the 3rd time to get towels since you don't get them unless you specifically ask for them (and for the first time in over 15 years going to resorts in this country I was told I had to pay a deposit if I wanted beach towels). Bottom line is don't waste your money coming here, there are several resorts in the area that provide much better quality of service for a similar cost.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are neat and tidy, the food is good, tasty and varied. But for us was the only minus is the narrow running line, a lot of people and a small piece of water for swimming. But there is a pro on the beach and a swimming pool and sports ground. So in general we were satisfied.

I usually don't go out of my way to post negatively, but this hotel absolutely takes the cake as the worst I've ever been to. From the bad front desk service at check-in to the deteriorating conditions inside the rooms, this 1-night stay couldn't have been any worse. The hotel is rated as a 3 to 3 1/2 star hotel depending on the source. However, after visiting there's no way this hotel can be rated higher than a 2. I arrived at the hotel for a late check-in near midnight. Despite no one else checking in at that time it took the front desk clerk over half an hour to check me in. Once he did, the room I was initially given is something you'd find at a $20 per night, run down motel in the middle of nowhere. The room had mold. Paint was peeling off the walls. Sheets had holes in them. Furniture was very dated and broken. A big, broken hole in the shower served as its drain. Mind you its past midnight now and when I call the front desk to notify them, it takes them 15 mins to come to my room to verify my complaints. After seeing what I see, they walk me to 4-5 other rooms to see if they are in better conditions but to my dismay they were all relatively in the the same plight. Running out of viable options I picked the best available and called it a night. Only good thing I found was the breakfast. I will never, ever visit this hotel again and I strongly recommend that you don't neither. Don't believe me, take a look at the pics I've included.

This resort has improved it's restaurants and buffet tremendously. For the price it's a good value for an all inclusive resort on the beach. The rooms still need some improvement but you can upgrade if you need a fancy room.

Hotel Podushatannaja. They made a note that the newlyweds thought to give the room a good, not given, the room had to be changed, everything was terrible, the fridge was all rusty, the shower and bathroom were killed. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very comfortable and the staff were very very, very warm, and the rooms were very comfortable… The plumbing is dead. The beds are old, linen zastirannoe to holes. Alcohol and cigars a great option to buy in the shop OLE, which is not far from the hotel, in tourist places, where the excursions are expensive. Not far from the hotel there is a shop Pedro, he has cheap excursions and you can buy cheap fruit. The beds, the feeling that never washed. But very pleasant staff, all very attentive and willing to help, unless you change the room to normal. The day before departure people were upgraded to the floor above when they went to the shower in our bathroom from the ceiling went water right above the toilet and shower.

I am going to be completely honest with you, I went here two times and this is what I have to say: The food, especially the dessert, is very great and amazing. The hotel is very unorganized. I had to change my room 5 times because the first room was occupied, and the other 3 were unacceptable, no AC, mosquito's, dirty bathroom, and dust mites. My last room was OK, the AC took a while to start but eventually it worked fine. The beach is the best part about the hotel. Be prepared for Russian tourists to hog up all the food at the buffet. Those Russian tourists are really rude and aggressive. I did enjoy the live shows and live music the hotel offered. But the customer service was terrible. I give it 2 stars for the beach and the food, and the live music and shows. If you don't like Russians, I suggest you don't go here.

Just flew in. There are, in fact, three corps. Need to take in Beach. The room is clean, big. There was an iron, a hair dryer. The food is chic. There were seafood. Everything is very tasty. Beautiful! The room is astonishing. A bit of a walk from the beach and dinning depending on your room location. However, It has a nice bar inside the pool itself, and a hot tub. They have live shows some days of the week, and a lovely place for a late night date near the lobby. Their Natural juices are a bit… Horrible. On the other hand, their beers are cold and Piña coladas are very good.

The only way to describe this resort is run down and let's just say, the pictures are absolutely deceiving. From the moment we arrived we were completely disappointed. The only place to get food after 10pm was the snack bar, which was worst than a NYC street cart, so unsanitary and the food looked like prison food. I chose this resort for my birthday weekend as a gift from my man friend who NEVER takes vacation because he works too much and I was totally embarrassed! The room only comes with 2 pillows, there was lipstick on the sink and the toiletries did not include conditioner. Anyway, the next morning we proceeded to the buffet for breakfast-there were flies everywhere and even a stray cat. They did not even have bacon! The food was so terrible. For lunch we went out to another restaurant where the food was decent and terribly expensive-what's the point of staying at an all inclusive if you end up paying for food throughout your entire trip? Ok, the icing on the cake… no Wi-Fi! You have to pay $25 for 20 hours of Wi-Fi if you want it in your room and everyone was complaining that it wasn't even working. There is a Wi-Fi area on the 2nd floor called the business center and it took 20 minutes to connect and my apps still wouldn't load. NEVER AGAIN! The sheets were so cheap, the mattress had a flat sheet not even a fitted sheet, there was no comforter just a jail blanket and the maids insisted on coming in the room to "clean".

The absolute horror, 30-year-old neglected equipment, worn rooms, not 4star Romance like in the travel agency at ITS promised. Am very disappointed by the super expensive and bad holiday. Walked to the beach, ca 1, 5 km man absolutely no Erhohlungswert. The air conditioning in the room has daily poured a litre of water in the hallway so you several times langelegt has been in the holiday and through slip get scrapes on the knees has. I can only advise anyone, generally the location Boca Chica is ugly, there are only Krähne and port facilities in close proximity to the resort on the beach, there is no Kribikfeeling in the water many algae. The food was so, nothing Dolles. Paid for 11 days 6300 euro, money for a perceived a star system. Have at the checkin waited an hour, never again be live hotels that promise keep everything nothing.

As far as acamadations and food go this resort is medorce at best. Now it's an affordable resort so I'd say you're getting what you pay for. The beach is very nice. The rooms are less than cleanly but its not the worst place I've stayed in. If I were rating this place just on accamdations it would deserve at least a 2 maybe 2.5, but its getting a 1 because I was propositioned by 3 prostitutes and a pimp throughout the evening that I spent at this resort. The pimp tried to sell me girls and drugs. Now I realize this kind of stuff happens all the time outside of resort walls, however it is unacceptable for the resort to allow this kind of thing within its walls! Clearly the resort has some sort of arrangement with these working girls, because they walked freely among the guests of the resort withing its walls. As did the pimp. The beach is nice and they have beds, but I gotta believe you can do better than this place. Not a classy establishment.

The food is acceptable.
The facilities are extremely neglected. Very dirty, leaking bathrooms, inoperative refrigerators, obsolete and to top it off TV or worked.
The lobby staff extremely rude, Pedro Luis a pedantic, Ana, worse still. It is the worst check in I've seen in my life, never in a hotel he had waited 4 hours to enter the premises. We lost the first day doing rows, when it came our turn left us in the middle and because we complain we completed meet.
Never us gave towels because not had.
The restaurant staff was at least more polite and attentive.
