Nice hotel friendly stuff everyday cleaning service BUT they never informed us that we have to pay for breakfast or at least the price. Which cost us 300 euros for 2 people/6 days. It would be a 5 star if that didn't happen.

Good++ breakfast, nice bathroom, I appreciate the double sized mattress where many Scandinavian hotels use two twins pushed together. The room was uncomfortably warm in July with inadequate cooling. Friendly front desk staff. Furniture and carpets were slightly worn, but not bad.

Definitely to be reviewed in the booking settings, in fact I booked via booking a triple, with prepayment, but on arrival they had prepared a double to which they subsequently added a cot, so the cost seemed excessive. The hotel's location is a great location, a short walk from the central train station and practically at the exit of Vesterport station. Stylish room, without the third bed, spartan in space with the addition of the latter. Nice bathroom, good cleaning. There was no fridge. There was kettle to prepare coffee and tea, gym, Wi-Fi, computer room and press. Italian restaurant. Good continental breakfast.

Location is in downtown Copenhagen right in the middle of the city it's quite choice actually. The room is well sized and the bathroom is nice. However, when water is used in our bathroom we get a slight smell of sewage seeping up into the bathroom quite unpleasant. Service is great, checking in was easy.

Et utrolig venlig og imødekommende personale. Fine værelser. Høj rengørings standard. Helt bestemt et besøg værd.

Convenient location, city center.

The only positive thing it has It has a very excellent location, I had troubles with the mattress of the bed very soft after first night back did hurts so badly as my back curved. Very small elevators it was normal to wait couple of ones to get in. At check in had bad experience receptionist made me upgrade to next level as he said no double rooms were available and my booking it depends on availability. It turned out all rooms could be changed to double or twins as they could combined.

The bed is falling in the sides and not comfortable in the middle. The bathroom is not comfortable too the toilet is close to the wall, the breakfast is poor. But in the opposite site they do have fitness room and the reception guys are very nice.

Expensive with small rooms and few services.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and elegant decor. Breakfast is ver well served, but the bar is very expensive. Location is good, next to transportation and the Tivoli park. I did not enjoy the shower "curtains" which are terrible att their jobs and leave the floor soaked.

The hotel is in a good location in the southeast part of the central city and is easy to get to and from via public transport. The rooms are well sized and easily heated, the bathrooms are clean and stylish, though the shower curtains could be bigger and a bath mat is required for the floor. Breakfast is varied and tasty and the staff helpful in attending to be dietary requirements. There is a business area and also a fitness center.

Rooms ok, a bit small but adequate for a short stay. Close to town centre which is a bonus and nice friendly staff. Not sure a true 4 star hotel but nice enough.

The hotel is located in the centre of Copenhagen, just a few steps from the bus stops and the central station. The staff is helpful and welcoming, but unfortunately the knowledge of the Italian language is pretty much nothing. The breakfast, included in our stay, consists of a wide choice of foods and takes place as buffet, in a clean and quiet environment. The rooms are not great but more than enough for the travelers. The hotel is equipped with a small gym that will allow you to perform some exercise, but for the more enthusiasts it may be a little limited. At this time of year, February, the hotel is very quiet. I would recommend it to anyone who plans to stay and turn around all day.

What a dump — do not stay here. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a man on reception. Upon arrival, he offered us a room upgrade to a junior suite for 25 Euro per night, which we accepted. Got to our room and our immediate thoughts were, if this is the upgrade what was the other room like. The couch had was old and covered in unidentifiable stains, the room smelt awful and the floor was disgusting. The bed was like a banana. Rather than complain about the room, we told them that the bed was not possible to sleep in. They sent up a young lad with a couple of planks of wood and offered to either insert them or put the mattress on the floor for us to sleep on. Unbelieveable. We decided to check out immediatlely and asked if we they were prepared to refund us as we could not sleep in the bed provided. We were assured that a refund could be arranged via our agent that was at the beginning of January. It is now February and they are denying that they agreed to pay us the refund on the basis that they offered us a free upgrade. These people are dishonest and the hotel is a dump. Oh and did I mention that we noticed a number of prostitutes entering and leaving the hotel while we were checking in and out. Definitely not worth any stars at all. Worst experience ever.

Good hotel, good location and good service, the rooms are good also esceptuando showers that drop water everywhere.

Pretty shabby hotel, rooms haven't been updated in a long time. Good breakfast and soft pastel.

Pros: — Hotel is very centrally located. Right in downtown core a block away from central station. — Breakfast was good albeit limited options — Staff was friendly for the most part Cons: — Very Small room. No room to breathe, bathroom is the okay for kids, not adults. — Housekeeping forgot about us one more than one occasion (although they were friendly) — Shower is awkward and narrow, and water gets everywhere. — TV does not face bed, yet a random picture of a flower does…? Random.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in years. The smell, the deteriorating walls, the small beds, the weird layout of the room so the bed doesn't face the TV, the rude staff. It was too much, I checked out the same day I checked in.

Very nice Hotel, located in a strategic point of the city. Offers every comfort. Ideal for a stay to visit the city or for business.

Good rooms for price (180 eur~). Solid breakfast menu. Small, but sufficient gym — clean and everythinga working, in good condition. Very, very friendly staff. Exceptionally friendly. Loving the stay thus far :)

Great place. I haven't tried the breakfast but the room is very good. The receptionists are very helpful and know how to handle a customer. Really recommend this hotel.

Really central location and prices in line with those in the area! After all, you're in the middle of that "something more" costs! I highly recommend it to everyone who likes to stay downtown.
Small and antiquated rooms!

Modern hotel with typical amenities. Rooms clean although rather small. The included breakfast was very good with good selection.

Located in downtown Copenhagen about a tenth of a mile from the train station. Rooms are reasonably sized. Shower over tub in the bathroom. Bottom of the tub is narrow and there are no grab bars to assist in stepping over the side of the tub. Hotel appears very popular with organized tour groups. The buffet breakfast included for us was excellent.

Warm welcome and the 2 twin bedroom was ready at 2pm. Central location to train station, Tivoli and more. Lovely nearby walking areas and parks. Good choice of small grocery shops and restaurants. Modern clean and quiet atmosphere. Large windows open for fresh air. NO surprises and reasonable price.

Pretty lobby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Beautiful restaurant/bar. Front desk quickly provided us a bucket of ice and a complimentary bottle opener.

Very clean, well kept, up to date, and modern. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Closely located to the S Train line. Full marks for all the above items. For the price, however, it is not great value. At best, marginally comparable to other local hotels. Breakfast also not included by default. On this trip, have definitely stayed in places of at least similar quality but at a noticeably lower cost. Again, while we have no complaints about cleanliness or service, would not return unless it was a business expense or similar.

The hotel is very central. Two minutes from the central station. From here you can easily reach all the interesting areas on foot.

The mothership of modern cinemas in Scandinavia ;) With Dolby Atmos, 3D digital projection you are ensured to get a great movie show every time. If you haven't already — find a movie in Dolby Atmos and listen to it surround you in the dark. Service is friendly, at times a bit hectic but don't worry. The movies don't start until everyone is seated. A few tips on busy days. Start off with buying the consumption. Go to the upper cafe and order you consumption from there. Often there's less queue. After that you can always get your tickets from the ticket counters. Or even better — buy them on the phone before coming to the cinema. This way you'll avoid unnecessary queuing up. Look for special deals when ordering popcorn + sodas. Often there's a deal for two people much cheaper than the rest!

Properly the best cinema experience you can get in Denmark and maybe in the Nordic. With an enormous screen. And fantastic Dolby Atmos.

HUUUUGE cinema, the only place in Copenhagen (possibly Denmark? ) that has the Dolby Atmos sound system. Nice seats, just book way in advance!

The best cinema in Denmark! Amazing screen! Really big room! Comfy seats and great sound! What's not to like? This cinema only has one screen so they only show the very popular movies but it's an amazing experience watching action movies in this cinema. I know that IMAX in CinemaxX has a bigger screen but if you dont want to pay 175kr for an IMAX ticket then this it the place to go :).

Best cinema in town. Picture, audio, seats, staff, atmosphere. It's all great if not excellent. This is where I go for the big movies.

Location is in a good proximity of major attractions. But old rooms, require some refurbishment.

Very good experience and comfortable rooms, nice service, lounges and breakfast is ok. My experience with Danish hotels, in general, has been bad but Imperial Hotel met my expectations and I'd come back.

This is the best cinema I've ever been to. The staff is kind, the cinema itself is enormous, the audio is spectacular (The World's Biggest Dolby Atmos Cinema), the picture is excellent, the lounge is comfortable, the seats inside the cinema are big and comfy themselves. My only gripe is the price, but you're in for the full treat once you're in and the enormous 5K resolution screen and the rumbling audio starts. This is a must for every moviegoer who visits Copenhagen. -cma.

The best cinema in town for big blockbuster movies. If you want intimacy and a cozy atmosphere, there are better alternatives. Also, you won't find smaller movies here.
