Nice reception, rooms ok. All with views to the water. Breakfast is not pretentious, but perfectly adequate. Super Central location.

Really nice place with a beautiful view from the rooms and from the terrace. No air conditioning, which is a pity when it's hot, but a fan is available, which should suffice in the majority of cases.
It might be really tempting to sleep the window open, to enjoy the view, but too many boats pass with the music thoroughly until quite late, which is really painful.
I recommend spending some time on the terrace, upstairs from the boat, whether it's evening or for breakfast, it's really quiet and nice.
In short, a little expensive, but very nice.

Very exclusive place, convenient as a location to reach the center of Copenhagen. Rooms quite large, good breakfast, staff very helpful. I recommend it.

The greatest hotel in all of the city. You have to live with potential noise from the bridge next door with trafic during the day, but it's definitely worth it to wake up on the water. Breakfast is simple but nice, and there is free coffee 24/7.7 minutes walk to the main square and central station.

Nice room, great atmosphere, directly from water, will be happy to come back.

The view from the room is exquisite, and the space is cozy. A little bit noisy for light sleepers.

Perfect location to discover the city and so nice to wake up in the morning seeing boats passing by or a Swan coming to greet you at your window. With only 12 rooms you don't have the rush you have in big hotels. We decided already next visit to Copenhagen we will stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel CPH living for four nights this past week. We had a wonderful experience! The views from our room were incomparable. The room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel was in a great location. We were able to rent bikes at the shop down the road. The only complaint about the room was that we weren't able to control the heat and it got very warm at night. Other than that, everything was great!

First and foremost, this is a comfortable hotel that happens to be floating. A floor-to-ceiling window looked over the water (blinds pull up from below for privacy). Comfortable bed; good Wi-Fi; nice shower. Surprisingly tasty breakfast, given the straightforward presentation. There's a small "wheelhouse"-like structure at the top with a good view, even in the rain/cold. Location is a bit out of the way — about 700m from a Metro station, although there are bus stops nearby. I'd happily go back.

Definitely unique experience. Small, but with character. Breakfast can be had on top deck with weather permitting which is awesome. Room is small but view makes it up, especially in the evening when city lights glimmer over the water. Easy access to city centre with just 10-20 minutes of walking. Only downside is that if there are loud evening events nearby or on the opposite river bank then sound carries over the water quite clearly. Also, shower has glass wall facing the room so that you know before booking with it somebody other than your spouse. Other than that it's a fantastic place. Would definitely stay there again.

Great little hotel inside a boat on the water. Can't beat the view of the water. Easy check in and check out and includes free breakfast. Also centrally located to the Copenhagen attractions.

The view and the feel are very unique. I enjoyed laying in my bed and watching the harbor. If you are looking for amenities and extras, you probably don't want here.

Easily one of the best hotels in town. The breakfast is small, but offers lots of choices. The rooms are decorated modern with a nice bathroom. Also the view is great. Having only 12 rooms makes it extreamly cosy. I will definitly return to this hotel upon visiting Copenhagen again. Also free Wi-Fi is really nice ;)

One extra point for this beautiful idea of a floating hotel. Execellent and quick service. Walking distance to the centre of Copenhagen. Must be even better in spring and summer. I will come back.

It is a great experience to stay in this boat/hotel. The restaurant is a boat on one side of the canal. The boat is fixed to the harbor, and although it is very stable, you can feel slightly the waves. The rooms have big windows, thus the views facing the canal are amazing. There is a terrace on the top and a self-service free-of-charge cafeteria that is open 24 hours.

Real good idea on the Water, on the best place just in front Christians Brygge and Tivoli Parc temperate and good taste … It's a rare Hotel, I appreciate CPH Living! in the Copenhague center.
