We stayed in room 03 and it was absolutely unclean: lots of hair on the bed, wet floor in the bathroom, as well as opened shampoo bag in the shower. We called the responsible who was not in Copenhagen and he stopped answering our messages when we requested to either change rooms or have our room cleaned. We've sent an email after our stay and no answer. Really disrespectful service. I would never recommend it to anyone. 10 euros cheaper than a hotel without any service or reception. My tip? Pay 10 euros more and go and get real service in a normal hotel.
M18 is modern and clean. But unfortunately our family room felt very cramped and worst of all it was unbearably warm: On the upper loft where our kids tried to sleep, we measured a temperature of almost 35 degrees centigrade without any circulation (there are no windows). At a minimum a fan should be provided. Needless to say, nobody was able to sleep up there. Can't recommend during summer.
