Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff and a nice area around!

Warm and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great selection for breakfast. Great roof top view of Copenhagen. Great location.

Needs updating as not changed much since I last visited 15+ years ago. Needs AC urgently throughout. Location is really convenient. Staff are really helpful. Breakfast very good.

Location is good, but very noisy. No air-conditioning in rooms leaving the windows open doesn't help. Beds are ok, but the pillows are not great. Shower and bathroom are basic. For the price they charge I'd say it's overpriced for what you get in return. Friendly staff, but overall a bit mediocre. You can find something nicer for what they charge.

If there is less than 1 I will give to you. I booked and paid for a Single Standard Room for our Køkkenchef and gave him the shared room. I understand its busy season, but you guys shouldn´t do that. Absolutely unforgivable!

No smaller average already home.

Good place to stay in Copenhagen :) Finally most needed Elevator is added to lift up.

Very well located and also in water and subway proximity. Windows, unfortunately, are not quite soundproof. Most rooms have a window to the unsightly courtyard.

Very noisy and not enough tables at breakfast time. Rather expensive for moderate quality.

This is the steal of the city. I've been. Coming here for 4 years and it always offered a great room (with free beer) and great breakfast for a good price. But in the past year they have modernised and added a roof top terrace. Now the best free view in Copenhagen. Set in the cool and funky north quarter (norrebro) just outside (0.25 mile) main tourist bit. This is a gen. Book now.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect breakfasts. And free beer in the fridge in the room.

Very good value for money, good welcome, secure, well located (trains, buses and restaurants), beers and bottles of cool water arriving in the fridge, roof top, keeps the suitcases after check out.
Only downside for hot chocolate addicts… They don't use it at breakfast!

Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Good value as the location is great but it's not directly located where the most expensive hotels are. Road was noisy early-May 2017 due to construction works but should be done by july (i guess). About ~30min from the airport by subway + bus (2 stops)

No elevator, if you don't get a shoebox for a room you're lucky. Bathrooms are small and cramped, no handles in the shower or anything for safety on the floors. Walk way had holes in it leading up to the entrance and if you're exiting the building, the door handle is broken. Was there twice over the span of a month due to bookings being full elsewhere and it was never addressed. Only good thing about it was the breakfast and nice reception staff.

Rooms were small but clean. Bathroom was on the smaller side but was adequate. Breakfast each morning was the same but very good. One dislike was the construction/renovation they were doing, they started with the power saws at 0700 each day, very annoying. Not a place for children, my opinion.

The Hotel is very centrally located. Bus stops are only a few metres away, 10min on foot to Metro and major bus station. The rooms are normal large and clean. Wifi is free and works well for us. The Breakfast room is large and the food is good enough. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. In the small courtyard, it has about 8 Parking spaces. The access road is narrow happen but even with exotic vehicles. Absolutely top Service! Our last stop on our Road Trip, Copenhagen was. The entrance to the courtyard looked too tight for us, so we have parked for the Check In, first a little wild in the street. We then asked for a Parking house in the vicinity because we were afraid not to come through the entrance. The employee caught up with the Chef and explained to us the way to some Parking garages in the vicinity. He wanted to but then we know what the drive. When we told him of our Chevy Camaro, he brooked no car Park. "The vehicle was much to beautiful and valuable than it is in a Parking garage. Going by the driveway. "We pointed out to him that even if we fit no more space free. He went out of the window, looked down, came back now and said "get the car, 5min one free. "We picked up the Camaro and tried our luck, and in fact, he fit (with 2.1m width) by the entrance. Also, the "from the place referred to was" zero oxygen, on the contrary.

This is a small "budget" hotel about 1.5km from Tivoli and central station, and a brisk 10 minutes walk to Nørrenport metro station, and within walking distance of most of the attractions in Copenhagen. It's a clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who are more than happy to help with whatever they can.

Nice hotel near the center of the city. No lift. Rooms on the street a little noisy.

Been there during a business trip. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bath room is pretty narrow. Wi-Fi is available. It was hard to get the car to the hotel's parking lots in the backstreet. The access road is veeery narrow and I had to retract the side mirrors. Driving skills required.
